When everyone said no Jennifer said bring it in! I explained the problem she quoted me a number but mentioned it could be more or less. I accepted her quote the problem was a heavy all in one copier. My husband's Xbox stopped working and we found Lady Tech Services in west LA. They specialize in game consoles. Jessica was super friendly, nice and helpful. They did a free diagnostic and called to let us know what their findings were and the cost to fix it. Letting us decide if we want to move forward or not. They care about their clients and service. Care about maintains your privacy and protections. The location is in a non de script gray building. No sign on the building until you get inside. It's office suites for different companies. They are located on the first floor, second to last door down the hall. You will see their sign on the door. Parking is on the side of the building and it's free so that's good. They did such a good job, I came back with my laptop to get looked at. Can't recommend Lady Tech enough! My Galaxy S21 decided to die on me without warning, so I went to the Verizon next door for help. They basically told me they can't do anything and that I probably killed the battery by charging it too often. Very helpful. So I went into the repair shop next door where I met Jessica, and she was super helpful and empathetic from the get go. Offered to diagnose the issue for no charge and was up front about the procedure and costs involved. In the end, the logic board in my phone was diagnosed as toast, so I needed to get a new phone. Bad news, but I couldn't have had a better experience with tech support. After I got the new phone, she helped me put on a new case and screen for a more than reasonable price. I called in to get my S23 ultra screen replaced because of a broken pixel. The service was fast and the repair looks great. She was able to get the screen in about 1 day from ordering the part and the repair was under 2 hours. Would recommend if you need to get your electronics serviced. read more
