Was happy to return to the shop I've came to before , and this time they quoted me for a Nitto Tires for a 2016 ram 2500 and they didn't have them and she said the ones they offered were good tire under my impression, turns out they are cheap china tires ! I told them my concerns ahead of time and turns out they are probably the worst tires to get ! I tried to get an exchange but they up'd the prices to for me to not buy them ! Went to Tire Zone today due to a flat, but knowing I needed to replace all the tires. The whole team is really helpful and nice. They were a little busy, but still got me ready to go in around 30 minutes. Great service and best prices in town. (I called around) I take all my cars there, and you should too ! A bonus is that they have the best waiting room out of any tire shop in the area. It's clean, cool, comfortable, water is available, and a restroom too. Tire Zone is a gem! I spoke to William and he was such a great help and blessing. I called a few shops and rec'd quotes that I felt were too high but he offered a better tire set at a much better price. Let me start by saying, best prices in town! Hands down the best tire shop in the area, I can't recommend them enough. I called to get a quote for a set of tires for the Porsche and one day later they arrived. They give you a curtousy call and text to notify you when your tires have arrived. In the past I've always used Tire Zone. The staff is super knowledgeable and is upfront and honest. I remember even meeting the owner a while back and he was great too. A couple years down the line and it's still the best tire shop out there. Today I stopped by for an alignment and William made sure I understood the process and even showed me the readings. I arrived in the morning and they took my car in promptly for a 4 wheel alignment. They were very friendly and got the job done. They explained to me what they were doing and why throughout the job. However, I am giving three stars for two reasons. 1. Upon completion of the alignment, he took my car for a test drive. This is to be expected, but zooming by in the car was unnecessary. Prior to the job, I had explained that I needed the alignment because I had removed the axels a few days before in order to install a new clutch and flywheel. He was aware of this but I'm not sure that he paid attention or remembered. These new parts require a break in period and my car did not need someone driving it hard at this time. 2. When I asked if the two front tires could be torqued down after being put back on, he asked me why. He then brought out an 80 ft lb torx stick because he said they didn't have anything else, and torqued down only the drivers side wheel with it, without even looking up the torque spec. He left the other side only tightened down with an impact and not properly torqued. In the end, my car did get aligned, it drives well, and I was provided a before and after print out of the numbers, but in all honesty I would not return to this shop. read more

Ruben is the man, honest mechanic that's hard to find. Came to do an alignment, my car is only 2 years old, got new tires, not from him but wondered if alignment is even necessary. One of the best tire stores in the area. I barely made it to the shop with a flat tire and was feeling very nervous. I had a very warm welcoming by the beautiful front lady at the desk, Sabrina, she helped educate me about the different tires they have and which tire is best for my car. First class customer service all the way. I went in to buy tires for my Audi and will introduce himself very professional. He welcomed me to his store. He ask what I was looking for and I told him.
