We absolutely loved his first groom and were so happy with the service, which is exactly why we trusted them enough to bring him back. This time, Rev came home with multiple ticks on him. We were not aware of any ticks prior to dropping him off, and considering he received a full groom, it is extremely concerning and upsetting that he was returned to us in this condition. Whether the ticks were present beforehand or not, we would expect a professional groomer to notice multiple ticks during a full grooming service and notify us immediately. On top of that, his haircut looks rushed and nowhere near the quality of his first groom. The overall experience has left us incredibly disappointed and questioning the level of care and attention Rev received during his appointment. We trusted Comfort Cuts with our dog, and to have him returned to us with ticks and a rushed looking haircut is simply unacceptable. After such a great first experience, we truly expected much better.

Do not come in this place !!! this place has no care about your dog at all! I took my golden doodle there couple of times, first one was just a shampoo and light trim, was ok, besides, the lady who is a owner , used sharped clippers on my dog and his lips was swollen for a week and red, I have told her about and warn her not to do this anymore, after second my visit my dog couldn't stop shaking his head for a week, she used harsh tools on trimming, after 3rd my appointment it was completely insane, when I asked her full body trim, she destroyed his long fur I was growing for a years, absolutely ruined his face shaped, I asked her slightly trim and do not cut much face , but trimmed years, she did opposite, like she doesn't speak English or what ? All over his body I saw patches, like something textured and removed fullness, later I took him to another groomer and they said , it's from tools she used , which chopped his hair from the roots, you don't see it right away, because it's fresh and fluffy , but 2-3 days after I noticed uneven depth into his fur and start notice uneven cut and it takes so much time to grow it back and I have told cut all over his body now to bring balance in length, horrible experience. And one thing, my dog after last appointment had throat issues, like she was choking him so hard and don't give a water or something, he was making weird nice when he was walking next to me , like something injured into his throat, month after it is gone , thx god .. GUYS, this place needs to be closed at some point , the way she treats animals... I'm not telling you how my dog was shaking when we walked in into that place, which I barely saw my well trained service dog, we never had that problem and all groomers always said how well behaved my dog and calm ! They want to insure your animal is comfortable with their grooming experience and will not be stressed when they come back. Which made us feel good with leaving her.
