There's a Kandi bracelet making section. They sell items based on theme of upcoming events, but also just a bunch of cute attire in general. Their items include clothes, pasties, bags, goggles, nasal inserts (boom boom), and other rave essentials. They're on the pricier side but the quality is excellent. I've had items that I've worn easily 10+ times since 2019 and they're still going strong. The employees are your best hype person one could ask for! Because they don't offer cash back, only store credit and some of the items aren't eligible to be returned at all I didn't want to take the risk in online ordering again and having the same problem. *also be advised the store credits do have an expiration date* I knew I was coming to LA so I decided that I would make a trip to the store front to redeem my store credit. The boutique is really cute inside, small, and I didn't have any problem finding street parking. There is a pretty good selection of items if you're between sixes 2-8 but larger than that you'll be a bit limited. I tried on several items and most of them just did not fit my body properly. A lot of the fabrics are thin and sheer, the dresses and skirts I tried on showed my underwear so beware of that also. I found the most success in accessories and jackets. I purchase a jumpsuit that fit me perfectly and it is a size 2X. In no other store have I ever fit into a 2X but I liked it enough to keep. The prices are pretty expensive based on the quality and I did not see any sale section inside of the store. A mini backpack, jumpsuit, duster and pair of no-name sunglasses was over $200. Thankfully my credit was $160 and covered most of that. Staff were helpful and friendly, I would consider the customer service 5 stars but I know I won't shop here again based on the sizing, selection and prices.

Despite charging top dollar, the quality was extremely poor cheap materials, sloppy construction, and nothing close to what was promised. The organza shawl I paid a premium for looked low grade and poorly made, far from the quality you'd expect at that price point. The owner claimed that the organza material just didn't go well with the dress and made her own decision and made the shawl with cheap chiffon material. She never called me to discuss any of the fabric issues. On top of that, they took back the shawl with the promise of replacing it, but never sent a replacement or issued a refund and kept my money. That is completely unacceptable and dishonest business practice.This was meant for my daughter's wedding that is 3 weeks away

They aren't items that you would commonly find at your normal department store. If you are looking for unique, then this is your store. This boutique is great for masks, earrings, necklaces, shorts, Halloween jewelry, and holiday gifts. And the store owner is very polite and friendly, which makes the shopping experience so much more fun! P.S. I asked the owner about the hours and the Yelp hours aren't 100% accurate. The store is pretty much open every day except Sunday. Call ahead because the hours are longer during the holiday season.

Claudia did such a great job for my wedding. she got my beautiful bridesmaids dresses in time for them to make adjustments if they needed to. one thing that made me so proud of her is that all dresses she ordered for my bridesmaids was perfect fits. All 15 bridesmaids dresses. I don't know how she got that right but she did. she gets it right all the time. My preceding photo shoot dresses that she ordered was perfect fit too. Without a doubt the most extraordinary dress shop in California. I had been on the lookout for the perfect dress all over SoCal and the San Diego areas and found nothing---and being plus size, the feat was even larger considering everyone just tends to push you aside. Couture shop is a hidden gem in Downtown LA! I needed a fancy gown for my cousin's wedding and i spent months looking online and at the malls and found absolutely nothing. My cousin had bought a dress here once before and had such a great experience, she referred me. In just 20 minutes, I found the perfect dress for my cousin's wedding! Since the Asian employee was busy, the Latina employee initially helped us. However, when two other customers walked in, the Latina employee stopped assisting us and focused on them instead. We were left waiting without anyone acknowledging us or checking if we needed help. It felt like the other customers were receiving much better service. I had already tried on a couple of hair pieces and didn't want to remove them myself because I was afraid of damaging them, so I waited for someone to assist me. Once the Asian employee finished with her customer, I asked for help. She was kind, patient, and helped me choose a hair piece. I had also planned to purchase earrings, but after the experience, I decided not to. I ended up purchasing only the hair piece. While the quality was nice, I personally found the items to be overpriced. A funny part of the experience was that the customers the Latina employee left us for didn't end up buying anything, despite her providing them with much better customer service than she provided us. I don't know why our experience was so different, but it honestly made me wonder if she had judged us based on appearances because we weren't given the same level of attention or courtesy. If you're shopping with a budget under $100, this may not be the right place for you, and it could save you time to shop elsewhere. Unfortunately, the lack of acknowledgment and inconsistent customer service left a bad impression. Because of that, I don't plan on returning.

This store is a hidden gem because no one has the quality they have!!! My wedding is in 24 days and I can't wait to post all my pictures! Cathering greeted me with a smile everytime! Came here with my daughter to find a prom dress. Most of the other stores had the same dresses…read moreover and over. Sky Fashion had a broader selection and have their dresses sorted by color which was super helpful. All the ladies were helping to find my daughter THE dress. After about trying on 8 or so, they brought out a dress from the back that they had just gotten in. It looked amazing and fit perfect. We were thrilled to have been so lucky and left super thankful.

They are…read moreexcellent at keeping their online shop updated for what they have in-store with pictures and sizes of the gowns. Their selection of designers is truly amazing. I can't speak to their online portion of the business, with the shipping and try-on-at-home or the selling process, but I can absolutely recommend that if you're looking to buy a wedding dress in SoCal, it's worth it to visit this place in person! It was just me and my mom (someone whose opinion I value but who also trusts that I can make my own decisions), but I think they allow up to four people to come with you. (Choose wisely lol). They also have great tips on their site, and the ones I felt were super helpful were 1- go to a regular bridal salon first to get a feel for the things you like and don't like, 2- size up one or two sizes from what your street clothes normally are, 3- preview their selection online and come prepared if there's something you specifically want to try on. They also send you a questionnaire when you book the appointment asking how you want to feel in your wedding dress on the day of -- which was a really useful question to answer, just for myself lol but I'm sure it helps them pick out some options that might align! Desiree was amazing!! She immediately understood my vision. She was an incredible resource for all of my nerdy material questions, and my questions about the consignment process, what would and wouldn't be possible in alterations, travel tips for transporting the dress, storing the dress, post-ceremony cleaning, etc. It's also bananas how much she knew about the history of some of my dress picks re: the original bride's alterations, off the top of her head! (Or maybe it's written down in their system haha that's probably more likely, but if it was from memory, freakin' kudos!). Apparently, Desiree had worked at the designer of one of my top pick dresses so she also had the lowdown of the business from that perspective as well! I also didn't feel pressured at all, which was so important for me--not just for wedding dress shopping but for all of the choices we've been making for the wedding. It's a small thing, but something I greatly appreciated. The absolute most useful advice Desiree had was about the alterations process and even pricing. She made the caveat that different people would have a range of prices, but for what I was looking for, she would be shocked if I had to pay over X amount. I went to five different alteration places to get quotes, and three of them quoted me pretty much the exact number Desiree had suggested, and two of them tried to upsell me on things I didn't need and charge me three times as much! Obviously, I went with one of the seamstresses that quoted me that starting price, and I was so grateful that Desiree knew her stuff because my people-pleaser self might have just accepted the pricier alterations place without questioning it. I found the gown of my dreams at Loved Twice Bridal, from my top pick designer (Galia Lahav!) at significantly off the retail/custom order price. I received excellent service from an extremely knowledgeable resource. And I made a choice that aligned with my sustainable values. I'm so, so happy with how it all worked out! I just picked it up after alterations (Connie Tao Designs in Pasadena) and I cannot wait to wear this dress on my wedding day! Obviously, my choice of husband is the best choice I've made for my wedding haha, but choosing the dress I did, from this shop - it was a pretty darn good choice for me. Service 2/5 Selection 3/5…read more Honestly I had a very disappointing experience on my birthday here. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk (Desiree) didn't greet us despite us being the only party to enter. It wasn't until I introduced my name that she then introduced herself. She also made it a point to say "you brought the 'whhhole crew' with you today. Which I was confused about because I had 4 guests which was within the allowed guest count. It was a very uncomfortable encounter. Nonetheless, I brushed it off as I was excited to try on wedding gowns for my November 2025 event. While selecting dresses, I asked Desiree if she could please add one of the gowns to the rack for me to try on. Her response was "but is it actually in your budget?" Woah--did she just Pretty Woman me? When I asked if that was a requirement to try on dresses, she responded no, but since it's a consignment shop they have to be mindful of how many times a dress is worn and they want guests to be intentional about selections. Okay--understandable but set that expectation from the beginning or it sounds extremely judgmental without context. The selection was quite limited as other people mentioned. That said I found a dress with potential and put it on hold. Ultimately I changed my mind about the purchase because I couldn't justify supporting a shop with that type of customer service. I thankfully ended up finding my dream dress elsewhere and ironically it was well over my original budget. But when I tried it on and loved it--I figured it's worth the price. From the glowing reviews I truly hope I'm an anomaly, but I had to share my experience as I hope this behavior from staff can be improved in the future. For many of us, this experience is supposed to be exciting and when we are paying for the experience to try on dresses I think at minimum staff should try to *at least* fake politeness for the one hour we have booked.
