My review for the Brothers of County Break & Alignment is long over due. I have been obtaining service from these guys for a few years now. Some of the services have included wheel alignment, suspension work and complicated break service. These guys are nothing but solid individuals who do the job right. I can understand and see why some people gave previous bad reviews and were unhappy. But I have experience that the brothers only require communication and honesty. Are they busy, YES, very. Will there be a wait, YES, very much so. Just drop off your car and let them work on it. Tell them your available for further questions or clarification, they have no problem calling you and even showing you other area which need to be addressed. This is just a testament that they are reputable, trustworthy and they know how to do their job. Value of the job will depend on what you have or need. read more

Took my 1964 El Camino in for an alignment and to address the tires rubbing on the inner fender well. After approximately 2 hours, they adjusted the suspension and completed a front alignment which solved all my issues. The overall cost was a good value. I would recommend them for classic cars that most alignment centers won't touch. read more

Pulled in at 7:45 on a Saturday. Joel walked up to me and got me in the shop right away. Very professional and polite, he got my truck on the alignment rack. 40 minutes and done! Super quick and even said he'd double check the work I did myself (I'm not the best mechanic just poor) to make sure I was safe on the road. 10/10 I recommend this shop and I don't recommend auto shops often. read more

Took my 65 carryall to have brakes checked. I had already changed the shoes but needed a new master cylinder and drums turned. I also requested they change a set of coils that I provided and fix the emergency cable. Cost was almost 800. Emergency cable never worked and within a week the brakes failed causing an accident. Took the truck back to them and he took no responsibility and charged another 400 to change wheel cylinders. ($13 a piece). Don't make the mistake I did. I get things happen and I get it's an old truck. But I asked him to check everything. Over $1000 in and I have to go check everything myself as well as deal with insurance for damages. Best alignment shop I found yet. I've taken my raised QX56 to multiple tire and service shops and non could get it in spec. Pepboys sent me out with the rear wheels visually out of spec and said they couldn't get it in spec. County Brake & Alignment provided quality work and customer service. They did my qx56 alignment and my transit van suspension for much less than the other local shops. If you have a lifted or lowered vehicle that needs alignment, this is the only place to go! read more

How about opening on time. The website says the shop is open on Saturday 8-4. We was there at 7:45 am. Shop wasn't opened. We left at 9:00 am to another shop as this one still wasn't open. There was 4 customers waiting. I will never try this shop again. Bad news!! read more

Brought my car in to get some work done, was a little skeptical due to the reviews on here but form my personal experience this shop is awesome. Great communication, the work on the car was awesome. Fixed my issues and the price was fair but most importantly my car is drivable again and it didn't break my bank. Big Bang for your buck that's for sure!!! Came here to have my rotors replaced along with brake pads. They tried to tell me it was bad motor mounts. Told the guy "thanks but no thanks" and he talked about me in Spanish the WHOLE time. Saying I didn't know what I was talking about. Awful customer service if you ask me. Anyway. The service went well took about 3-4 hours. Haven't had any problems since the visit. Total cost was about 300 bucks. read more

Brought in my 1996 Ford Explorer after being referred by a friend. New brake pads and rotors for the rear took less than 1.5 hours to change and set me back $265. Roger was nice. As I was driving away I noticed that my front brakes were screeching. I called Roger back and he assured me that they were only 50% worn out and that the brakes were "crystallized" (whatever that means - I didn't bother asking). I never know with these car repair shops. Not sure I would come back. read more

Came here to get my civic aligned and it was going great. Told me my car's frame was bent so they couldnt align it and told me to buy a camber kit. Bought it and had it installed here. It went well until.... About a month later i go to check my rear breaks... They stripped 2 lug nuts.. badd... like cross threaded and werent even tightening my rim.. And i couldn't take it back a month later and tell them HEY YOU DID THIS. Me being an at home mechanic, This is a really amateur mistake. I dont know who taught these guys but this is a really nooby mistake. Finding this out i had to take a my time to repair this myself.. And even though the technicians were very helpful and were trying to explain why they could not do the alignment, their "boss" were telling them to finish work else where while I was having a conversation with them and trying to ask questions.
