    Walked into the Verizon store and it was crowded. Lots of people wanting to be waited on, I guess…read morebecause this store also offers service for FIOS and other products, not just cellphone service. The staff really is hurried and not very attentive. It's a shame, because ATT and Verizon are supposed to have the best network coverage in the country. I waited so long, I did not get anyone to come to help...it's a pity. I guess I will have to check my options online..that might be the easiest thing to do... Some background on this company.......Verizon is the largest wireless carrier in the United States, with 142.8 million subscribers at the end of Q4 2021. The company is headquartered in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. It was founded in 2000 as a joint venture of American telecommunications firm Bell Atlantic, which would soon become Verizon Communications, and British multinational telecommunications company Vodafone. Verizon Communications became the sole owner in 2014 after buying Vodafone's 45-percent stake in the company. It operates a national 4G LTE network covering about 99 percent of the U.S. population, which in the second half of 2020 won or tied for top honors in each category of the RootMetrics RootScore Reports.

    I've been an ATT mobile customer over 30 years, back before Cellular One, Bell Atlantic, etc…read more End of October, my daughter went to the ATT store in N Providence RI to purchase a new phone. She ordered a flip phone. A few days later it arrived. When the phone bill came, I noticed there was another line added to the bill - we already have all 5 of us on the plan, including my son who is active duty military; there was no need for another line. I know you have a promotion about adding a line, so I asked my daughter if maybe she agreed to one - she said no, she just ordered the phone and it was never brought up. I then filed a fraud complaint with ATT, which was rejected. I called ATT after speaking to them on chat and was told to file (another) fraud complaint; that was also rejected. I then spent countless hours on the phone trying to get said line removed as well as the associated charges. I finally reached someone in the retention department after I told them I was going to elsewhere and she removed the line and gave me the following information (some of which I had). The line was for an iPhone 14 The phone number The IMEI number and the employee who added the line and then USED it from that store The line was also used to data and calls, including Latin America My daughter went back to the store to try and straighten out the phone bill and the manager, Dave, tried to help her as far as that was concerned, but got nowhere after 2+ hours. He also refused to address the employee issue - adding a fraudulent line and then using it. I then wrote a scathing review on Google about the store and the manager (supposedly) answered me and told me to take it up with Prime Solutions as they own the store. I have relentlessly emailed them and now on social media, messaged them with NO RESPONSE. it's been over 4 months now and I've heard nothing from Prime, or the store. I finally got in touch with the PRESIDENT of AT&T (yes he answers his email) and he personally finally fixed my bill and (supposedly) is going to reprimand the store and the employee. NOBODY should have to go to that extreme - the employee should be fired, full stop.

    My husband and I were thinking about switching our Verizon cell phone carrier to other cell phone…read morecompany. The reason was because we wanted to add another line to our cell phone account. We found one carrier that we thought it's a good deal. But, before we proceed to the new carrier, my husband thought to stop by at the nearby Verizon Retailer on Mineral Spring in North Providence, RI. He thought we should check first if we could get a better deal by adding a line. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted warmly by Isaac Le. Immediately we felt so welcome and very comfortable with him. Isaac explained to us efficiently about the current cell phone promotion. Of course, the promotion was very attractive, but we thought it's still pricey. We wanted to downsize our cell phone bill. So we decided to check with the other carrier. Isaac was so professional and understanding, the qualities we liked. We went ahead to the other carrier. Yes, the bill was much lower for three lines and my husband's friend that uses the carrier is happy with it. We love the lower bill, but not happy with the poor customer service and we didn't like the cell phone model they have. Without wasting our time, we went back to Isaac Le the same day. We immediately decided to add another cell phone line. Isaac Le is very patience and sincere. He really listened to us, attentive, and has great knowledge of the product that is the Android we purchased that day. Because of his great explanation about the wireless charger, we also bought two wireless chargers for our home and vehicle. We were so pleased with his clear communication skill. Isaac was also very helpful. He went above and beyond. There were things about the new Android we didn't understand. Isaac took his time to explained to us until we understood the product. We decided to keep Verizon because of the great customer service. Thank you Isaac Le for making our choice simple and easy. We are very happy with our new Android and the wireless chargers. My husband and I are extremely happy with Isaac Le's excellent customer service, and we highly recommend him to anyone!

He found…read moreseveral deals to lower my monthly payments I never could've found on my own, reducing my monthly bill by a whopping $40 a month. Two new iPhone 16s with a new contract and he did all the work and transfers there in the store in about 2 hours. Didn't even try to sell us anything we didn't need, just straight up service. Explained everything multiple times to make sure I knew what I was signing. Couldn't be happier! Definitely going to be returning for future business with them.
