Food is always fantastic, service can be a little slow as help in the harbor is hard to get but it's worth the wait!! Beautiful sunsets in the cove while you have dinner!! Definitely don't want to pass up a chance for lunch or dinner or better yet both!

Lovely view. Attentive service & wonderful onion rings & fresh oysters. Hot or cold lobster rolls are quite tasty.

Best onion rings I've ever had. Service was fantastic, view amazing, food perfection. Also recommend the Caesar salad and burgers. Well worth going out of your way for this place. Will be back to try the shakes.

A hidden gem on Southport Island. This place is great through and through. I stumbled upon it while on vacation on our favorite island in Maine. It has a lovely location next to the Southport yacht club overlooking the water. What I respect more than anything is that this place has a simple menu and they do it really well. The blackened haddock sandwich was on point and the Nashville hot chicken was one of the best I've had. The clam chowder was unique with some rosemary and I found it really tasty. Great beer on tap and don't leave without getting a milkshake because they're amazing.

Cozy's is the perfect little lunch spot! I go here when I want a really awesome sandwich and some sunshine. It's out of the way, right on the water in Cozy Harbor with some awesome views! The Blackened Lobster Tacos are something really special that you can't find anywhere else and the Ricky Bobby is probably the best chicken sandwich on the planet. Also, do yourself a favor and definitely get the onion rings with special sauce! The only thing that would make Cozy's better is if they served liquor

    Idyllic New England seaside dining.

Idyllic waterfront view will make you feel like you're in a Hallmark movie. Enjoy traditional New England menu full of flavor & not greasy! Fried seafood baskets w/ huge scallops, shrimp, or fish. Thick burgers patties come w/ crinkle fries...perfectly crispy on the outside, & soft on the inside. You'll taste the love in every spoonful of clam chowder. Bonus: they have Gifford's ice cream! Super friendly service. Great value for the money. A short drive from Boothbay, tucked into a secluded spot. Cozy's replaced the old snack bar a couple of years ago as a great addition to the community.

So our dinner stop before heading to Boothbay was Five Islands Lobster. We arrived around 4pm, just before a dinner rush. Parking is tight, but you make do. I was able to find a spot to accommodate my care and the small packing trailer on the hitch. Once we were parked we made our way to the buildings. The one building you order your lobster, another building you order other items. It was a very easy and simple process. Between all of us there was so much lobster and other fine dining options. The lobster was fresh and sweet. It was very delicious. The lobster came with corn and potatoes. The butter was perfect! It had that foaming too I love! My husband enjoyed his fried haddock sandwich and the fried scallops. He raved about the fried scallops. The staff were great. They were kind, helpful and hard working. The view was stunning. I saw a loon and was able to adventure on the rocks during low tide. Overall this was a beautiful spot to start our Maine vacation. I highly recommend checking out Five Islands Lobster

We ordered 2 2lb lobsters, onion rings, and fried oysters. The lobster meat came right out of the shell (shout out to some man on the dock who helped us Marylanders with some verbal direction) and were full and flavorful! We are big crab eaters but it takes about 6 or more XL crabs to feel as full as we did with one lobster! The onion rings and oysters were perfectly fried and just as delicious. The oysters came with fries (which explains the ketchup) as well and all were large portions. It was the perfect location too! Not noisy, beautiful scenery, and just all around a great atmosphere.

I was already in a foul mood, walking in here set me into straight sensory overload. It's a bar where they sing. I am unable to get inebriated enough to enjoy bars where they sing any longer. Call me miserable, maybe I suppose. In addition to the merry old fella belting it out on the mic, we had the joy of having some drunk guy in a large group behind us try and out sing him without a microphone. He even challenged the old guy singing to a form of a duel. Anyway I was so off, I cannot remember anything about my server at all. Nothing. I do remember almost screaming and running out. I sat there trying not to lose it while my wife had the time of her life. Every song made it worse, everyone else is singing, I am dying. When the guy took a break, guess what, dickhead from the crowd goes up and takes over. Shots helped at this point and the weed is kicking in well at this point. Now I'm hungry... My food was inedible and I'm pretty sure incomplete as well. The worst flatbread in the history of flatbreads. C's looked pretty good actually so I am sure her experience was quite different than mine. I hope to never return. '25 - extra

The menu is brilliant, innovative and different from anything you will find in the region. Each element of each dish has been carefully thought out and come together to form and perfect bite. Forget your standard protein, starch and veg, Chef Nathaniel's plates are all beautiful works of art that harmoniously tantalize the tongue. We started with the Red Mussels, corn bisque, sweet pea ravioli, gazpacho, and tuna tuxedo special, as well as a mozzarella flat bread for my 6 year old dining companion (he devoured the entire flat). The menu offered two variations of mussels, a traditional white wine and garlic preparation and the red, which we tried, and they were some of the most delicious and different mussels I've ever had, including tequila, cotija cheese and tomatoes. Once we finished the mussels we ordered another serving of bread just to sop up the sauce (we used the bread for the pea ravioli pasta sauce as well!) Delicioso!!! I'm always excited to try a fresh house made pasta and these ravioli most certainly did not disappoint! Prior to the meal the head chef came out and explained to us the 288 lb fresh tuna that he was breaking down, accompanied with a Tuna Special Menu. We ended up getting the tuxedo tuna and I only wish I could have tried everything special, yummm!! For mains we got the scallops, the veal, the seared tuna special meal, the halibut and the crab cakes. Everyone was so stuffed by the end but there was nothing left on a single plate. Across the board, the flavor combinations were innovative and scrumptious. On top of being the most delicious food in the region, the atmosphere is the tops. Whichever level you are seated on provides you with a glorious view of the ocean and as the cheery staff bustled around we were serenaded by James Taylor-esque guitar and vocals. Everyone working there seems happy and helpful and BUSY! not too busy however to make sure you are taken care of. Thanks to the Henry and the manager for excellent and attentive service AND the dessert and drinks!! Do yourself and favor and try this one of a kind, elevated Maine cuisine! I've never left a restaurant in Maine more satiated. You go Newagen! Chef Nathaniel keep it soigne!!!

The Lawnmere seemed like a good idea on the menu, but oddly it lacked flavor. I had high hopes for this flatbread. I feel like we missed a mark here. The crust was great. My key lime pie was delicious. The coconut really added to the dish. My son devoured his pub burger and had no complaints. My husband said his calamari and fish tacos were ok. The heirloom tomato salad was the best. The arugula has a nice taste to it along with the layer of ricotta cheese under it all. The flavors really blended well with this dish. The bathroom was 10/10 for me they had a theme and ran with it and I love it. The lobster themed wallpaper really made it overall we had a nice lunch. Nothing spectacular. Maybe dinner is the meal to have here. We went at 2pm for a late lunch early dinner.

It was $19 which was lower than other spot's market price and while it was maybe smaller than some, it was the perfect size for me. It really was well done. The roll was warm, buttery & toasted to have enough crisp. The lobster was cooked to perfection. My dinner companion got muscles in broth and was also a big fan. You have to watch carefully or map to the location, as the passing road is fast and you can drive by it without even realizing it. It's a small building with a decent sized parking lot - maybe can fit 10 or so cars. There is a picnic area to the side of the trailer, that has several picnic tables and a couple of little ones/lower to the ground. Very cute. Some tables with umbrellas for cover from the sun and in our case that day...brief relief from the rain, until it became sideways torrential rain. Plenty of garbage and recycling containers that are easy to locate and helps keep the place neat and free from debris flying around. It's not an extensive menu, however, the items we have ordered are fresh and flavorful. Item that stood out to us, the blueberry coleslaw. It's very very refreshing. They take electronic/card payments - it looks like it's a cash only type of place, but it's not. We had ordered our food for "here" and then the rain came. We sat at the tables as long as we could until the rain was coming down in sheets. We were soaked, so we ran to our cars...the staff saw what was happening, changed our order as "to go" and the gentleman ran the bagged orders to our cars with napkins and every thing we needed to enjoy our food. Great service! My fish basked was delicious. Love the fries that come with it as well. Plenty of fish, so much so, I had to give some to my husband to finish off. I love the finishing touches...may not seem like much to some, however, they take the time to put a tiny flower on each dinner. My niece and nephew loved it!! The bathrooms are in a separate building and are really nice. I thought they might be a potty, but they are fully plumbed, running water and electricity. I definitely will stop again, if it times right with our trips to the gardens and they are open. Great staff, easy location and great food.
