Not only was the seafood cooked nicely but the corn on the cob and potatoes were also done well. The seasoning seems to be oil based which soaked into the corn cobs providing not only flavor with each bite of corn but a delicious flow of juices straight from the cob. That same flavor penetration exists with the crawfish and shrimp as well. When you have garlic butter flavor cooked into Dungeness crab like this, there is no need to dip it into butter... but still a great option. This place is awesome for down home crab in a bag, low country boil. It's located in a strip mall and not fancy, but perfect for a sit down with family and friends. The wait staff was great and helpful and the prices were very reasonable. My hubs liked the chicken lo mein and my snow crab was excellent. Again, this is not a fancy place- but I'd definitely recommend it for a second date to see how someone navigates the plastic gloves and fork when going to town on a bag of seafood. Best crawfish and shrimp boil EVER. The crawfish was fresh, perfectly cooked and juicy. The Crab Sea special sauce is so good, I was tempted to drink it. My daughter's chicken tenders and fries were so good, I couldn't help picking at them. My wife gobbled down her shrimp poboy, so it apparently got her seal of approval. I hate giving 'bad' reviews.. but I'm going to always give honest ones. This food was terrible! I got shrimp fried rice, 6 wings, 2 shrimp rolls and 2 spring rolls... the rice had NO FLAVOR.. none.. at all! The carrots and peas that were in the rice.. I couldn't tell if they were freezer burned or not cooked all the way... the carrots were hard in the inside and mush on the outside, the peas wilted on the outside... hard on the inside! The rice.. was just... yellow... hard.. it literally had NO taste. As I mentioned I got 6 wings.. I asked for all flats.. (I'm use to there being an up-charge.. for what I don't know.. but I digress) .. they charge you $4 .. FOUR DOLLARS... to pick up 3 wings instead of drum sticks! The wings were cooked... let's say... WELL... very.. very... well and hard and burned!! The shrimp roll was thick, and the wrap wasn't cooked all the way through, there were 2 shrimp in the whole roll I ate.. or I should say that I bit into. I didn't eat the other one. But.... Butttt... the two spring rolls were great! My order was like $32 give or take... I ate two fork fulls of rice, one chicken wing, and 2 egg rolls. My dog respectfully declined to eat the chicken and rice... my dog!!! This was just my experience. I hope yours is better! read more

Crab Sea was outstanding. Excellent seafood boils, flavors and service. My entire family went on Saturday for lunch and it exceeded our expectations. We ordered a family boil with garlic butter (not spicey) for our little ones. We tried the crab, shrimp, clams, crawfish, and octopus. My wife got a separate bag with some additional heat. The people here are so polite and courteous even when the customers are extremely rude! Awesome job with customer service I know it can be tough. The food is the reason for 3 stars it can use some improvements. The boil bag seemed to be too salty and had a very fishy taste which is usually due to the seafood not being fresh. It also didn't come with butter to dip, which is disappointing. I had the fried shrimp which was so crunchy which I like and large but wasn't seasoned. The sweet potato fries was really good too. I live in Parkwood so this is the closest place for me to go for steamed seafood. I thought the menu was a little weird at first - sort of an odd combination - but have been thoroughly impressed.
