Very good, great menu, tasty choices, fast delivery. The pancake was fluffy. House made sausage was very good. Great egg choices some spicy some not, fresh avacado. My only comment is that I think there is garlic or garlic powder, onion powder, Adobo? even in the sausage. It's too much, can't taste flavors read more

The food was delicious and just unique enough to be something a little special, without trying too hard. The loaded hash browns are a 10/10 and the coffees were really good as well. 4.5 stars for me! My friend and I came here for breakfast and were *very* impressed by the food. She got "The Basic" and I ordered "The Early Bird." We both agreed that the eggs were perfect! My sandwich was really amazing. The bread (7 grain) was delicious, the turkey was substantial, and that sauce was great. I tried one of my friend's hash browns, and they also were amazing. The ketchup seemed to be a mix of sweet chili + ketchup and was a nice surprise of sweet and spicy. My friend got one of the special lattes (too sweet for her, and I also tried it and agreed). I ordered the drip coffee and it was solid. Nothing stand out but it was better than what you'd get at the drive through on the same block ;) The manager Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed everything. He stopped my our table unprompted and asked how everything was, and he gave my friend a free, freshly brewed coffee when we expressed that the latte was not her thing. Between Jonathan and the really friendly woman at the counter, I'd say Crack'd (at least the Peabody location) has the best customer service I've experienced on the North Shore. Definitely give this place a try! It's a cute spot and the staff is friendly. You will spend a little more than, say, McDonald's (I spent $12 on a breakfast sandwich and an orange juice) but in my opinion it's worth it. This place is a total gem!! The food is delicious. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. I like the black jack on 7 grain. The egg is perfectly cooked, and the toppings all work really well together. The coffee is fresh and delicious. The branding is really cute and the cafe is beautiful and clean. But what really really stands out is how friendly and helpful the people working here are. Their customer service is amazing. So happy I stumbled across this place! Will be a repeat customer. I knew we were in for good eats when I stole a chip from my kids meal (the best house chip I've EVER had. Sweet, salty with a touch of bbq) & was in love. Nothing great, you're better off going to the million other breakfast sandwich shops in the area. Overpriced as well.

Get a better pin pad system. Nobody goes through a drive thru for inconvenience. You're handed a pin pad system only to be hanging out your car window trying to maneuver your card into the slot, then you opt for the tap feature, even when using credit, it doesn't automatically register, so you're still left there in awkwardness, while squinting in direct sunlight trying to read if it went through, only to find that this person who did the bare minimum of handing me an order wants a tip. A hefty one at that, considering there's no option to NOT give a tip. Tips are for people who go above and beyond for the customer, not people who rolled out of bed to go to their minimum wage job and vote democrat hoping for their problems to be solved. I don't see why we're still following these bullcrap trends. Covid was in 2020, let's grow up and take the customers cards like the good old days and do the transaction and continue about our days. read more

Solid concept (for people who love breakfast sandwiches), decent location with a drive through (!), and the food will be good with some tweaks. They have this wonderful breakfast Mac which was heaven sent and not to mention their smoothies are truly one of a kind.

We've now been twice. The first time we went through the drive thru, and for the breakfast sandwich we ordered - it was shocking how fast it came out. The second time we visited, we went to grab some lunch - and the place was very busy - but the wait wasn't too bad. There is limited seating - so that was a bit of a bummer but otherwise we're glad that there's a spot that is clean and has good breakfast food (cage free eggs) in the area! The Pineberry Matcha drink and the plain butter cookie that I had were mediocre and I thought overpriced. My bill was $8.56 for these two items. My rating is 2.5. I was looking for a place to do some work while my son and his friends played at In the Game. The Crack's Kitchen was open, so I stopped in. I ordered a smoothie and a coffee, which were both great. As I told the manager, it was the customer service that was so refreshing. Their staff genuinely seem to care for their customers. They were not only smiling, but really engaging in conversation with a variety of customers. It was refreshing. read more
