Wonderful venue and amazing staff! We hosted a private party here and everything was flawless. We had a lot to prepare for prior to guests arriving and the staff were helpful while we ran around gettin it done. Projector screen is provided. We brought our own projector. We used the entire space which held 65 comfortably as we needed the front space open for performances. They didn't allow us to take left over entrees home which I felt since we paid for them in advance they should let us take any food left over. Maybe rules and regulations can adapt in the future. We looked at a few venue spaces in the area and this was the most convenient. There's two entrances to the venue a courtyard area which is right next to the parking lot. Easy access when unloading/loading decorations and gear for your event. The other is through the main lobby next to the bar and restaurant. Nice space for guests to line up for guest book. The restrooms are on the far opposite side of the lobby next to the registration desk. Free parking.

We were at this location for a 75th Birthday Party. The room was great and roomy. The best part of this hotel are the employees. Each and every member of the staff was so kind, attentive and professional. They went out of their way. The second best part of this great party was the FOOD! I have worked banquet sales in my past and let's be honest, banquet food is generally average. Well, I am not sure who the chef is but the food was incredible. (I am very picky). Keep doing what you're doing!!

Unpleasant experience. From check in to check out it was not great. Understaffed and rude. Check in took a while many people in line waiting. While staying there the room had issues like a wonky lock, broken closet shelf, one cup to make coffee when the room was for 6 individuals (4 adults and 2 babies), not enough luggage carts, room key cards not working to enter the indoor pool, hot smelly walkways ( and we were on the 6th floor), need I say more... last but not least there was an odd leaking area in the shower where possibly the old shower head was located before a renovation. The pictures don't lie ... begs the question as to whom is looking into these issues...

Nice Bedroom with access to the Bathroom. Another Plasma TV!

Very Positive stay at this Professionally Run Hotel. The Entire Staff provided Excellent Service. Rooms are Quality Suites with 2 Plasma televisions, a refrigerator and Microwave. The Sofa is about 8 feet long and large enough to nap on! Full Breakfast included with cooked to order omeletttes, and every night there are 2 hours of free well drinks & snacks. I Look Forward to staying again! Highly Recommend!!

    Room 600

It seems to be a fairly new hotel. We chose to stay here due to the indoor pool & spa. A couple of issues: First the sign on the sixth floor did not show Room 600. The sign started with room 601 (see photos). We should have been told when we checked in that Room 600 is not shown on the sign and it is at the very end of the hall past room 602. Or the sign should be corrected. Second the room key cards failed to work in the card scanners not only at our room also at the pool door. We had the cards replaced and still had problems. Twice we had to call the front desk to have someone come and open a door for us. The good stuff: the hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. Lots of comfortable seating areas for small or large groups. The food choices at the morning breakfast is great, including fresh made omelettes. Everything tasted great and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Especially Dulce who took great care of us and our granddaughter. The pool area is spacious with a large pool (not heated) the spa is very noisy I think the water level was low so the jet noise was louder than it should be. The gym had just the right type of equipment for cardio & strength training. Within a couple of miles there are lots of fast food restaurants to choose from. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we will stay here again

Multiple bugs crawling in the bed.

I am not one to leave negative reviews. I realize the risk when you stay at a hotel, however, given I was extremely understanding, I expected more empathy and effort from the hotel management to help me when I brought to their attention that there were multiple insects in our hotel room. There was some sort of bug infestation! We stayed only one night and there were multiple instances of small bugs crawling in the bed. I called management immediately and they came up, bagged everything, and apologized. Since my stay on 8/23/25, there was no sense of urgency or effort on their part to assist my family. My kids have bites on their bodies and we have our suitcase bagged until now! Even a simple refund was not done since it was "booked through a third party." Every communication was initiated by me. There's no documentation that shows it wasn't bed bugs. The manager wrote in his email that it's just "beetles." Does that make it okay that the room was infested by them? I couldn't get a report from pest control so I have no peace of mind or confirmation whatsoever if it's bed bugs. Hands down, worst hotel stay we've had and worst customer service. They simply said sorry and reassured me that the room was closed to other customers while they "investigate." It was room 521 for the week of 8/23/25-8/30/25. I hope my review helps others.

The property is beautiful, the hotel staff is phenomenal, and the food is delicious. If you don't have dinner plans, you can't go wrong at the bar and restaurant. Also, it's a great location. Restaurants and shopping are minutes away. You gotta try the Kobe burger and Bread Pudding.

The mirror in the room had a green light in it but no visible wiring going to the mirror.

The breakfast host and food preparer was especially friendly. They offered made-to-order breakfast bites that changed daily. The day I stayed, it was avocado toast with egg, and it was a nice touch that made the breakfast feel more personal than the typical hotel buffet. Parking was convenient and seemed safe. My only complaint was that the walls were thin enough that I could clearly hear the TV in the room next door, and the guest had it turned up so loudly that I eventually had to move rooms. That was an inconvenience, although the second room was fine. I was startled awake in the new room by the fire alarm. Supposedly someone set it off by cooking in the room...it was 330am! Not sure I believe this was the reason. Overall, I would stay here again. It was a much better than average hotel experience for California, where so many hotels are aging and in need of updating.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel at this time. There are several areas that need…read moreattention, and I hope management takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve the guest experience. During my stay, we were woken up by the fire alarm throughout the hotel. The situation was extremely disruptive, and it was concerning to see what appeared to be a lack of organization and care from some of the employees handling the situation. The breakfast experience also needs significant improvement. It was a very busy morning, with well over 100 guests, but there was only one person preparing eggs and avocado toast. The wait became extremely long. Having some breakfast items prepared and ready to go would make a big difference during busy periods. Unfortunately, the breakfast area itself was also poorly organized and not kept clean. Coffee cups were not properly stocked, napkins were missing, there were no knives available to cut bagels even though there were toasters, and many of the tables had not been cleaned. The kitchen area was particularly disappointing and looked very unclean. Chobani Greek yogurt and boiled eggs were also completely gone, with no apparent effort to keep those items replenished. I'm sharing this because I believe the hotel has potential, but the breakfast operation and overall organization need more attention, especially during peak hours. More staff, better preparation, consistent cleaning, and keeping basic items fully stocked would greatly improve the experience. I hope management takes this feedback constructively. With some better organization and attention to cleanliness and guest needs, this could be a much better stay.

DO NOT BOOK DUE TO FRAUDULENT MANAGER JESSICA JOSEPH On July…read more21 I booked a hotel stay through Priceline for 3 nights. Mind you, I have stayed at SEVERAL Holiday Inns for the past 6 years as I am 31 years old. I checked in around 3 pm, went to the room and my sister used the restroom. Then, we went to go eat at Sizzlers down the street. Came back about 2 hours later with Nothing in my hands, she dropped me off. I sat on the bed and had an immediate reaction to their dusty and chemical bed sheets. I even took a video of me patting down the side of the bed to show the dust because guess what? I never used the bed nor laid in it. I called and told them I needed hypoallergenic clean sheets like every normal hotel provides to avoid these situations and I was told by staff that they only had fragranced detergent. They gave me attitude so I gave them attitude back, saying there was nothing they can do and what more did I want. I told them I could NOT sleep there that I had to leave and I submitted a full refund exemption through Priceline. I packed my things and went downstairs. I spoke to SHAWN at front desk SAME DAY July 21 (its on camera) at 6 PM (3 hours after check in) she apologized, said she understood about my flare up, she saw my prescription Hydroxyzine HCL for severe allergy. I was told by her ON CAMERA that id receive my full refund, even mentioned Priceline and said to not worry that by tomorrow JESSICA THE MANAGER would "APPROVE" my refund with no problem. Shawn told me to EMAIL her in advance so she could know about it by next day, July 22. I emailed her at 6:40 PM once I was settled with my boyfriend as we were on our way to a NEW HOTEL, SpringHill Suites Lancaster Palmdale (PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, NO REACTIONS) which you can see on image was booked same day that I checked into and stayed the night in. By the next morning July 22, I wake up at the new hotel SpringHill Suites and wait until 11 am, still no refund email, call, voicemail, no response at all or care. I had to call Holiday Inn again to remind them. I was told Jessica, the manager, was in a "meeting" that she'd be done before 12. Mind you, she had all morning to simply click confirm for my refund she was emailed about the day prior. I talk to her, and SHE STATES ON CALL that I never checked out, and came back to spend the night with my OWN bed sheets and that BOTH beds were used so I was going to only be refunded 2 nights out of 3. I got mad right away because how are you going to think you can ILLEGALLY frame the situation for your connivence and say I came back with my own bedding when you can SEE ON CAMERA that I spoke to shawn and was promised a full refund due to my medical emergency your sheets and dusty room caused, and yes hello a dust allergy also exists, which I have records of. ON CAMERA that I left at 6 PM , 3 hours after I checked in, I didnt even spend a whole hour in that room for me to use both beds, I never even touched the bed by the window. And the other bed I only sat on it. It was still tucked in. So I told her I would call the cops on her for fraud on my name because she knows shes lying and she decided it was ok to keep my 100$ and say I stayed there for the night, said she had no obligation to refund me even though I was promised a full refund on camera, which is why I left SAME DAY. Thats 292.56$ plus my deposit 50$. They did NOT check me out despite me leaving. Do NOT book here unless you want to deal with a scamming manager who thinks shes above the law. She could have simply gave me my full refund for MY inconvenience at their hotel. I also have her recorded on phone call. Denied giving me her boss contact info stating she couldn't give staff info, to protect herself. She put me on DO NOT RENT list. I will be filing a police report for fraud I will be reporting this to the local news channel I will be posting about this on my Tiktok that has about 100k followers. I will be looking into suing for fraud I will be emailing corporate Don't ever lie on anyones name and scam them of their money due to your PRIDE.
