He apologized profusely, and he went above and beyond to make things right. You could tell he prides himself and his company on the quality of work they do. They took my $100 diagnosis fee quoted me $450 to fix my 15 year old washing machine that was locked and never even unlocked it cuz I didn't want to buy the H20 pump . Mr Goldsmith out of the kindness of his heart came over unlocked it for free & confirmed the unit wasn't worth spending that much money on it was too old something else would eventually break. For less than the price of the water pump on the old washer he sold me a newer unit and had Omar follow me to the house & install the newer washer & haul away the old outdated unit.
