They handed our kids coloring menus but had no crayons, when we asked, the server took forever to return just to tell us they were out. To make it worse, she noticed our chip basket was completely empty when she delivered the bad crayon news and didn't bother to refill it. When the food arrived, it actually came out hot, but I couldn't eat because my fork was visibly dirty. Nobody ever came back to check on us or refill my husband's water, which ran out right as he started eating. I sat there waiting and waiting for a clean utensil while my food turned completely cold. By the time the server finally showed face, my husband had been done eating for 5 minutes, the kids were done, and my meal was ruined. I told her to just take it back. Completely disorganized, terrible service, and a total waste of a family dinner.
