I have several versions of the Samsung Z fold. Each device has experienced the black out screen which defeats the purpose for get ting the phone. Each time I have gone to this location and received amazing help. I want to especially give a 10 thumbs up for this experience. Recently, after some confusion with a resubmitted claim and another location, I called uBreakiFix Marina Del Rey and immediately felt reassured. They confirmed they had the part and welcomed me in late afternoon, even though they close at 6:00 p.m. I arrived around 3:30-3:45, left my phone for a couple of hours, stepped nearby, got a pedicure and came back to a fully repaired phone. and a pleasant your phone is ready attitude. They did not act as if it was an inconvenience that clock out time was coming shortly. They were excited that I was excited. I appreciate that. I met her there Tuesday afternoon for her dropping off her devices and hopefully, they could be fixed. Pascal, who is the owner was extremely kind, technically savvy and reasonably priced and told her they were fixable. She picked everything up today and every problem was solved perfectly!!! Well, this gem is a mile from my home and I couldn't be happier to know that "help" is sooo close. Parking lot holds many cars so double yay! He explained prior to the cleaning the possibilities + costs (motherboard replacements, keyboard, etc.).
