I had a great experience at this Cozumel location! The food and service were really great! Price was awesome too! I stopped in on a Saturday evening. It wasn't too busy - we had no wait & there were plenty of parking spots around. Our server was quick & our food came out really fast. I got the enchiladas super rancheras & they were really delicious. I liked the diversity of the enchiladas & it was so much food. The meat was tender delicious in all of the enchiladas & they all had nice flavor. The chips and salsa were good too. Definitely above average. I also got a beer for ~$4!!! Overall great experience. Surprising find next to my hotel during happy hour. Enjoyed a fresh homemade guacamole and jumbo margarita on their happy hour menu along with combo (#11) of burrito and chili poblano. Each was flavorful, good portions and the poblano was a creamy cheese and chili mix in a tender poblano pepper. Loved the whole thing and will be back. read more

Charming Mexican restaurant, conveniently in the parking lot of our hotel. Service was fast and great, and I loved the salsa, especially the spicy. We tried the chicken flautas, tacos, and enchiladas. Everything was tasty, the enchiladas​ seemed to have cinnamon in the red sauce, which wasn't my favorite. The skinny margarita was huge, and my friend tried the flight of margaritas and loved them. Overall, totally recommend! read more

Great food, great service , excellent location by plenty of hotels & in case you want to buy a Beamer they're 1 min down the road & they are awesome too:] the waitress always checked in to make sure I enjoyed my food & the Non-A mojito-(NOjito) light on the sugar.... tasted just like an Arabian mint drink called lemun u Na3Na3 in case anyone is looking for a drink like that in a non middle eastern atmosphere. This was my first time going to this Cozumel's. Appeared to be very clean and well decorated. I must admit my food was fantastic. Our waitress was very nice as well. We sat at the bar, but there were plenty of tables. I like the location of the restaurant and that it is laid back. The menu has plenty of options. I will definitely be back. read more

Yum. Best guacamole i have ever had In a commercial Mexican restaurant. Ditto on salsa and chips. Went up from there. The tamale (i got pork) was great. Not sure if it was steamed and the masa was a bit thick but the meat was so good. The sauce is unctuous. Kind of a mole but not too dark. Chile Poblano was cooked just right. Pepper was not soggy nor crisp. Enchiladas were first rate. Meat is lightly spiced and not too salty The Churros: amazing. Service and ambiance nice. read more

I just went to Cozumel for the first time and I went to the one in Westlake and it was a very nice place and the food was very good and the was very nice and helpful. Room-temperature sh*t-show. Absolute horrific service and bad food. Waited 10-15 minutes for the hostess to even acknowledge our existence. She never said a word to us, just dropped the menus on the table and walked away. Our waiter was too busty on his phone (with what appeared to be the entire wait staff) to even pay attentions to us. Waited 20 minutes to order. Food came out at room temperature, and was maybe Taco Bell quality (at best). Waited another 25 minutes after plates cleared to get the check. When you order food and the delivery is awful the restaurant and service should not point at each other to blame. Whether it be Cozumel, Chow Now or Door Dash someone should step up and take the initiative. Takes an hour to get food and if something happens and there is a failure ? Step up! In the end the food was dropped by the delivery driver because the food containers were not sealed right and leaked causing the bag to tear and spill. Not the driver. That was the restaurant. Didn't want to wait another hour so I was penalized by their lack of customer service from all three conpanies. I am done just called my bank to stop payment. read more

Portions are tiny compared to Lakewood location. Service is also much worse. This location is closer but it's worth driving to Lakewood.

My childs chicken was undercooked-still pink and slimy, they told me it wasn't undercooked it was just fat...they still charged us. We waited forever for the bill. Love cozamel, but Westlake did not have good customer service unfortunately. Food isn't as good as other locations either so I guess we will go to Lakewood instead!
