I came here to try on wedding dresses by myself a few weeks ago. My mom and maid of honor live in the midwest and it's rare that they are able to make the trip to Vegas. I made an appointment and arrived early... very early. Like 30+ minutes early. The staff was super friendly and helped me browse dresses prior to my appointment. I was looking for something modest and made of lace with an interesting back and, by the time it was my turn, i had picked out about five gowns. The selection of gowns is definitely geared more toward brides looking for a princess style dress. Dawn was very helpful in helping me get in and out of the gowns and I really felt like she listened to my feedback. I did find one gown that I really liked, however I was informed that I was not allowed to take photos of the dress. I was very disappointed in this. I have been to several other stores and none of them have had an issue with letting me photograph myself in the dress. Let's face it-- after the big day, you only have photos and video of the event and I wanted to make sure I photographed well in the dress. Also, I wanted to be able to send the photo to my mom/maid of honor for their opinion. I haven't purchased my dress yet and I am still undecided as to whether or not I will go with the dress from Couture Bride. read more

I love this store... I looked at a few other bridal shops around town and decided to go with Couture Bride. I worked with Dawn, she was beyond sweet, helpful and listened to everything I wanted. They do carry some of the more exclusive dresses (and they tend to have a higher price point), but are very respectful of budgets. My sister is getting married this September and I found this place online. We made an appointment to meet with Annette. My sister had a certain dress in mind but Annette encouraged her to try on a variety just to get a feel for what she really loves. The fourth dress that Annette picked out was so unbelievably beautiful, it was definitely the one. She encouraged her to still try on a few more, there was no pushy sale feel whatsoever. Dawn at Couture Bride could feel my frustration with trying on gown after gown of things that weren't my style. She asked me to show her a picture of a dress I really liked, and so I did. She explained that they did not have the dress I wanted in stock, however they would eventually get it- months later. I knew the dresses at this shop could be slightly above my price point but the website said they carried the brand I like (and happens to be in my budget). I tried on one dress before being told to go to an outlet store instead of keep looking for dresses there as they would all be too expensive. Fair enough, but outlet is a bit of a jump. The brand I asked for, the one listed on the website is not actually carried. I was there less than 10 minutes and was rudely interrupted at pretty much every sentence I spoke. They have a very select amount of dresses and you better have the $ for them if you want to be treated with some respect. Sad, a friend highly recommended this shop. read more

I can not say enough good things about my experience at Couture Bride! I did the typical bridal appointment with my mom, made of honor, and bridal party. I let each person pick out a gown for me to try on. I included my bridal consultant Dawn in that mix and she pick a dress that I thought "no way" but I'll try it. The shop worked closely with my group allowing us to really enjoy the moment and have some fun. Wouldn't you know it after all the gowns I tried on Dawn knew best and the one she pulled ended up being "the one". The fittings were easy and stress-free even though life surrounding my wedding was anything but. Working with Couture Bride was the last thing I had to stress about during the whole wedding process. After encountering several pushy rude sales people during my search for the perfect dress, Dawn at Couture Bride was a breath of fresh air! Dawn is awesome and this store is really fabulous; I can see why it has the highest reviews in all of Las Vegas. I live in LA but came here to look at some wedding gowns with my family. Dawn is very friendly, open, objective and very professional. This was by far the best wedding gown shopping experience I have had. Dawn took the time to sit and talk with us first about the wedding, my preferences, and what I had in mind. While selecting some gowns, she asked me about the different styles and never pushed anything on me, like some salespeople do. Also, she really took to heart my budget and what I said I wanted or didn't want. In fact, there was a dress that my mom selected that was over our budget and she warned me that it was over but it was beautiful so I said let's just try it anyways. Of course, that was the one I loved the most. I went back and forth, changing between that and one other dress probably three times but Dawn was so nice and accommodating and never got annoyed with us. At the end of the visit, that was the dress I loved the most but I still was not quite comfortable with the price. When we were wrapping up, Dawn took the time to get all my information, including my measurements, and write down the details of the two dresses just in case I decide to order it. She was not at all rushed or annoyed that after all that we were still leaving empty-handed. I still keep thinking about that dress.... if I end up calling Dawn again, I will write an update ;) read more

She didn't have any elbow length Veils but she was supper nice, Even though she had another bride trying on dresses she was still really nice and took the time to help me. This store is gorgeous, not overwhelming, and extremely welcoming. Dawn helped my mother and I through the appointment. She was very patient with us and we never felt uncomfortable. I totally said YES!! to my dress here at Couture Bride. They had an amazing selection of dresses, unlike most places that have hundreds of so-so dresses to overwhelm you and leave you empty. They have a smaller selection of "couture" dresses that are spectacular and each one you try on is unlike the hundreds you tried on elsewhere... I easily tried of 60+ dresses over 6 states... As a bride looking for dresses it was more nerve racking than when I said yes to get married.... nights of not sleeping thinking i wouldn't find the right dress... But there it was... perfect in every way possible. The experience was just as memorable, as the owner was completely hands on and helpful with my twenty thousand questions.... she made picking my perfect dress even more possible and I could not thank her enough for all she does!!!!!
