Each argument I tried to make was met with proof the issue I brought up had been fixed - they had the maintenance records from 2004! Almost everything I could think of had already been taken care of, and the one thing I did have (a 90,000 mike service, since the car was at 88,000 miles) they worked with me on! I didn't get to walk off in a huff, have someone go "talk to a manager," or have a manager brought to me (I was working WITH the manager directly), and I still feel I received a good deal from a family-owned & operated business. Nick and Danielle stayed open for me to get in from Youngsville, North Carolina, and stayed until past 7:00 to make sure the deal was done (and done right). They made me feel very comfortable, offered me cupcakes (delicious, homemade cupcakes - won't get that at a big name dealership!), and even had a cigarette break with me while we waited on hold for my bank to approve the deal. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, and can confidently recommend doing business with M & B Auto Group. Those who know me, know I'm particular (eccentric?), and not the easiest customer to please when it comes to my cars. So for this to be a "one and done," is kind of amazing. I had been searching everywhere within 500 miles for a JKU in this color and hoping to find something used with under 45k miles. Then I came across Wells Auto Sales (while searching on Autotrader.com). This was a dream. They buy slightly used JKU's, then install a 3.5" lift with 18 or 20" wheels and 35" Nitto Trail Grappler tires and they also have a number of other aftermarket parts that can be optionally installed as well. This should be a Jeep enthusiast's dream! At first, I came upon a 2014 JKU in GCM with just under 7000 miles. Unfortunately after Mike and I started talking, someone bought it on the spot on the same day. I was upset because this color was impossible to find with such low mileage. Within only a few days, Mike calls me up and he found something even better. A fully loaded GCM JKU Sahara with under 3000 miles!!! I put my deposit down and he got to work. In just a couple of days, they brought the Jeep back to their shop, sent it out to get the lift, mounted the wheels/tires, tinted the front windows (to match the rear windows), installed the chip software to calibrate the speedo, and I even had them install a rear backup camera. I flew down to Warrenton, VA, we took the Jeep out for a test drive, he even filled the gas on his dime AND reimbursed me for my cab ride from Washington-Dulles Airport to his shop! It doesn't get better than that. After only 15-20 minutes, all of the paperwork was done and I was on my way home. Mike cares about his customers. I know he is extremely busy because he is the only one doing sales but he treated me like I was his top priority. His response time was amazing and he isn't just limited to phone calls. I was able to email him, text him and call him. Buying at Wells Auto Sales was a great experience because you get to work with Mike Wells himself. At any other dealership it could be a hit or miss with multiple sales guys and most of the time those sales guys don't even know the cars that they are selling inside-out. Mike is extremely knowledgable with Jeeps and was able to answer all of my questions...and I had a lot. I would email and text him with questions all day long and his response time was quick and he was always friendly and accomodating. I've never worked with anyone like that on a car purchase. You need to buy your Jeep from Mike. You will thank me later.
