I needed to get license plate questions answered so I visited the DMV office here. You go to the kiosk, enter what you're needing and you get a ticket. There's 4-5 employees behind a glass encased walk-up area similar to a bank teller's set-up. The employees are nice and accommodating (there's a handicap area as well). Everything is quick, clean, and well lit (tall, floor to ceiling windows). This is nothing like the "old days" DMV to get license plates and handicap paring permits.

Did a complaint on the phone, said I would get a phone call within 24-48 hrs, it was a week. Then last week the Frisco post office called me and said they received the change and would contact my old post office. Still nothing and my mail is sitting in my old post office since May.
