There was excellent communication with dispatch and my technician. Daniel came out and assessed the door. He was able to put new rollers in and do a tune-up of the door in 30 minutes. He advised a possible need for a torsion spring depending on use. He answered all of my questions. Based on usage and age of house, I did end up making the decision to get a new one. (There was no pressure at all or upselling.) There was a warranty for both labor and parts, and the cost of repairs was extremely reasonable, considering I was worried I would need a new door, Highly recommend using this business!

They seemed very capable Of replacing our garage door motor and belt drive. They didn't specialize in our type of motor but offered a replacement option and bid three levels of replacement fully installed. They were friendly and I did not have a negative experience. We ended up using a different complaint but I have to say that this company was the first to respond to the project request before 7am in the morning and they were at our home to assess by 10am. I had a great experience and feel like they could have done the work just as easily.

He'll do a full tuneup of your garage doors. He'll find every issue that's wrong with them and make them as good as new and keep them functioning. He's not all about selling new doors, but to keep your old doors running. The only issue is that he's pretty expensive, but I can't really compare to other places cause I've only had a few companies come out and do work on my doors, but I'd say it's worth it. I'm only gonna use this guy for my garage door from now on. He even fixed things and pointed out things at the other companies had missed.

He came right out and fixed the opener (a new one was installed that was very quiet). Last year, one of my old original springs broke and Mike was unable to make it so I tried some other company (one of those that advertise in the junk flyers). They came out but charged a ton. Now, less than a year later, another broken spring. This time I called Mike's. He made arrangements to come out (even earlier than promised). This time was just a tune-up for weird noises that they were making. Responsiveness: I called on the weekend and got a call back within a few hours to schedule an appointment. They worked around my scheduled to give me a date/time when he would arrive. Timeliness: Mike was on-time and friendly. The Work: Mike gave honest advice on what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. He also gave input on what I could do myself and should be doing to maintain the doors without having to call him. He tightened the doors, greased them, and replaced rollers. When he was done, I could not believe they were the same doors. Unbelievably quiet and smooth. Overall a great job and will most definitely use him again.
