The food was delicious, portions abundant. Service was good and attentive. Will definitely be coming back. Staff is friendly and a cozy no frills spot.

Cute diner located in a strip mall in Old Bridge. If you were familiar with the previous diner, Comfi this is the same feel, giant plates and wait time. Come early and come hungry. The staff are all so nice it makes for an enjoyable experience. Lots of options for everyone.

Who could finish this? I ate some before taking pic, two delicious potato pancakes take up entire plate as the foundation!

Sometimes I'm disappointed that I have to leave a one-star review--this time, I'm disappointed I can't leave ten stars! Cozy Cafe hits it out of the park on every front: the service is warm and welcoming, the prices are surprisingly affordable, and the food? Absolutely delicious with huge portions. You walk in hungry and leave gut busting full, happy, and already planning your next visit. A true hidden gem! Nothing could have been better!!!! (Well maybe they could have let me Nap after a meal like this)

Cozy Cafe took over the former home of Comfi. Just like its predecessor, it is a great spot for a casual breakfast or lunch. The menu has a nice variety of options, and everything I've tried so far has been delicious. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or a light lunch, they've got something for you. The service excellent, staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home. The only downside is that it can get a little busy during peak hours, but it's definitely worth the wait. Parking is easy to find in the small lot or on the street. Overall, it's a lovely place to grab a bite and relax!

WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW their food was SO Good and the portions are insanely generous- like you're going to be eating leftovers for a few days lol I got a Polish sampler with kielbasa, pierogies and potato pancakes.. it was DELICIOUS and I'm polish so I know what's up. The ambiance is super cute, the service was amazing. 10/10 would recommend, will for sure be back again!!! Their menu is HUGE and there's like 5 other things that peaked my interest that I would like to try

Walked in on a Sunday around noon and was able to get a table for two immediately. I absolutely loved their hot chocolate, the eggs Benedict with locks and avocado was so good. And they did not skimp on the avocado! Their pierogies are a must, we got the potato and cheese filled to share. The staff was very kind. There's not a ton of parking in the front, but there is some on the side and in the back.

Salmon Benedict, home made hash, sliced steak and onions over potato pancake.

Went for the first time on a recommendation for a weekday lunch. Extensive menu with typical breakfast entrees. I migrated to their "Eastern European" menu for a little more sophistication, and glad I did. I chose steak and onions over potato pancake; essentially a cheesesteak without the bread. It was a huge portion and delicious - sliced steak, cheese, onions. The hash was also generous and definitely homemade. My friend had the salmon Benedict which was also very good. I'd come again d try one of the traditional breakfast items like their pancakes or French toast in the future.

Trendy breakfast/ brunch spot! Came here on a Sunday and the place was busy- 30 min wait minimum (which is always a good sign even if you have to wait). We were able to snag a seat at the bar to get seated right away. The menu is very expansive and has something for everyone-- we also liked that it had some unique options, including pierogis. Since it was our first time there, we decided to go with the breakfast sampler to share and get a taste of both the sweet and savory dishes. We had French toast, pancakes, 2 eggs, home fries and breakfast meats (if you're sharing, that's a nice portion for an affordable price). We also got a side of the potato pancake which was delicious! Completely worth the hype/ worth the wait to com here. We will certainly be back to try other menu items

My favorite brunch spot in Jersey. I love they have monthly special . Their specials are sooo gooood. I go here at least once a month. This is the only brunch spot I would like to try everything in the menu you literally can't go wrong with anything from here. Each dish is worth every penny. The staff here are also super friendly.

Went here on a Sunday. We knew it would be busy so got here at 930. We are sat immediately. Looks like the crowd gets there around 10. My wife had the French toast w Nutella, banana, and strawberry. She said it was amazing and surprisingly not crazy sweet. I am not a breakfast person so I got a buffalo chicken salad. It was huge and perfect. We both took home leftovers. Prices are a touch high but so is everywhere now. Prices good for the portion sizes

Lots of Breakfast & Lunch options. Vegetarian options as well Portions are large I would say about $20 a person and you are taking home some of your food with you. Busy spot. Expect a wait time. Went on a Sunday Noon time and waited 20 minutes They don't take RSVP so you will have to go in person to get a table.

I have to say, the portions were huge for what you order. I had tried a little bit of everything and I wasn't disappointed. Breakfast is def. hands down. The staff was on point and friendly. Restaurant has a lot of seating in the back and was pretty clean. Good place for Sunday brunch even!

Here's a polished, friendly Yelp-ready rewrite:…read more I stopped in for breakfast at this little gem, and it did not disappoint. The moment you walk in, the aroma alone pulls you in. From the outside it looks small, but there's a roomy back area with plenty of seating. The coffee was fantastic and came in a small carafe--perfect for two cups, though they offer larger sizes too. Their frittata selection is impressive, with so many delicious options. I went with the bacon, egg, and cheese topped with their famous cheese sauce. Trust me, you need to try it. We also ordered the Egg Benny--omelette pieces topped with home fries, bacon, sausage, and that same signature cheese sauce. Another winner. Ask for their jelly!!!! Wink wink!!! Our server was wonderful--constantly checking in, refilling our water, and making sure we had everything we needed. If you're in the area, definitely stop by. You won't be disappointed.

These pictures are from our most recent visit but everything I have ever tried has always been delicious and the portion size has always been substantial! The last few times I came I had some of their pizzas and they were so so incredibly good! I personally love a pizza for breakfast option. I personally had the prosciutto sandwich and it was so fresh and yummy, I didn't finish so I reheated the next day for lunch and it was just as good! I love when I can trust food to be good leftovers! The service is always great, the servers have always been so friendly and offer awesome suggestions. Overall just a really great place worth visiting!

I finally found that amazing breakfast and brunch spot. I've been looking for for the longest time! I'm not going to be able to tell you when words how great this place is in my review today. You're just gonna have to go there yourself. All I'm saying is that this is far away the best breakfast and brunch place I've ever eaten in my life. And I understand that their lunches are also great which I'm gonna have to do someday but I'm so hooked on their breakfasts that I can't Break free of them. Their fancy scramble breakfast includes fluffy, soft scrambled eggs, along with sort of a Pusheta tomato base with fresh Muzzarella! This is about as close to heaven as you can get. Look at my picture and order this breakfast when you go. The only catch is that toast is not included with breakfast so I always order a piece on the side. Another time I had their Mediterranean omelette! Which is basically a Greek omelette which put me in heaven as well! I wanted to try something else on their menu and it did not disappoint. You could see my picture too, again with this dish I did order a piece of toast on the side. The vegan stack is also outstanding and a unique dish to offer for breakfast! Every bite delicious! I highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch or even lunch. If you're reading this review, you must go there! Make a point of getting here someday as soon as you can, I promise you you won't regret it!!

The place is just as colorful and decorative inside as it is on the outside. They have different specials everyday and during the weekend they offer brunch specials along with bottomless mimosas. On Mondays they have buy 1 get 1 free margaritas. Happy Hour Monday-Thursday and other specials on all the other weekdays. My husband and I got some cocktails, guacamole, I got the chicken fajitas, and my husband got the birria tacos. I loved my espresso martini as it had a chocolate hint too it which I feel many places don't do anymore. My husband got the peach and mango belinni where the mango flavor was stronger than the peach which I loved because I am a mango fan. My husband wished his taco shells for the birria were a bit harder/crunchier but other than that he loved the flavor. I loved my chicken fajiatas as the chicken was still very tender. It also lasted me another 2 meals after this one. Although this place is a little on the pricier side I feel like you get your moneys worth. Plus the service is good and very fast.

There were 6 of us. The waiter gave us a small basket of chips. I asked if it was possible for another basket. He reluctantly said yes but never brought them. We asked another person and they didn't bring them either. My son wanted a steak quesadilla. The waiter said that the steak in the quesadilla was chili rubbed and the only way to have it plain was to get the up-charged $10 steak. That's absurd! My 3 year old would definitely not want a chili rubbed steak. I ordered chicken quesadillas instead. They were just ok. Nothing special. They didn't come with anything so I ordered rice and beans. I found them to be overpriced and not worth it.

Our waitress was great but she was working the entire side of the restaurant where we were sitting. This was especially pronounced because one of my guests couldn't leave late. Food: subpar. We were here a few times a few years ago and I remember it being much better. The wings were good, especially the sauce. The sticky ribs were too salty and the ribs, while tender, tasted dry and overcooked. The pastas we ordered were overcooked and soft. The beef bulgolgi wasn't great. It was ok. Overall, a disappointment. Price is high for quality of food. Ambience: I remember this place being more lively and full. This time, on a Friday night, at dinner time, it was half empty. Other: trauma alert- read at your own risk. Once read, it cannot be unread!! When my daughter opened her napkin with the utensils, a spider jumped out at her and she was screaming! It took a while to get another set of napkins and utensils but when we finally did, I had to open the napkin for her because she was afraid to open it....

All of us with very different diets ended up finding something we loved. All of the good: -There was no trouble for 4 of us to get a table around 2:30ish on a Saturday. The space is huge, and it looked like they were even holding a private party upstairs. -A big menu with lots of options. We had everyone from vegan to basically carnivore at the table and the only trouble came when we realized most of their bread options had milk in them. The friend with a vegan diet knew to ask, but this would have been totally missed by me. She ended up getting a noodle dish and we all ate very happy. -My veggie burger was pretty good! As much as I love them, I can be a veggie burger snob. It's one of those things that need to be done right and the Gusto Grill veggie burger was done well in my opinion. Loved that it was a bit different with edamame as one of the bases. A great meal and a great time getting together with old friends. Highly recommend!
