They have a snack area near the front desk you can pay for at a self-checkout kiosk either with a card or a charge to your room. The parking lot is huge and one level. The only complaint would be the toilet was low flow and got to be flushed about 3 times to get the TP to go down the pipe. Had to call the front desk to figure out how to get the AC to turn on because the wall thermostat wasn't doing anything. They told me to use the temp control on the unit itself and that the wall thermostats are having issues. Would stay here again.

Instead we all just sat on our phones in disappointment. 2. The refrigerator did not have an ice box. Normally not a big deal, but we had gotten ice cream to have with the movie later. The ice cream just ended up in the garage. The exercise room was ok. It had a couple of treadmills, an elliptical, and Peloton-style bike. They also had one adjustable weight bench. No weight machine. Another disappointment has the Marriotts I usually stay at are bigger and have a weight machine. For breakfast we went down to their restaurant. The food was disappointing. I would have much rather have a breakfast buffet where at least then it's free and your expectations are lowered. I ordered the chicken fried steak. It was mostly fried with little steak. The Red potatoes appeared to be steamed, not crispy. Lots of gravy if that's your thing. My wife got the breakfast sandwich. She was disappointed as it was a huge ciabatta roll with little filling. Also, the restaurant is not open until 7AM. I am an early riser and enjoy my coffee in the morning. I came down to the lobby at 6AM. They said I needed to wait until the restaurant opened before I could get coffee. So, now I'm sitting in their cold lobby, on a hard chair, typing this review. The parking sucks. They do not have enough spots for the hotel so I had to park in the neighboring hotels parking lot.

The free breakfast is basically coffee/tea + yogurt, some fruit, and a packaged pastry (like a waffle). On our last night, the bathroom light broke, so we ended up having to use the bathroom in the dark. Showering in the dark - not fun. At this point I looked up for a smile thinking she was joking also...she wasn't. I said, "I would never actually do that. I am (insert my age) and travel for business all the time." She continues to punch in numbers or something and doesn't look up. I asked her to please remember that it was non-food items that needed to be separate. She cut me off mid sentence with a, "Yes I know," or something like that. She was dismissive and irritable. When I asked her why the toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash were $40, she realized her mistake. She was very annoyed and then rather than apologize, she sighed and started to attempt to correct the issue. When I reiterated the way the expenses needed to processed on a corporate acct, she rolled her eyes. At this point, I am in the twilight zone...and developing a migraine. I literally could not parse how we got here or what I did to deserve such classless behavior. At the end, it took about 35 minutes and a manager to resolve the issue. The manager was also defensive, not once did she show concern for the way I was treated or customer service. No apology for the mistake or the dirty room. Just equivocations and detours off the issues. Not worth it. Won't repeat the visit.

They ended up replacing the heater/AC unit while we were out. The unit was noisy though. Because of the issue with the heat, I deducted one star only and not more because they tried. There's plenty of parking, and the windows are well insulated that if you don't open them, you don't hear the noise. Also they had unique black out curtains that fit in channels that don't allow any light to come through. I need them for my bedroom. We will definitely give them another shot.

Our flight landed around 1:30 a.m., but while riding the hotel shuttle, we were told they didn't actually have a room because they had overbooked due to a natural disaster. My family, including my minor children, waited in the lobby until nearly 3:00 a.m. while staff scrambled to find and clean a room. We were first given keys to Room 325, then 15 minutes later those were taken back and replaced with keys to Room 327. The next morning, around 10:00 a.m., while I was completely undressed in my room, a male hotel employee unlocked the door and walked in. We both screamed, and he immediately shut the door. The Operations Manager, Ailynn P., told me our occupied room had been marked VACANT in their system and promised the General Manager would contact me. No one ever did. The hotel offered an apology basket but refused to refund our stay. This wasn't just bad service--it was a serious safety failure. If our room was marked vacant, what would have happened during an emergency? Even more disturbing, what if it had been my minor daughter instead of me? The lack of accountability after such a violating incident is unacceptable. Stay elsewhere if guest safety and privacy matter to you.
