We showed up on a Saturday afternoon around 5pm right before the dinner rush. When we arrived, there was one patron at the bar and another group sitting at a table. We were immediately greeted and shown to a table. Waitstaff was wonderful and joked with us as if we were old friends. That's always the best feeling. While they stayed professional we cracked up here and there! We started off with calamari. Both the red pepper marinara and spicy aioli hit the spot. Calamari was fresh out the fryer and brought to our table so quick! I ordered a lasagna Bolognese and that also came out fast and super fresh. I could only finish half of it and that was all that was needed to make the trek home. Keeping this place on the map. By the time we left it was nearly packed! The main drag has so many good options. Surprisingly good Italian food right on Main Street Frisco! We stopped here on the way back to Denver and was stoked they had happy hour specials on food and drink on a weekend. I wasn't too hungry so I got the bruschetta and we split the calamari too. Calamari app was good but would have liked some more variety vs just the rings, it seemed too Cisco-y for me. The dipping sauces that came with it were delish though--a nice roasted red pepper sauce and marina, you can't go wrong. My husbands lasagna portion was huge and came out piping hot, his was enough for a couple meals too so added bonus. Nice place and would definitely stop here again if I was craving Italian food in Frisco. read more

We entered this restaurant and were immediately greeted by friendly staff and great smells! We split a pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous helping of vegetable toppings. The Greek salad was delicious, fresh, and large--plenty for leftovers, when I'm sometimes disappointed and still hungry after eating salads. The desserts we ordered were fantastic. We've been here 3 nights in a row! Such a fantastic Italian restaurant that honors their customers and has the best food in town. The caprese salad was by far the best I've ever had. So fresh and delicious! The wait time is close to none after a long day at the mountain, especially for large groups. You can sit indoors or out on the patio overlooking Main Street. Came here on a whim since we were visiting Frisco and it started to rain. Nice restaurant bar with a lot of seating. Our waiter Shiran was really good and super friendly. Service was fast. We ordered the calamari and it had good flavor but was a little chewy. For our main, we ordered chicken parmigiana and chicken ravioli. Both were good but nothing out of the ordinary. Anniversary dinner! My girl and I were traveling all day and picked a random dinner spot, but we got LUCKY. I'll be separating this review as I do all my others! Food: I thought it was going to be just so-so, Olive Garden level italian food. I was wrong! I first asked our waiter, Brian, for recommendations and he said they were known for their Mama G's classic red sauce. We ordered the bruschetta and I got the linguini and meatballs, which has the famous red sauce. My gf got the lasagna and the greek salad. The bruschetta was delicious. I really hate it when restaurants throw diced tomato and basil on toast and call it bruschetta, Greco's did not. The crostinis were perfectly toasted - crispy but didn't crumble everywhere and didn't cut up the inside of your mouth. The balsamic reduction over the bruschetta was delicious, but I think the tomatoes, red onion, basil and garlic were mixed with some balsamic vinegar or something similar before being added to the crostinis and glazed. Vinegar should always be used to brighten veggies, not overpower them, and Greco's nailed the vinegar-tomatoes proportion. It was fresh, crisp, flavorful, and had the perfect amount of salt to enhance the tomato flavor. My girl's greek salad was huge. I didn't taste it, but I trust her opinion, and she said it was delicious. She didn't finish it but did take it back to the airbnb and is already snacking on it again :) The lasagna was delicious as well. The noodles were thin, so it didn't feel like we were biting into a chunk of pasta toast with sauce and ricotta as the butter, which happens often with lasagnas. This lasagna had the best ricotta cheese I have ever had. I asked the waiter if they used a bechamel sauce in the lasagna because of how creamy it was, but it was just the ricotta! They do not make it in house, I asked, and I wish I knew where it was from. Gf still won't stop talking about the lasagna and called her brother to tell him about it, lol. The star of the show: The red sauce. Our waiter wasn't kidding when he said it's delicious. I genuinely got mad when I tasted it because I've always been proud of my red sauce, and no sauce has ever beaten my recipe, but now I'm determined to scratch my recipe up and recreate this one. Sauce is the most important part of a pasta dish, so a plain sauce always means a plain dish, and you have to depend on parmesan to make it better. Not this one! It was a beautiful, bright red, fresh, tangy, with the smaaaaaaaaaallest hint of spice. I'm wondering if they add a splash of balsamic reduction for the tang? Not sure, but sure as heck wish I knew. It literally tastes as vibrant and bright as it looked. If there's one thing you try at this restaurant, it has to be a dish with the red sauce. Lastly, we got a free cheesecake with a homemade strawberry sauce. I didn't know the sauce was homemade until I bit into it and I literally wanted to throw my spoon down and stand up out of pure bliss like that guy on TikTok who checks meat for tenderism. It was so good. Strawberry sauce is often overpowering, just a thick, nasty, too-sweet syrup, but this sauce tasted more like a jam. I loved it. Drinks: I got water. Gf got riesling. She really liked it! Environment: Warm. As soon as you enter, it feels like you're walking into a cozy, golden little restaurant. They do have TVs all over, so if you're into sports, good for you! The lighting was not bright but not dim, it felt....gold? That's the best way I can describe it. It wasn't too loud in the restaurant, so you didn't have to speak up and you couldn't hear other people's conversations, but it also wasn't dead quiet and we did go when there were only about 4 other tables being used. So I really don't know about how loud it is when it's packed! It was also warm in there, which is nice for a Texan like me who isn't a fan of the cold ;) Overall the environment was very warm and welcoming. Price: Fair pricing! Actually, pretty affordable for such fresh and local ingredients! Our bill was about $100 for what we ordered and the two glasses of wine. I think that's pretty fair! Staff: I didn't catch the name of the guy who took us to our table, but he was very welcoming and kind! We chatted about what we're doing here in Colorado and he let us sit at the booth table right next to the window. He said it was the best seat in the house ;) He was great! We also LOVED Brian, our waiter. He was so welcoming, kind, attentive, he knew all about the menu, he was incredible. He literally made our nights from how much of a doll he was. This was my first night up here in Colorado ever, so he was the first Colorado-ian that I spoke to! I truly hope everyone else here in this state is as great as he was. Came here early on a Sunday afternoon to have dinner before a concert. Plenty of seating so we didn't need a reservation. There were only a few other tables occupied so we had lots of indoor/outdoor choices. You can definitely come here for a cute date night or to grab a bite after a long bike ride. Our waiters were awesome and always very quick to bring things out. We order a few different items, and they were all quite tasty. The table favorite was the creamy pesto ravioli. The flavor was amazing, only thing was the ravioli came out warm and it would have been nice if it was piping hot. Overall, the portion sizes were perfect as well as the prices. Came here later on in the night to grab a pizza and salad. Service was so nice to let us bring the dog inside the patio area and even brought a water for him. I did the margherita pizza and Caesar salad. Overall, the pizza was fine with a good balsamic reduction on top. I would say the tomato slices were too heavy and the cheese would often fall off as you tried taking a bite. Def more of an American Italian taste. GOT FOOD POISONING! I got the Chicken Parm. 30-45 min after finishing eating immediately had to pull over on the side of the road and throwing up. Called the restaurant and two people immediately started arguing with us not even trying to solve the problem and saying they sold 30 of those today which doesn't matter when you get a bad piece of chicken and they started throwing out medical terms that you can't get food poisoning that fast. "takes 1-3 days" when it doesn't if meat is not properly refrigerated which is a bacteria called Staphylococcus aureus. read more

It is in a large space, which was also fairly full with diners. I am very discerning with Italian food, and this food was delicious. I had the Chicken Parmesan, and the serving was more than ample. We stopped in here for the first time a few weeks ago. My wife and one of the kids got chicken alfredo, that they both really enjoyed. I think the only difference for the kids meal (aside from portion size) was less seasoning/garnish, which worked out great. They had a good selection of local beers on tap (I selected an Avery IPA). While they said they were understaffed, they were so on top of everything - so quick to serve us and super attentive and friendly. Located in a great area of Main Street, Greco's has fun Halloween decorations to go with their delicious food! We got seated within minutes and we were a large party of 8. We shared the chicken Parmesan because it was so large and also got a Caesar salad that was large enough for 5 of us to share! Also got the Fire Martini which was delicious, sweet and spicy in all the best ways! For dessert we ordered peach bread pudding and a cannoli which was great! Last summer, not long after indoor dining was allowed again in Colorado, we rolled in to Frisco around lunch and saw "Fresh Pasta" on an advert for Greco's. It was a rainy, cold day with not a tourist in sight. Fresh Pasta? You don't have to twist my arm. Coming in from the rain, our hostess greeted us warmly and led us in to an odd combo of dining room and sports bar ambiance with a dash of an old saloon with Silverheels dancing. We were tucked far from the bar and TVs, but close enough to watch any action on screen. Staff were masked and they seemed to take social distancing seriously. The signature Pappa G Pasta sounded good until I read that the meatballs have sausage--not my thing. However, my yardstick for a new Italian joint is some kind of pasta Bolognese. Here, the ragu includes Polidori sausage and comes with penne. My portion was generous, pasta perfectly cooked, and the sauce robust and filling. Upper echelon? No. Above average? Yes. I'm told the massive Greek salad was a 7/10, though I didn't try it. While I didn't see a beer that sounded good, they do have a decent selection of macro micro brews and a few local options. Our server was friendly, but easily distracted. We waited long for water refills, longer for the check. Overall, Greco's hit the spot and might be the place for you if you dig fresh pasta, like sports, and enjoy a casual vibe. 3.5 stars. read more
