Shout out to Ricky for navigating the entire insurance game plan for us, it was a real hassle just to get a hold of them and Ricky knocked it out! Also a shout out to Tasean for coordinating the repairs and helping me get my car sooner than expected. He stayed in contact with me every step of the repair! Totally great customer service and wouldn't expect anything less. Rebecca is the one in the front who helped me with all my questions and was super attentive. Repairs were made nicely and made brand new, nobody would be able to tell where the damage was! 10/10!!

These guys destroyed the classic car I inherited then refused to make it right…read more I was referred to Awesome and told they were slow, but did good work at a good price. I had recently inherited my dad's C4 corvette Indy pace car and wanted the convertible top fixed, as it didn't seal and let in water, along with several cosmetic touches like adding visors. After several months they called and said it was ready to go. I should have refused immediately when they said they replaced my convertible top with one that no longer had an inner liner, so it looked tacky and not remotely the quality of the one I already had on it. Further, the "new" top still didn't seal and had visible gaps at the windows still allowing rain in. Also, it was clearly used and NOT new. As we tried to leave, my car ran out of gas before we exited the property, because they had clearly been driving it a lot. Then in the 1/4 mile drive to get on 635, the "brand new" visor literally fell off and was dangling by the exposed wire (see pic and text with timeline). They hadn't screwed it back in or lined up the screws. I called them immediately and they claimed they had too much business and asked it I could drop it off in a few weeks when things calmed down. I called close to a dozen times over the following 6 months and they never would see me much less agree to fix their shoddy work. Other than the fact that they had literally had it for 6 months, the push for me to get it back was due to my wife's birthday the next day and we planned to go for a ride. SO disappointing. Further, they tried to overcharge me by thousands. I found NEW parts at full retail prices in the official corvette book and they were all less than they were charging me for the crappy used parts they put on my car. DO NOT trust them with anything you care about.

Recommendation: Consider an alternate Caliber Collision location (such as Plano)…read more I am sharing my experience with this Caliber Collision location to help others make an informed decision. I brought my daughter's vehicle in for repairs following a front-end collision. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent, and I frequently had to call the shop--approximately every two days--to obtain updates on the repair status. When the vehicle was collected, the front bumper appeared loose. This concern was raised immediately by my wife at pickup. She was informed by the service advisor that the insurance provider (Progressive) required the use of aftermarket or used parts and that the correct bumper was not available. She was advised that any further concerns would need to be addressed directly with the insurance company. Due to health issues at the time, my daughter was unable to follow up, so I later inspected the vehicle myself. In addition to the bumper not appearing securely installed, the front fender liners were missing. I contacted the shop and was told that they would reach out to the insurance adjuster to request authorization for corrective repairs and would follow up with me. After not receiving a response, I contacted the shop again and received similar information. I then contacted Progressive directly and was eventually advised to return the vehicle to Caliber so they could document the needed corrections. The vehicle was brought back to the shop, photos were taken, and I was told I would be contacted once the appropriate parts were available. After another period without communication, I followed up again and was advised to continue working with the insurance company. When I escalated the matter with Progressive, I was informed that the shop indicated the vehicle had been delivered properly repaired and that the current condition may have resulted from a separate incident after the repair. This did not align with my understanding of the situation, as the issues were observed immediately at pickup. We later contacted the location's management to express our concerns. Unfortunately, the discussion did not result in a resolution, and responsibility for the concerns appears to remain in dispute. For context, I previously had a repair completed at the Caliber Collision Plano location, where communication, professionalism, and overall experience were significantly better. Based on that experience, I would recommend considering that location instead. I have also submitted a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau so that the experience is documented.
