I went to Loved Twice Bridal in August of 2025 and had been looking at them for a while. They are excellent at keeping their online shop updated for what they have in-store with pictures and sizes of the gowns. Their selection of designers is truly amazing. I can't speak to their online portion of the business, with the shipping and try-on-at-home or the selling process, but I can absolutely recommend that if you're looking to buy a wedding dress in SoCal, it's worth it to visit this place in person! It was just me and my mom (someone whose opinion I value but who also trusts that I can make my own decisions), but I think they allow up to four people to come with you. (Choose wisely lol). They also have great tips on their site, and the ones I felt were super helpful were 1- go to a regular bridal salon first to get a feel for the things you like and don't like, 2- size up one or two sizes from what your street clothes normally are, 3- preview their selection online and come prepared if there's something you specifically want to try on. They also send you a questionnaire when you book the appointment asking how you want to feel in your wedding dress on the day of -- which was a really useful question to answer, just for myself lol but I'm sure it helps them pick out some options that might align! Desiree was amazing!! She immediately understood my vision. She was an incredible resource for all of my nerdy material questions, and my questions about the consignment process, what would and wouldn't be possible in alterations, travel tips for transporting the dress, storing the dress, post-ceremony cleaning, etc. It's also bananas how much she knew about the history of some of my dress picks re: the original bride's alterations, off the top of her head! (Or maybe it's written down in their system haha that's probably more likely, but if it was from memory, freakin' kudos!). Apparently, Desiree had worked at the designer of one of my top pick dresses so she also had the lowdown of the business from that perspective as well! I also didn't feel pressured at all, which was so important for me--not just for wedding dress shopping but for all of the choices we've been making for the wedding. It's a small thing, but something I greatly appreciated. The absolute most useful advice Desiree had was about the alterations process and even pricing. She made the caveat that different people would have a range of prices, but for what I was looking for, she would be shocked if I had to pay over X amount. I went to five different alteration places to get quotes, and three of them quoted me pretty much the exact number Desiree had suggested, and two of them tried to upsell me on things I didn't need and charge me three times as much! Obviously, I went with one of the seamstresses that quoted me that starting price, and I was so grateful that Desiree knew her stuff because my people-pleaser self might have just accepted the pricier alterations place without questioning it. I found the gown of my dreams at Loved Twice Bridal, from my top pick designer (Galia Lahav!) at significantly off the retail/custom order price. I received excellent service from an extremely knowledgeable resource. And I made a choice that aligned with my sustainable values. I'm so, so happy with how it all worked out! I just picked it up after alterations (Connie Tao Designs in Pasadena) and I cannot wait to wear this dress on my wedding day! Obviously, my choice of husband is the best choice I've made for my wedding haha, but choosing the dress I did, from this shop - it was a pretty darn good choice for me. Service 2/5 Selection 3/5 Honestly I had a very disappointing experience on my birthday here. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk (Desiree) didn't greet us despite us being the only party to enter. It wasn't until I introduced my name that she then introduced herself. She also made it a point to say "you brought the 'whhhole crew' with you today. Which I was confused about because I had 4 guests which was within the allowed guest count. It was a very uncomfortable encounter. Nonetheless, I brushed it off as I was excited to try on wedding gowns for my November 2025 event. While selecting dresses, I asked Desiree if she could please add one of the gowns to the rack for me to try on. Her response was "but is it actually in your budget?" Woah--did she just Pretty Woman me? When I asked if that was a requirement to try on dresses, she responded no, but since it's a consignment shop they have to be mindful of how many times a dress is worn and they want guests to be intentional about selections. Okay--understandable but set that expectation from the beginning or it sounds extremely judgmental without context. The selection was quite limited as other people mentioned. That said I found a dress with potential and put it on hold. Ultimately I changed my mind about the purchase because I couldn't justify supporting a shop with that type of customer service. I thankfully ended up finding my dream dress elsewhere and ironically it was well over my original budget. But when I tried it on and loved it--I figured it's worth the price. From the glowing reviews I truly hope I'm an anomaly, but I had to share my experience as I hope this behavior from staff can be improved in the future. For many of us, this experience is supposed to be exciting and when we are paying for the experience to try on dresses I think at minimum staff should try to *at least* fake politeness for the one hour we have booked. read more

I was blown away by my experience at Loved Twice Bridal. It was my very first time trying on wedding dresses and I was so nervous that I was going to have a difficult time finding something I liked. I was super fortunate to discover that the very first dress I tried on ended up being the perfect dress for me. I was even more fortunate to have this experience in such a lovely and peaceful boutique environment with a very knowledgeable, beyond helpful, and most importantly, KIND bridal stylist (McCaylla.) I had a very disappointing experience at Twice Bridal in Beverly Hills, and I strongly urge other brides to be cautious before shopping here. I purchased a gown for $8,500, and the only reason I moved forward was because they volunteered -- without me even asking -- that they could get me 1-2 yards of matching fabric so I could create a bolero or topper, as I need shoulder coverage for my wedding. They made it sound simple and reassured me they had a great relationship with the designer and could get the fabric with no problem. The very next day, I came back to try on veils and finalize the fabric details. That's when I was suddenly told that the designer does not sell fabric, and my only option was to have a bolero custom-made directly by the designer for $6,000. While it would be made with the correct material, the design they showed me wasn't what I wanted at all -- and most importantly, that was never the original offer. I was told I'd be able to have something made locally with the fabric, not that I'd be forced into spending another $6,000 to get what should've been included or available as promised. When I explained that I would never have purchased the gown under those circumstances and asked to return it (again, this was less than 24 hours later and the dress hadn't even left the store), they immediately turned rude and dismissive. They refused a refund and offered only a 50/50 consignment split -- even though they had already earned over $4,000 from selling me the dress on a 50/50 basis. They could have easily offered a better split given the situation, but they showed no willingness to work with me. Their attitude before the sale and after the sale was night and day. What started as friendly and accommodating turned into cold and aggressive once they had my money. Please be extremely careful if you shop here. Brides deserve honesty and follow-through, not broken promises and indifference. I expected integrity and professionalism, and I left feeling completely misled. Update : the response from the store was inaccurate and misleading. I have text message proof so please let's not take this further . I have since bought another gown by Monique Lehuillier and I am reselling the gown I bought at your store on Ebay. read more

I went into my appointment at Loved Twice Bridal with a mix of hope and nerves because I didn't realize finding a wedding dress could be so challenging. My stylist, Desiree, was an absolute lifesaver. She was professional, down-to-earth, and such a great listener. As we moved through the appointment, she took all of my feedback on the parts of dresses I liked and used it to guide her pulls. I was thankful for her calm demeanor and positivity. There was zero pressure, just good vibes, and her knowledge of the stock was incredible. In the end, she found THE dress. I had a tear in my eye and that magical moment every bride dreams of. The girls go above and beyond. Sarah and Desiree are exceptional. Their communication is wonderful. Their contract and portal is seamless. They do a beautiful job catering to their clients. They ship nationally, they follow up and provide great detail for any and all of your questions and concerns. I actually sold my Monique llhullier majesty gown through them. And didn't shop so saw how efficient and accommodating they were to me and the interested party. I Shipped it to them from NY paid their small processing fee, the dress was live and available in a timely manner. A bride took her to try (at home, which concerned me due to the price of the dress, however they knew she was serious and it was in her price range) they notified me and gave me details to put me at ease. As you can imagine passing on a professionally cleaned and pricey gown to a professional re sale wedding store is one thing, but it leaving to go to a home of someone who go you don't know and don't know how they take care of things can be alarming as things could go wrong. They were awesome through this and assured me it would be ok! Again professionals they were great and very detailed and informative with me. when the bride decided to keep the gown they followed up again! And poof she's SOLD! happy tears. Excited for the new bride and thrilled someone can enjoy her again. So moral of the story is If you have a designer wedding gown that you need to sell, this is your place. Sure you can get more selling it yourself however they do the grunt work for you and they have a following and network of people who are sent their way! Don't go to Loved Twice Bridal if you aren't ready to fall in love with both Sarah and the AMAZING dresses she has to show you. This was the second shop I had been to on my very first day of dress shopping. I was so excited about finding something second-hand so I could be 1. bougie on a budget and 2. sustainable. Sarah takes in the most beautiful dresses and has such a wide variety of sizes, styles, and even colors. I was looking for something art deco, kinda funky, and as my maid of honor lovingly put it, "the weirder, the better!" You get to pull your own picks which help Sarah get a feel for other things you might like. With each dress you try on, she asks if it beat the one before it and can tailor what you try on next to fit what you are liking and not liking. Three dresses in and I found THE dress. Even if I ended up not getting a dress from Loved Twice, I still could not rave enough about the idea of the shop as well as the quality of the treatment I received as a bride. There are dresses that can fit into almost every budget and the deals are really great. Some of the dresses (including the one I purchased) have never actually been worn so even if you aren't into something "used," please be willing to give this place a try. I live in Washington state so I was able to ship my dress to my house for about $18 for three day shipping. I will say customer service was great. BUT paying to try on dresses was already a weird concept for me. The selection was awfully small for paying so instantly I regretted it. I cannot express how easy Loved Twice made selling my wedding dress. My dress was incredible, was the perfect fit for me, and most unique I'd ever seen. I couldn't, in good conscience, let it sit in a closet until the end of time. I reached out to the bridal boutique (Nicole Bridal) in Jenkintown, PA where I originally purchased my Julie Vino Vivian gown, and they recommended consigning with Loved Twice. I had my initial call with Sarah to discuss terms, etc. and immediately felt so comfortable and trusting with the process. We signed some paperwork, I shipped the dress to LA, and Sarah and her team did the rest. Within a few weeks the dress was live on their site and in their showroom, and 4 months later it sold! I came here in a panic (without an appointment) after my alterations lady wanted to charge me $1800 to take in and hem my wedding dress!!!!! I was immediately thinking, if it's going to cost this much to take in this dress, I'm returning it and buying a more simple one. Sarah happened to be in between appointments and allowed me to try on a few dresses. The dress she thought i would like , i didn't like on the hanger. But as soon as i put it on ... . Sarah provided me with information on who to go to for alterations and suggested shopping around for alterations before making a decision (to pay for expensive alterations or purchasing another dress). The appt was completely private and Sarah even had a phone tripod handy so that my mom could virtually tune in to the try-ons and not miss a beat.
