First 8 times I called and it rang and rang till it automatically hung up!

If you want a quiet, NO BUG place to stay then don't stay here. Oh if you want them to answer the phone too don't stay here. I called 15 times and it just rang and rang till the call cut off. Imagine you have no service and call your family from the room phone to tell them where you are and then your family has an emergency, good luck getting a call on your room phone BECAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER! I called Marriott customer support and they tried to call them as well and no one answered. I tried to get the sister hotel next door to call and no answer. I didn't want to write a review to tell you there are bugs in room 502, but YOU WOULDN'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!

Ok night of rest but restless thoughts when you see the door across the hall bagged up. Asked the front desk and they said they were renovating the room. I called BS. Only 1 room on floor 2 and 3 rooms on floor 4 next to each other. There is no way you would renovate rooms that way. More like fumigation was going on. Sorry courtyard we will never stay in another one again

The location was ideal, as it was close to shopping, and plenty of restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable upon entry: not too warm and not too cold. When we needed more towels and toiletries the staff was pleasant and willing to help us. It was just one night, but we would certainly stay again. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because the tub was small, the rug was a little itchy, and there were not a lot of options or access to power outlets. Two queen beds non smoking.

Great experience for a quick, one night stop. Check in was a breeze. Lobby was spacious. Bistro looked fun and the menu sounded tasty, although we didn't order anything. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. Only downside, and I know this is a personal preference, but I really don't like feather pillows and of course that's what hotels feature. This one is no different. Gotta crick in my neck that won't go away. Oh well, everything else was great. Worth the $$ and will stop again next time we pass thru for our annual holiday trip.

Always loved staying here when I worked in the area but was disappointed when I arrived this time because they didn't clean their driveway/parking lot after the snow. Almost fell a few times and watched others struggle. Even sidewalks were not really cleaned off. The handicapped parking areas were not cleaned out either. Very disappointing. I get that it was unexpected but other hotels and businesses had their parking lot cleared Bistro was awesome! Love the food and the gal that worked each evening was so nice and friendly. Good food!!! You don't need to leave for dinner, eat in and relax Housekeeping staff was very friendly and always were smiling and greeted me with a smile. Clean rooms and comfy beds!!!

Beautiful campus, awesome room for the price and Billy was super cheerful and friendly even at 4:30am when we checked in. Will stay here again.

This explains why there were no suites available.

Booked a suite for us and the kids and got a single. Extremely disappointed when we checked in. After my morning run I discovered why none of suits were available. The top two floors were closed due to water and mold.

Room 526, wow! Long story short,  this is the hotel I originally wanted when I booked through hotels.com.  I allowed them to talk me into the holiday inn across the parking lot.  They said it was a better hotel for cheaper. WRONG! That place was so bad I couldn't finish my stay. I called hotels.com the next morning and demanded they get me over to the Marriot like I originally wanted.  I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is amazingly friendly and they took us right away instead of making us wait for the 3pm check in since we had not slept the night before. You could actually smell the clean in the room. The beds were so soft we were asleep in a matter of minutes. The shower pressure was on point as well as a seat in it which was awesome since I am partially handicapped with muscle deterioration in my back and spinal issues. I WILL absolutely go back again

Very clean, very convenient, outstanding staff. No free coffee, no free breakfast, no free cookies. Pick your rate, pick your fate.

I failed to realize it was a part of the Tribute Portfolio and it did not miss at all! I felt the hotel was very reasonably priced and located nearby many local shops. The property was easy to find and parking was very accessible. The moment I arrived and entered into the lobby the front desk greeted me and made me feel most welcomed! They provided me with all of the details about the hotel and expressed to give them a call if I needed anything at all. I made my way up to the room and the aesthetics leading to the room were absolutely amazing. The room itself was very spacious and charming. It featured a nice cushioned chair with a record player in each room with a variety of records to choose from in the lobby. The room was very clean and also smelled very fresh! The bathroom was very spacious and up to date! Within the hotel property there was a Southern Craft BBQ spot which I also left a review for; it was really good, so you should definitely check it out! The rooftop bar is a for sure vibe. I received a complimentary hummus at the rooftop with my stay; I'm not sure if that was promotional/seasonal or a bonus gift upon checking in. The experience and stay was definitely one for the books and gives other properties a run for its money! I must express again, I am so grateful for the great team and great service!

So the hotel seemed stellar at first UNTIL I used the shower in my room. The hotel had great reviews, so I did not think I would have a problem. The front desk check in area and our room were clean & very appealing. I loved the selection of tv shows and movies on our television. We had checked in for a late night stay & just wanted to relax before we traveled out early in the morning. Everything seemed ideal until I took a shower in the morning. I noticed there was human hair from other people in the front and back of my shower area. One was a long light brown hair in the front upper area of the shower stall. One was a short black hair on upper back of the shower wall. I was mortified that housekeeping didn't notice this immediately. It made me wonder if they cleaned the bathroom at all after the former guest before us left. Despite all the wonderful amenities, the unsanitary condition of our bathroom made me dock 2 stars from a 5 star rating. It makes me want to thoroughly survey any room we get at any hotel regardless of the hotel having an excellent rating especially this hotel. Breakfast here was exceptional with many options EXCEPT they started shutting down earlier than the 10 AM closing time & there was NO COFFEE available at 9:30 AM. My husband had to wait for them to make a fresh batch. Despite the great breakfast, I got sick from something I ate on the breakfast provided there which is very rare. I never get sick from food I eat. I wanted to give a one star rating to this hotel yet I decided to be kind yet fair.

Both coffees were empty and no creamer. We had to ask for more coffee and then ask for creamer. The breakfast caused my wife to get sick, which caused us to make an additional stop to get meds. Some greats and some work to be done. Stay here on a budget but hope for the best on quality. How does the coffee run dry at 9:45am? People are still waking up still. I know that breakfast closes at 10:00am, but some set there alarms to eat something and get a coffee.

My daughter's high school softball team was playing in the state semifinals, and we had reserved two nights at this hotel. On the day of check-in, I explained to the front desk that we would only need the second night if the team won their 10:00 AM game the following morning. The front desk associate told me that, if possible, they needed to know by noon whether we would be staying the second night. Unfortunately, the team lost. It was an emotional end to a remarkable season, and the girls understandably spent time after the game crying, consoling each other, saying goodbye, helping with equipment, and figuring out transportation back to the hotel. As a parent, my priority was allowing them the time they needed after such a heartbreaking loss. Had I rushed everyone out immediately after the game, I could have made it back before noon. Instead, I arrived at the hotel around 12:15 PM and was briefly stopped in the parking lot by another parent as we reflected on the season and said our goodbyes. I walked into the front desk at approximately 12:20 PM and explained the situation. The employee I spoke with seemed genuinely understanding. She asked for my room number and said she would speak with her manager while we gathered our belongings. A few minutes later, she informed me that the manager would not allow us to cancel the second night and that we would be charged the full $300 because I was 20 minutes past the requested noon deadline. I was stunned. There was absolutely no flexibility, empathy, or consideration for the circumstances. It is difficult for me to believe that a room became impossible to rebook because I arrived 20 minutes after noon. What was most disappointing was not the charge itself, but the complete lack of compassion. My family participates in travel sports year-round, and we frequently book hotel blocks for teams. Because of this experience, I will not stay at this property again, nor will I choose a Hilton property in the future. Hospitality should involve more than enforcing policies to the minute, it should also include understanding and empathy when people are dealing with real-life situations. This was a heartbreaking day for a group of young athletes, and the hotel's response only made it worse.

It was almost 8 pm when I started looking for hotels. Everything was booked or was Motel 6 quality. We don't usually stay in Hampton Inns anymore - the chain in general has really gone downhill. Last night we really had little choice. We were greeted immediately at the front desk and had our keys a few minutes later. Upon entering our room, like is my habit, I checked the bath room to make sure it was clean. It was spotless. The room, however, had a few issues. The carpet just seemed a little "icky" - no real reason but I wasn't comfortable walking barefoot. Issue two. Our television didn't work. Finally, there was a lot of road noise. It was mostly drowned out by the rattle of the air conditioner. You might want to consider ear plugs. Breakfast is 6-10, everyday. I went down at 5:30 just to have my coffee. Breakfast was already out, the eggs and sausage steaming, the waffle maker hot and ready to go. The hotel was full yet the breakfast bar was kept full. Our room was by the elevator - avoid this room. The noise from the hall was quite distracting. When we finally settled in, it was too late to go swimming but the pool area did look nice. There are extremely overpriced snacks available for purchase in the lobby. If you have kids, keep an eye on them - a few of the $4 mini bags of Cheetos and some $3 snickers bars might just put you over your food budget for the day. There are lots of choices in Bristol. Hampton Inn may not be your best choice but it works if all you need is a place to crash while driving through.

She explained that while they need all their parking spaces and can't allow camper parking in the main lot, there's an empty lot just one street over that guests sometimes use. It's covered by their cameras, and local law enforcement is aware of it. After a long day on the road, that reassurance was everything. The room was spotless -- truly immaculate. My dogs and I were very comfortable. The room had a microwave and fridge, and the deep bathtub was a huge bonus. I took a long, much-needed bath and finally felt human again. The location is super convenient -- close to Walmart and lots of food options. Olive Garden, Chili's, fast food spots, and I personally went to Golden Corral, which was very close.
