I accidentally booked the wrong location on one of the busiest days of the year and didn't realize my mistake until we arrived. To make matters even more challenging, the location was running about 2 1/2 hours behind due to the holiday crowds. Despite the circumstances being completely my fault, the staff went above and beyond to help us. A special thank you to Justin, Steve, and Sydney. When another reservation didn't show up, they were able to work some magic and get us into a bay for an hour and fifteen minutes instead of the two-hour reservation we originally hoped for. More importantly, they treated us with kindness, patience, and understanding throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that they didn't just solve the problem and move on--they checked back with us several times to make sure we were enjoying our visit and had everything we needed. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, especially on a busy holiday, and these three employees absolutely delivered.
