Very happy with my stay. Stayed overnight in a single king room. The room was spacious, had a microwave and fridge, as well as a small sofa. The room as well as the halls/lobby were very clean! Checking in was easy, and staff were very friendly. They informed me that they have security that regularly does rounds around the hotel and the entrances are locked after a certain time. I visited the indoor pool/hot tub which is actually right across the parking lot in the Residence Inn Marriott. Parking is $12 per night. Overall review of the area, this seems to be in the heart of it all. Theres a mall, restaurants, grocery stores. When I visited there was construction happening outside of the lobby entrance but I didn't hear any noise throughout my stay. read more

I cane here for a quick overnight stay. The customer reps both Annette and Robyn were so professional and friendly soon as we walked in, i felt very welcomed. The room size was nice and clean. The beds were also comfy. The only bad thing was no pool, which it was a hot day, and we had to walk across to the other hotel, which was only steps away. But the pool was very dirty so we did not get to enjoy it, we sdvused our hotel which they were very apologetic, but all in all we had a decent stay being that it was close to the mall and other stores. read more

Super clean, great service. I travel a lot and was previously at the same brand in southern Cali. Palmdale was an unexpected surprise. I had gotten a flat and had to wait for a shop to open so got a room for overnight. Letti at the front desk was amazing told me of a local mom and pop to get my tire fixed. The beds were super comfortable room super clean so so happy I pulled off the highway there and stayed. Honestly the best sleep I've had didn't want to get up in the morning lol. Do not book any groups here. Everything was a problem. Check-in was a nightmare - took me one hour for the group of 14, the air-condition in my room could not be turned off and kept us at a freezing point, the promised breakfast was a disaster. The icing on the cake: we were overcharged. I am considering filing a complaint. We do these events over and over in the area and despite the rooms being nice return back to the Hilton round the corner. They will send you flowers. read more

Stayed here for a family function and the room had roaches. After my wife told someone from housekeeping, she was told "Yeah, that happens sometimes ". I told the guy at the front desk and he told me to come back the next morning because he couldn't do anything. Then I was told to call the next day because the manager wasn't available. After speaking to Autumn, the assistant general manager, she refunded my 2 night stay only after I had to prove they had roaches with a video I took. But they have not refunded my $150 deposit. Now Autumn avoids my calls and emails. How many "meetings" do you have per day? I would avoid this hotel at ALL costs. They are very unprofessional. read more

I got a room for one night because my brother had to check in to Palmdale regional very early in the morning. I was a little worried after reading some reviews here, but had a great experience. I knew there was a 12$ parking charge but at $99 a night it still was a great deal. The lobby is nice, with a big Starbucks with a variety of offerings. The room was nice and clean with great beds, a huge bathroom, and even a view. I dropped my brother off in the early morning and then was able to lounge around, take a great shower and watch some nice programs on HBO, Netflix, and other streaming services. The staff was friendly as well. I recommend this hotel when coming to Palmdale. PS I did not see any homeless around or anything like that. The area was nice, and near to all. read more

What can you say what a crap whole Luckily only stayed overnight and I'm thankful for that. Found hidden food in the room apparently it's the hang out room or housekeeping does a lousy job. These rooms are certainty not disinfected at all I heard doors opening and closing at 3:00am. I can hear conversations from the next room extremely thin walls. Hotels are not like use to be, even well known name brands! I understand not changing towels daily is the norm these days, but not even make the bed is a first for me. The worst part was there were stains on the bathroom floor in front of the toilet, and it doesn't take much of imagination to know what that was! Looks like mopping the bathroom floor is not necessary for new guest to check in! I will try another hotel next time!!!! read more

Pros: Check-in was a breeze. I was able to check-in two hours before the scheduled time with no fees. Location was great as I could get to Target and any major store in the area in 10 minutes. A 24 hour Jack in the Box and Circle K were in walking distance. (Frequented Circle-K daily for gallon jugs of water etc) The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The staff were honestly the best part of this place. Very accommodating. Even the cleaning ladies were extremely nice! Cons: My room was double booked and I was called in the room no-notice to move down 1 floor ASAP on my 3rd week of stay. At this point, I had accumulated a lot of things and it was hard to transition. The second bedroom I moved into had a bathroom fan that didn't suck out air, so shower steam filled the unit. Homeless people made up tent in the parking lot outside the adjacent motorcycle shop and would yell at all hours of the day. This hotel is right next to the freeway and a major road so you hear cars and motorcycles revving engines/exhausts 24/7. The bed is VERY comfy but the noise woke me up many times. Each unit is different...the heater/ac unit by the window needs some finesse. Overall: I would stay here again on corporate business card, but would not pay personal money on it. read more

If I could give them 0 starts I would, we have stayed at this place more than 3 times and every single time there has to be an issue, they did a mistake on their end saving the card on file for incidentals and they call our room at 10.45pm with no care on the world if their costumer is sleeping, guess what we still need to check out and you already got our informations and got the money out of our card! What couldn't wait?? Jason was so rude and after realizing their mistake oh I will wave the parking charge, like money is the issue. No Empathy! My auntie died two days before Thanksgiving, and my wife and I drove from San Diego to stay here. The toilet flooded with one flush, and feces was literally touching me. My wife retrieved a plunger from Jessica, which they seemed to have on standby. To add injury, I had to wait 20mins for the water to warm up to take a shower! I've been waiting 4 days and haven't heard anything from Lethy, the manger I was told by Jessica that would be reaching out to me. My family is in bereavement and should not have to deal with this! Truth is I couldn't even afford to stay here, but I wasn't going to have my wife scared of what may happen at Motel 6. I wish I would have just slept in my car and put that money towards my aunties funeral arrangements. Humanity is surely at a lost! read more

STAY AWAY! They couldn't find the reservation, though we had a physical copy. They put us in an "overflow" room on a new reservation, and the lock just didn't work at all (it stayed UNLOCKED). Then when we complained we had to move our stuff to the new room ourselves: a downgrade with no refund, only to be greeted with COCKROACHES crawling over my wife. Of course no reasonable person would stay in a hotel with cockroaches for $200 a night. They seemed to understand, we called back next day and they said everything was cancelled. Note: the clerks we dealt with were very nice and very competent. The hotel management is incompetent and apparently corrupt, because two days later they charged our card for $200, I've complained to Marriott, I've complained directly to the hotel and left multiple messages. They literally do nor return our calls. WE WERE ROBBED OF $200 FOR NOT WANTING TO SLEEP WITH COCKROACHES. I want my money and will probably sue them for that night and the time spent pursuing this nonsense. STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY. read more

The better accommodations are concentrated in this area, right off the 14 Freeway, with easy access to the Antelope Valley Mall and everything else you might need. The Marriott Courtyard Palmdale is one of the higher-end budget accommodations in this area, and it's just great. Remember to join the free Marriott loyalty program to earn points, upgrades and freebies with every stay. As a platinum guest, I was upgraded to an awesome one bedroom suite (Room 101) with a very roomy living room including mini-fridge and microwave, and a separate king bedroom. Everything is so clean! Nice sized indoor pool and teeny gym for a faux-workout. Washer and dryer on every floor. Nice bar/lounge off the lobby with happy hour specials and small bites. No need to go outside, which is a good thing, as it was 109 degrees during my stay. The Marriott Courtyard Palmdale shares a parking lot with the Marriott Residence Inn Palmdale -- don't check into the wrong place. [The Residence Inn is a bit pricier, and the rooms include full kitchens and fridge for a longer type stay]. But for a day or two, the Courtyard is a hit! read more

Spent three nights here with my teenage son, visiting family and friends in the area. Very good location, walking distance to stores, restaurants, gas stations and the mall. There is parking but it costs $10 per night, didn't mind paying as there was security (very unobtrusive but still visible) at all times. Very helpful and fast front desk staff. Room was very big and nice. I had to do some work during our trip and appreciated the very large desk area, with smaller pull out. Beds are very comfortable and bedding was great. Small refrigerator and microwave, tucked away inside a cabinet, which I appreciated. Bathroom was nice but had a weird, large step up into the shower. Grounds are nice and manicured. The hotel is very quiet, even though it is near a main road and the freeway, it is set far enough back that you don't hear anything. read more

My boyfriend and I arrived for our check-in at 4:30pm. The lobby was filled with kids and parents and look very unorganized. Finally we approached the counter and was greeted with a smile from Ashley who explained to us that our room wasn't ready. Ashley was immediately apologetic and told us she would work on getting us a room ASAP. Well we waited for at least and hour. Ashley again took charge and brought us drink tickets while we waited and listen to the crowd of kids run all around the place. After waiting for so very long, my boyfriend decided we will cancel the room since it wasn't ready and go somewhere else. After making phone calls all around everyone was sold out because there was a tournament going on; that explains the parents and kids in the lobby. Ashley finally told us our room was ready at 5:48pm and checked us in. I asked to see the manager immediately!!! Ashley walked us over to Mr. Rude Nervous Ian Kingsley. Is this the person you have as your "point of contact"? SMH. I explained to Ian how upset we were that our room wasn't ready and that we are Elite Members. He seem to not care. He told us "well I thought your room would be ready but my house keepers were running behind and I have know control over that". Oh! So when does the manager blame their employees? I spoke with one of the parents and she told me that they did not have a reservation and just checked in as a walk in. Ian basically gave our room away. Ian never gave us eye contact, was very rude, shaking, nervous, and NOT ACCOMMODATING. He told us he could not give us a discount but he can wave out $10 parking. He does not need to be a manager. The next morning I saw Ashley and she greeted us with a smile and again was very apologetic, saw Ian and he just looked at me and did not say a word. Ian does not have managerial skills, Ashley does. 5 starts for Ashley and negative stars for Ian. read more

This hotel is Ghetto fabulous. Emphasize the capital G in Ghetto. There's homeless people all over the exterior. It's pretty dark in the parking lot, make sure you bring a flashlight and pepper spray. There were no carts available, so I had to make a few trips back and forth carrying all of my belongings to my room. Check in was quick, but they charged me $150 for a security deposit when the rate for the room was only $117. They also charged me 15$ for parking...go figure. Moving on, the room had a bad odor. Smelled like mold or just old carpet and furniture. The bed was comfy tho... I'll give them that! The TV was small... I'd assume it's a 32' inch tv. Breakfast was good but it cost me an arm and a leg. I will never stay here again. read more

I arrived late, but the lady at the front desk was smiling, she said hello and was ready to help. She was a welcomed sight after driving over an hour and a half from LAX. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their incidental credit hold amount was. There was no resort fee and the WiFi was complimentary. It was also fast, not like other hotels that cost twice the price. After I finished checking in, I stopped for a moment to take a look around the lobby. It has several places for small groups to meet with individual LCD TV's, a desk and round couches, including several standard two and four table top configurations with comfortable chairs. It has a Starbucks inside. The pool is inside and it's due to the temperature of the area during Winter. Even though the lobby looked new, the rooms need some additional refurbishment. The construction of the hotel is not the best either. I could hear people walking above me from the third floor. So if you don't want to hear walking, reserve a room on the top floor. The elevator has an ok speed but the really nice feature of the hotel is that it has access doors on each end via key card access. The beds are comfortable and the drapes offered enough blocking that I was able to stay asleep in the early morning after sunrise. I liked my stay, especially the staff and how nice they were. If I need to stay in Palmdale again, I will consider this hotel first. read more

Very impressed. Not only were the rooms clean, comfortable and enough room for 4 adults, the prices were great too. We stayed with almost 20 people (might have been more, I 'm not sure) for a family wedding and so we got a group rate. Everyone seemed very happy and there was more than enough room in the lobby / Bistro / TV area for the family to mingle and eat. That family rate also came with a Continental breakfast which was FANTASTIC. Its not your run of the mill cereal, bagels and some hard boiled eggs. No sir. Its from their actual restaurant there in the lobby. You can also get coffee, naked juice, water and its all covered! What a great deal! My mother in law and I went down and used the gym. There were several very nice treadmills, a full complement of dumbbells and an adjustable bench. Small, but a Nice setup. I think that this experience just converted us to Marriott people whenever we go to stay abroad now!!! read more

Standard Courtyard Marriott. Indoor pool, no complimentary breakfast, room was fine EXCEPT for the toilet that didn't flush then the handle snapped off when I tried it harder. Eww. While they were apologetic, and offered solutions, it wasn't enough. They offered to move our room (but from 2 queens to 1 king), but maintenance was not present on Sunday so the other option was to pull the chain in the tank. Boo. read more

We made last minute plans to go to Six Flags and booked our reservations on the Bon Boy website on 7/23. We got a hotel a little ways away, but loved the price. The hotel is nice. Our room was a decent size. The room was clean. The lobby is nice, and they have a nice size indoor pool and spa. The room: The rooms fit 4 (2a/2k) well. The TV is a little small. The shower is a little dated. The fridge didn't work till the night before we left, the closet doors are old and falling off the track. Other than that, the room was nice. No issues. The lobby: We got comped breakfast because of issues we had. I will say, their breakfast is good, even if it's a bit pricey. They were constantly out of things too. They have a bar in the evenings. I will say that the 2 people "bar tending" and no clue what certain very popular drinks are (including what Malibu is). They were also out of several drinks too. The TV's in the booths didn't work. However, everyone is super nice and handles the issues promptly. The pool is a good.size but holy chlorine! I think it's because it's an indoor pool. But, still. If you have sensitive eyes, avoid it! Over all, we had a few minor issues but it was a decent hotel. We'd stay again. Parking is $10 a night, which the website DOESN'T tell you when you book. And there is not a lot of parking either. read more

She actually walked to find a room that was available however I know she must do that for every guest in this current state and all. I've seriously had better. I've stayed at other Courtyards and I'm sorry to say that this one in particular is at the bottom of my list. Might as well stay at the Residence Inn which is literally across the parking lot. I usually try to take full advantage of the double reward points offered by Courtyard vs staying at a Residence Inn, but I think half the points will be so worth it. I was very dissatisfied with my stay for all of these reasons: -rooms were always sold out, they weren't available for my coworkers even those who were platinum members -freeway seems like its at arms reach from your room, the noise is really noticeable especially at night -don't get a room that's adjoined with another, you'll hear every noise from next door (I was lucky enough to have a neighbor who loved watching his TV late night at a blaring volume and who didn't turn off his cell phone alarm the whole morning.) -jacuzzi jets were very weak, my farts can produce more pressure -gym felt cramped, I couldn't lift a free weight without giving a person in the same room a black eye -my TV was old and I wasn't able to adjust the brightness level on it -towels were coarse and in dire need of replacement My apologies for making this seem like a B**** session but I have one final complaint: - twice, different staff didn't bother to ask for ID when I had to reset my room key, I could of told them any room number and easily walked into that room read more

This Courtyard is a franchise operated as a Courtyard licensee. They have upgrades parts of the hotel, but for the most part, it's original and needs a serious facelift. The frontdesk service is excellent and the 5.95 breakfast buffet is significant less expensive than the newer Courtyards. No outdoor pool and apparently it gets too cold. read more
