"The notary is at lunch, come back." Not an apology for wasting our time and scheduling. In fact, why have a scheduling system at if you aren't going to use it or adhere to it? They showed absolutely no sense of urgency or basic customer service. I understand that employees can have conversations with each other, but when a customer walks in and is standing directly at the counter, the bare minimum is to acknowledge them. Being ignored while employees continue talking and laughing among themselves is unacceptable. Management should seriously address the customer service at this location. Customers should not have to stand around wondering whether anyone is even going to bother helping them. One friendly employee cannot make up for an overall atmosphere that feels disrespectful and unwelcoming. I came in expecting a simple, professional experience and left feeling frustrated and ignored.
