I asked her if I could have two flavors in a Small. I did not ask if I could have it on a cone. I just asked if I could order a small scoop and have two flavors. She said yes. She did not say it had to be in a cup if I wanted two flavors in a small scoop. When I ordered I told her which two flavors I wanted and then said I wanted a sugar cone. She proceeded to scoop a nice sized scoop onto the cone, then went to put another same sized scoop of the second flavor but that's not what I wanted. And I was charged for two scoops on a cone. The icecream was so soft, I had to put it in a cup after all that. It was disappointing and I would not come back.
