He was congenial, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor which is always a plus in my book. The only thing I might have suggested was that someone order in some food. My half of a bagel that morning wore off by 4pm. Over all the experience was a terrific. I just want to add that I had my trade in Toyota always serviced there in Coos Bay and always had excellent service. One time I called a week ahead and made an appointment for service. When I got there I wasn't on the books. They were busy but they made room for my vehicle and I didn't wait any longer than I normally would. I will, of course, take my new Toyota there for service.

Everyone works all week and have responsibilities to manage and balance on the weekends, and that gets impacted when your vehicle is sitting in the parking lot hrs past your appointment time. I live 2 hrs drive away, so time and gas are factor For me. Wish I had a dealership closer but going forward will have to find other accommodations.

Neither of us had any car purchasing history whatsoever, and we knew this wasn't going to be an easy task (not to mention were both only 20). After being refused a loan for the 20 some thousand dollar 2005 Subaru STI, my friend was devastated to say the least. We had heard terrible things about going into a dealership to finance a vehicle because the APR rates were high.. but we though, why not try? Upon entering the dealership, after drooling a little at that beautiful Suby, we met the two people that were going to make this kid's wildest dream come true! We met Lori and Alan shortly after being on the lot and they welcomed us right in with the full intention of getting us into that car, today. It took time, a lot of it. This amazing man took the time out of his day to pull as many strings as he could to get us what we had hoped for. Lori had to jump through some hoops herself to get the bank to loan us first time buyers this large lump of money. I was expecting a nerve-racking time, I was expecting big corporate schemes and a money grabbing company just trying to pull at our wallets.. but boy was I ever wrong. I have never been more comfortable in any office or place of business in my life! Alan and Lori are something special, they truly and sincerely wanted us to get exactly what we wanted and they weren't going to take no for an answer. They didn't do it for the money, they didn't do it for any personal gain at all, and for that I am truly grateful. My 20 year old friend got to drive home his dream car for the first time today, and he couldn't have done it without this great business and their amazing staff.
