My first choice in brand of hotels!!! Everything was just as I needed it, especially with it being 108 degrees outside you need all the comfort that can be provided in the inside on top of granting me a late check out, due to a late flight. This was a great example of best in class and excellence in customer service with a topping of appreciation. Hotel was clean, quiet and nearby to plenty of eateries as well, so another plus. Thanks for your hospitality. Until the next time, Bye-Bye!

Tiny "sofa-bed".

Underwhelming. This Courtyard location is on the wrong side of being average for a hotel in this class. Some of the blame rests on me, like the fact they charge $9 for a basic continental breakfast, or that they don't have a microwave in the room (but they do have a fridge and coffee machine?).. I didn't read the fine print when booking apparently. Then again all other hotels in this class have those items included. But what's 100% on Courtyard is that they fraudulently stated a pullout "sofa bed". They define a sofa bed as a love seat with a tiny matress pullout with zero support as a "sofa bed". One adult would definitely NOT want to sleep on it. Even their pictures are misleading. Room was ok but the bathroom was in dire need of a remodel. Fluorescent light was blinking on and off. Stingy with soap and complimentary bath products. SAFETY ISSUES: You'll see the homeless / shady people on bikes as soon as you drive into the parking lot. Making matters worse is just how dark the parking area and hotel really is. Never really felt safe here.. Do not leave valuables in your car..

Beautiful!

OK let's call it what it is it is a hotel. But wait there's more so came down to the bistro bar that had the skillet meatballs what shall I say? Prime time flavors! Presentation is beautiful temperatures are great and cocktails are perfection! Well if this place would only let them do what they want they could definitely create crazy awesome kitchen! Paul and Alex are the PM BISTRO kickbutt here!! They are charming, soft, yesssss inquisitive and WOW intimate! So ...... would I come here without having a room!!??? You damn right I will!! Live this place! Oh..... front desk?? There IS NO ONE BETTER!!

Moldy nasty shower!!

This hotel is ok if you need to be next to Fear Farm and their bistro food--avocado toast was amazing!! Other than that our King room had handicap accessible offerings (we did not book) but very claustrophobic!! I tossed and turned both nights so I was not comfortable at all. The shower had lots of mold-yuck! The pool was green-eew ! We come to AZ to see family and needed a place to stay near an event but after this experience we will definitely stay elsewhere next time.

The rooms are average but clean and comfy. The service was fantastic and the breakfast available in the lobby in the mornings is very cool. They have a tv at every table to chill or work while you have coffee and eat. They gave us breakfast vouchers which was so sweet! We got in late and there wasn't much but frozen meals at the desk. So in the morning we were starving. Just in and out but really was impressed with the service.

Izel (hazel?) was super duper nice helping me use the business computer and checking out!! Thank you!! Room was comfy and clean. Bistro had nice late night options. I got Brussels sprouts, yummy! Taking down a star because I'm here on business and was hoping for shopping options to be closer, but the outlets are near and if you want quiet this place works. Also, maybe giving everyone water when you check in or have it in rooms to buy since it's phx.

Standard Courtyard room setup and amenities. Great hospitality. Got a cute checkin gift for welcoming back.

Spider

First day was good. Was able to check in early and very nice front desk agents. Second day I found a large spider and wasps nest. The nest was right out side the patio. Front desk agent took care of the spider but I was not offered any compensation or even to move rooms. Needless to say I slept with one eye open. I hope they took care of the wasps nest and perhaps call pest control. Will not be returning.

Separate lounge area from the bedroom

We were in town for a concert at the Ak-Chin Pavilion. The Courtyard was only a few miles away from the venue so it worked perfectly! We had arrived a little early than the normal check in time. Luckily they were accommodating and let us have our room to get settled. The front desk associates were very polite and professional! Check in and check out was a breeze. The room was more than I expected. The sitting room with the desk, tv and wet bar was all separate from the bedroom. It was more than spacious and comfortable. The bedroom/bathroom had the same feel. Very spacious and clean. There is a closable door between areas so you could easily have privacy if someone was staying in the sitting room. With the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel, I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We try different farms each year, trying to find "the one." This one was okay. It is big and has…read moreplenty to do. A con is that the smaller kid activities is way on the other side from the bigger kid activities so if you have kids of different ages, you have one bored and just hanging until the other is done in their section. The food was decent for the most part. The funnel cake bites, turkey leg, and kettle corn were good. The elote corn was eh. The food was decently priced. To get in is $20 each which to me, is a little pricey. There should be kid pricing in my opinion. Parking is ok. They did let a car in front of us hold the line up to wait for a car to leave but when we tried to do it, they made us move. Understandable but rules should be the same for everyone. Most staff was nice. On the way out, they asked about taking a family photo. We declined. My son was on the props I guess (it wasn't labeled and no one was there taking pictures) and one staff was like "this is where we take our pictures just so you know." That was interesting. Maybe post a sign. Not my top pick, but it was a decent time.

So many photo opportunities, From fields of pumpkins to big rope spider web to the tractor or large painted tires . The only thing you'll pay extra for is the train ride for the littles. I think it's $2-3 bring cash. Even at the gate if you pay with cash it's a $2 discount each. $20 for admission They have big bounce thing for the big kids to adults. A small one for the little kids. Tricycles for big and small. All kinds of climbing things. Yard Games large legos, chess and a huge corn maze bring a flash light or use your phone. They do have reasonably priced food. They allow you to bring in drinks not sure about food. Years past we celebrated birthdays and they let us bring in ice chest. You may want to check for current rules. There is a farmers market at the entrance to buy pumpkins, jelly, honey.... We go on Thursday's less busy . They have a super cute petting zoo area. Bring quarters to get the food to feed the animals . Lots of J John's clean and well kept. With all the rain you may want to bring misquote spray. We didn't need it but it's rained again. It's well lit at night we go around 5 stay till closing. Even our grown up college kids ask when are we going to the farm. Hard to post pic without our family in them. Lots of tree house things for kids to crawl up and slide down. Great memories are created here. I highly recommend this farm. We've been to a few other farms and they aren't as fun or organized with employees who care. Bonus is it's clean. Plus the cost is very good in comparison.

Unfortunately, on check-in no explanation about the activities was given so we were on our own trying to figure it out. Overall, the entertainment options are fun and we had a great time! The employees are hit or miss. Some are not very friendly or helpful and some are. Colton needs to be recognized because once he took over helping us with the attractions our experience went from 3 to 5 stars. He explained everything thoroughly to us, helped me choose which would be best for having motion sickness, and overall just made our experience very enjoyable by paying attention to small details. It seems they were operating on a skeleton crew this day. We sat and tried to order food and there was only one server for everyone. Needless to say, it took quite a while to be able to even place an order. The go-kart experience runs like a well oiled machine and was probably the smoothest experience we had out of everything there. Overall we had a ton of fun, but this place really needs to work on training their employees for better customer service and experience.

The area is huge with tons of arcade games. The racing was fun although it was hard to know when it was starting. The safety brief/orientation was a minimum. It was hard to hear the staff especially with our helmets on. Also did not like that they used our full government name for the leaderboard (especially bc this was sent via email)- would've liked the option for an alias or just first names. The VR game was very immersive (reminded me of Disney's VOID but scaled down). The racing simulator and 7D experience was just ok. Waiting for attractions, there would be either no staff to help (and you're waiting in line for nothing) or an over abundance of staff hanging around.
