I've had maybe 1 very angry business owner make it clear that he prefers that I never return. Eurofed is the first business that split the difference, but overall, the reply to my review is a bit silly. Quick summary of my previous experience: -I needed an oil change and an alignment. -Eurofed tried to upsell me on other services (not a problem). -Some of these very expensive services were marked as urgently needed (not a problem). -Eurofed overcharged for the alignment. -Eurofed sold my data to Sirius XM. -Eurofed has a surcharge for credit card transactions. Now, let's directly rebut the response. Pricing: That's cool that you stand behind the right to overcharge others. That's still hilarious that you choose to pretend that you're acting fairly. "Skilled labor isn't cheap." Indeed it isn't, but are you really saying your technicians are twice as skilled as the technicians at Stone Mountain VW? I stand behind the fact that a service is grossly overpriced if a reputable peer in the industry charges half the price (at least at the time). Inspection recommendations: I revise my previous statements and simply make the 100% factual statement that these supposedly super urgent expensive repairs that I needed to make ASAP, were for some reason not recommended by the technicians at Nalley VW, AutoNation VW, or Stone Mountain VW. Service time: I'll acknowledge that I wasn't necessarily acting fairly. I don't know for certain that they were pouting about me rejecting their laundry list of services. Privacy concerns: This is another hilarious response. Of course it's legal for you to sell my data to spammers. I never said it wasn't. That doesn't change the fact that no other service center has done this, at least overtly. Look, I don't want to continue this back and forth whether through PMs or publicly. The fact that you stand behind your prices and then act like they're somehow fair shows that you clearly have zero interest in having a good faith discussion. The fact that you have a dumb surcharge for credit card transactions shows how anti-consumer you truly are. You're not a small time bodega in New York with razor thin margins. You're a supposed premium business with premium prices for premium services. And hey, I usually don't use vulgar language, but I'm simply returning the vulgarity displayed in your aggressively terrible actions. So again, fuck you too.

I was told my water pump needed replaced. I was so impressed by Hicks that they were so honest. They pressure tested my SUV and stated no leaks were found in the water pump. I told them to check the brakes and do the pads. The car was ready on time. Excellent work and very kind and honest. We will be back. Don't hesitate to use this shop for full service repairs.

I went to Google and Yelp looking for places that could service a Fiat and decided to visit German Maser Tech (GMT). I had recently moved to Roswell and thought the location was also perfect. The experience was night and day from the dealership.   GMT specializes in European car repair, including Audi, BMW, Fiat, Mercedes, Porsche, Sprinter, Volvo, and Volkswagen.   I contacted GMT and left a voicemail requesting an appointment, the next day I get a call back. This rarely happened with the dealership, I would have to call multiple times just to speak to a person. The guy I spoke to at GMT was very pleasant, and courteous and didn't' make me feel rushed, he answered my few questions and worked with my schedule. He also ordered some wipers for me and stated they would arrive by my appointment time. Awesome!!! It's been challenging finding wiper blades that fit my compact car at auto shops like Auto Zone and Sams.   The location was easy to find, and when I walked in I was greeted immediately, also very different from my dealership experience. The waiting room was very spacious and comfortable. I waited for 1 hour and my car was ready and I was ready to check out. I had a next service sticker placed on my vehicle which is a nice reminder. It was more expensive than the price I pay at the dealership, however, I'm willing to pay a little more for better service and not have to worry about if my car actually had an oil change.   I immediately noticed the difference in my car, it drove so much smoother and it was nice to hear all looks well.

I have had a few service things done here and every time, i talk to the mechanic directly, they go out of the way to make sure communication is there on everything being done and that you are happy with the process. The service guys in the waiting room - great guys, friendly and knowlegeable. One other thing - I have run into some customers that have been going here for YEARS - that's always a good sign. Pro Tip - Jerusalem Bakery, Fiesta Bar Y Parilla, Tanaka - all really fantastic food options if you need to dart somewhere 'while you wait'
