Cons: * Massage started 1 hour after my appointment time . * Placed us in a couples room without asking (not a huge issue, but still). * The spa seemed to be running behind -- there was constant talking in the lobby that carried into the room. It sounded like people were in our space. * Employees were also talking during the service. * The manager came into the room while I was face down and offered a body scrub due to the delay. I appreciated the gesture, but it was done during my 60-minute massage instead of added at the end. It disrupted the flow and felt like sandpaper in the middle of a massage -- not what I booked. * My husband's massage ended earlier than mine, so he had to get dressed in the room while my massage was still going on. Kindness; Our arrival was prior to closing and we were booked for a couples massage. This parlor held the same average interior layout. Our room seemed a bit too small to occupy four adults and two massage tables but, what can we do about it. The applied force and pressure was too low. She called ahead before heading there and set an appointment for the same day. She was already given the price over the phone and was fine with it. When we arrived, finding parking was easy since the plaza was not busy. This Cozy Massage Therapy store is toward the back of the plaza. When we walked inside, a lady working there greeted us in. I don't think she understand or speak English that well. But the staff are very nice and different people kept asking if I wanted water. I got a Groupon for a couples massage for my birthday & went with my boyfriend. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. My masseuse was answering phone calls the entirety of our massage. There were people walking IN AND OUT OF OUR ROOM, MULTIPLE TIMES!! We're literally half naked and have all of our belongings right next to the door so it was extremely unsettling. My boyfriend's masseuse was good but mine was extremely rough-- I told her about five times that she was going too hard but she would answer the phone and just pinch my shoulders soooo hard. I think I left more tense than when I even got there. Unfortunately I will not be coming back and do not recommend this establishment. read more

They clean the table after you're done throwing your clothes on the floor, so imagine how many times they reuse the same cover on the floor and then put it on your body. The bed is made with poor-quality materials and has a terrible attitude. If you tip them less than $15, they start talking smack about you and don't care about your satisfaction anymore. This was by far the worst massage experience I've ever had. We made an appointment in advance for a couples massage at 8:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were told to come back at 8:40 PM with no explanation--completely unprofessional. Then, we were asked to pay before the service even started, which felt like an immediate red flag. Still, we decided to give it a chance based on the positive reviews, but that was a mistake. Despite booking a couples massage, my session started way before my husband's, completely defeating the purpose. To make matters worse, the therapist working on my husband wouldn't stop talking, making it impossible for either of us to relax. My own experience wasn't any better. At one point, while I was lying face-up, the therapist carelessly threw a towel over my face--no warning, no care, just tossed it. Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Maybe it's a free extra 10 mins of massage if you leave them a review which I'm sure they make you do prior to starting the massage while breathing down your neck even if it's your first time. I arrived on time. Massage started 25 minutes late. Woman came in and her movements were rushed and erratic... she did not focus on one area for more than 1 minute. That is no exaggeration. She hopped from spot to spot. The pressure was way too hard. I'm a thinner woman with an athletic build. She rolled over small muscles and my scapula with intense pressure using her forearms and elbows. My first thought was DAMN. I HAVE TO SIT THROUGH 90 mins OF THIS. The massage was actual torture. Not a single relaxing thing about it. The woman was coughing the whole time. As she stepped in and out of the room she left the door open while I was undressed multiple times. She was having conversations with the masseuse next door throughout the massage. She did some cupping and they actually really hurt (first timer so maybe I just don't know). While cups were on she was "massaging my feet". She was basically pressing on them the same way a 5 year old would shaking my body which aggravated the areas the cups were on. Literally anyone could have done a better job. When I left I felt bad that I hated the massage so I was gonna leave a $10 tip. The front desk woman was staring at me and my phone hovering over me to check on what I was giving. After I showed her confirmation of the Zelle payment she pointed to a sign that said they suggested $30 for a 90 min massage. On that same paper it said gratuity was a choice. I felt so pressured to give more for a massage I hated. I was so upset and I felt cornered so I sent more money. I left upset, in pain, and dissatisfied. I walked in in an excellent mood and left with my night totally ruined. I will NEVER be returning here. I trusted these reviews and that was my mistake. Let this review save you money. Go elsewhere. Long story short this place is very unprofessional don't come here. This was the worst place I've been too. I came with my wife to get a couples massage scheduled at 8pm. We had to pay upfront and even then they made us wait 50 minutes to actually get the massage(8:50pm). My massage didn't begin for another 10 minutes(9pm). When my lady came in she barely used any pressure at all she was just using her weight to put pressure onto my back so I really didn't feel much. Maybe ten minutes into the massage she started just having full conversations with her coworker and they would even shout out of the room to speak to other coworkers!!! And whenever she was talking to her coworker in the room she wouldn't even use any pressure at all and have one hand on the same one spot with no pressure at all. The room was way too small to have two beds and the ladies weren't able to move so my lady would stay on one side for a very long time. At some point she used WAY TOO much pressure and made me literally grunt from pain and she just laughed. They barely used the hot stones for like 3 minutes even though they kept insisting that the hot stones were the best part. Towards the end my wife's massage ended and then mine ended 5 minutes later even tho it was supposed to be 10 minutes. The very last thing she did was massage my feet and she used oil to massage my feet and never took it off so I had to wear my socks and shoes with oily feet. Also at some point around 9:30ish another guy had finished his massage and was even complaining and said he was gonna leave a bad review as well. read more

What a waste of 60 minutes and $50 plus tip. I came in for a foot massage. Every other Foot Massage places will massage your whole body equally. At this business, I had my feet slightly massaged for 45 minutes. She barely massaged my arms and back for 10-15 minutes and the pressure was super light. I was so frustrated! I went to this massage business for the first time yesterday evening and I'm really hesitant about trying new places just because you never know when you pay for a massage and it ends up being really crappy, but I was wrong. I ended up getting the 90 minute massage and I usually only get 60 minutes. It was actually really good, but the only issue was the manager was going to provide some extra services which were not provided during my session: body scrub, etc. I still gave the masseuse a generous tip of $30 and it was an amazing legit massage that I would certainly return in the future. nice location. this place was recently bought out by a new owner, they changed a few things for the better. Now with a 90 min massage you get yoru choice of 2 extra addons. i chose cupping and body scrub. Previously they did not do body scrubs. The new staff is great. while there english is not perfect they know how good customer service. Parking is good in a nice shopping center. I recommend spending the little more to go from 60 to 90 minutes and get the extras that come with it, Hot Stone, bodyscrub, or cupping. A+ read more
