I called them on Monday to discuss my options regarding size, the wall mount and brand. We were not sure the old mount would fit so they agreed to bring a new mount with them "just in case". The new TV was delivered on Tuesday before noon and installed within 15 minutes. The old mount worked just fine. The two young men who did the installed were patient and professional. They installed the unit and insured everything was working before leaving. This place is a class act.

People flamed Flint for accusations without due process. That's not what America and our Constitution is about. Those accusations turned out to be essentially baseless, yet none of the flame throwing reviewers on here bothered to update their reviews That says a lot more about those people than it says about Flint. I've been doing business with them for decades, beginning with Gary in 1992. (They know me by my real name, first name is Bob.) Are they perfect? No. Then again, who or what is? My only real complaint is that they're not very open to accepting returns on products that simply don't work from the factory. There is always some fallout rate with any product; smart and knowledgeable customers with engineering degrees who've spent hours deeply troubleshooting the problem shouldn't be blamed for that. Regardless of that, I continue to highly recommend Flint and generally enjoy doing business with the Gagnes (both Gary and his son, Sean, who acquired the business with a partner in January '24). Summarily, disregard EVERY review on here that centers around charges that were subsequently dropped in their entirety before any trial even began.

That happened, so I returned and he quickly fixed it again. Unfortunately, I made a bad TV choice and the issue stuck no matter what. He advised me not keep trying as it wasn't worthwhile financially. However, he offered me a credit for one of the used TVs he was selling, which was a great deal. In short, he has the expertise to fix what can be fixed, and the caring to take care of you (not just try to rack up a bill for himself). Very fair, friendly and helpful.

I brought my amp to this guy. The only thing wrong with it was 1 speaker jack was not working. The…read moreday I brought it to him I had been using it that morning and all the sound was working loudly. He fixed the jack but then told me it don't get loud when pumping up the volume. He did something and messed it up and dared to ask more money in the line of 200. 00 on top of the money he took already. I also gave him my cd player that the belt broke. He replaced the belt then told me the machine had to be re-calibrated and it was a pain in the butt so he wanted another 185.00. So what this guy did was charge me diagnostics charges despite me telling him what exactly was wrong and he confirmed I was correct. I left the cd player there believing it was not worth additional repairs. It was a sony cd player that stored 300. A month later I called sony and told them about this and they told me no such thing needed be done just because the belt broke. I found out that my CD player actually was worth 1200.00 as a classic being sold on amazon and that was what led me to call sony. I found out that he shorted out the pre-amp on my amp when he took it apart.

They installed a radio system in my RV. It was rather complex having to deal with some existing stuff. It all worked out fine and they spent quite a bit of time with me teaching me how to use the radio with Apple Carplay , voice activation, etc. . These are not your father's radios. Because of the Pandemic, they are having supply problems, but getting along. Just Don't expect to walk in and have a system immediately installed.

I went over to the area where I could request an employee, which they did come but they were pretty useless they told me they had a quantity of 2 of the items I needed but she couldn't help me find the second one (it was a toy) because the whole toy section I was in was a horrendous mess, instead of helping me look for it she took one look for maybe all of 1 minute shrugged and said I'm sorry I couldn't find it, and went on about her day. I found this very disheartening because her job is customer service and I feel like a minute of "looking" wasn't looking at all. I indeed did not find the item and just got it somewhere else.
