This crepe spot offers a great experience and a refreshing alternative to a standard breakfast place. The crepes are well-made and stuffed to the brim with filling. While the drink options are standard, the location is conveniently right next door to a Caffè Nero for a post-meal caffeine run. The service is helpful and welcoming; you order at the counter and the staff brings the food directly to your table. The establishment is clean and open, making it a highly recommended option for families and larger parties.

My husband found this amazing spot. Wow I would have to say the same . I would highly recommend coming here and checking them out. My husband and I decided to get the noahs ark with a replacement of sourdough bread vs getting the crepe . I also got a vanilla milk shake all very delicious and you can definitely taste the difference of the food. If I was ever in the are again. I would definitely com back here , its definitely worth it.

Johnny Crepe (dark side and light side)

Skinny Pancake just not all that good. Crepes are very thick and dry, not like I was expecting. Choco Monkey (Nutella and banana) was overly sweet, way too sweet. The Johnny Crepe (bbq pulled pork, onions and cheese) was good flavor wise but the crepe was overcooked on one side and barely cooked on the other. It arrived about 7 minutes after the other meals at the table after I had to ask where it was. I think the cook forgot it. Not even sure of it was a cornmeal crepe, seemed like the same consistency as the sweet crepe. Overall a little slow for a Saturday around noon. Could have had a better experience at the hotel instead. Lesson learned.

What a great spot at the mall. Place your order at the counter and give them your table number. This is more of a self serve with water cups and coffee if you purchased it. The interior is welcoming and the staff were great. I wanted a savory crepe and got the chicken bacon rancher. It was really fresh and delicious with it cooked with a nice crisp on the outside while the chicken is not overcooked. The portion is perfect, not overly filling.

The Skinny Pancake - Now in Peabody, MA! 210 Andover St Suite #F111B, Peabody, MA 01960 (Northshore Mall) Originally a Vermont gem, The Skinny Pancake has officially brought its crepe magic to the North Shore -- and let me tell you, this spot delivers! Whether you're team sweet or team savory, you're gonna leave happy (and full). Here's everything we tried: Sweet Stuff First: The Heartbreaker Crepe - $12.29 Fresh strawberries , banana , and chocolate hazelnut spread WOW. This crepe is a chocoholic's dream -- rich, fresh, and perfectly sweet. Rating: 9/10 Blueberry Pie Crepe - $12.29 A "frumpled" sweet crepe topped with local blueberry compote, toasted streusel, and local ice cream More of a pie vibe than a crepe, but still tasty -- especially for blueberry fans! Rating: 7/10 Maple Milkshake - $7.49 Made with that real Vermont maple syrup -- sweet, creamy, and pure maple goodness. If you love maple, this is it. Rating: 8.5/10 Cinnamon Swirl French Toast - $12.29 Egg-dipped cinnamon swirl bread, strawberries, and a side of maple syrup. The star of the sweet show. Perfect texture and flavor -- a MUST. Rating: 10/10 Savory Hits: Cheesy Chicken Pesto Crepe Shredded chicken, Cabot cheddar, pesto, caramelized onions & mozzarella -- all inside a crepe?! Mind-blown. This was the BEST savory crepe (and crepe in general) of the morning. Rating: 9/10 Not Your Average Breakfast Sammy - $8.89 Two eggs, Cabot cheddar, and pesto mayo on a bun with your choice of bacon, ham, sausage, or spinach. Simple but so flavorful -- the pesto mayo is elite. Rating: 9/10 SP Smash Burger - $15.89 Boyden Farm beef patty, cheddar, maple onion jam, pickles, SP sauce, fries or greens. Honestly one of the BEST smash burgers I've had at brunch. Juicy, flavorful, unforgettable. Rating: 9/10 Overall Thoughts: Food: 9/10 Ambiance: 7/10 - It's order-at-the-counter style but has cozy booths and a chill vibe. Affordability: 8/10 - For the portion size and flavor, the prices are super reasonable. Would I come back? Absolutely. Hot take: It's better than The Friendly Toast. Sorry not sorry.

Smashed burger with sweet potato fries, sausage egg and spinach breakfast sandwich, and chicken pesto crepe.

This place was outstanding! My first time here and not only was the staff very helpful in navigating what their best selling items were, but they took the time to explain the layout. We ordered both sweet and savory items. They have crepes and sandwiches galore. Leave room for milkshakes if that's your thing. So delicious.

Menu. The food looks delicious, too bad the service was absolute crap, and I didn't even have a chance to try it.

I am traveling for business and I wanted to grab something local for breakfast. The skinny pancake looked like it would be it. I walked in and the lady behind the counter told me to pick up a menu and have a seat. I was under the mistaken assumption that it was actually a full service restaurant. I sat there for 20 freaking minutes and nobody said anything to me. It wasn't until I saw other Guests picking up their menu and walking up and ordering that I realized I was an idiot. It was supposed to be doing the same thing. I was embarrassed and felt like absolute crap. My stomach was turning with hunger this entire time. I'm leaving a one star review because I think it's terrible that they were no signs explaining this and nobody came up to me. I didn't have a chance to try any of the food. The whole place has a I don't care attitude. If you're not from this area, how the hell are you supposed to even know this? I would not recommend. I'm now driving down to a McDonald's to get some freaking breakfast. It's not what I wanted, but dammit I know what the hell I'll be getting.

This establishment is highly recommended for its exceptional crêpes, both sweet and savory, and even for sharing both options. The menu features whimsical names, such as "Lovemaker," "Heartbreaker," and "Popeye," adding to the overall dining experience. Beyond the renowned crêperies on the Rue du Montparnasse in Paris, The Skinny Pancake in Peabody, Massachusetts, now stands out as a premier destination for authentic and delicate crêpes. The menu boasts an array of delectable dishes, including outstanding and freshly prepared food. The artisan coffee is served in a charming handmade pottery mug, enhancing the overall ambiance. The tableware exhibits a harmonious flow, contributing to the comfortable dining atmosphere. The dining experience at The Skinny Pancake is characterized by a unique approach called "comfort casual." This service style combines friendliness, courteousness, and orientation to create a seamless dining experience. Customers are seated and provided with a mobile ordering app, allowing them to conveniently place their orders. This streamlined process eliminates the need for physical menus and reduces waste, aligning with the restaurant's commitment to environmental sustainability. The Skinny Pancake places a strong emphasis on sourcing locally sourced ingredients to craft exceptional dishes. The restaurant's atmosphere exudes a sense of ease, community, and comfort, fostering a welcoming environment for its patrons. In some dining establishments, the choice between quality and quantity, or even whether to choose at all, can be challenging. It's nice to visit places that understand that quality is the ultimate choice, with everything else being a bonus.

When you want crepes, you get crepes! Very good eats. :)

Both times I've been I've gotten the same order (it was too good not to repeat) - a Bellini, the Mr. Delphine crepe, and the Alsacienne tart. The Bellini is always sweet and refreshing, and the crepe has the perfect blend of fresh flavors. The alsacienne tart is always baked to perfection and absolutely delectable. The cafe is small so seating can sometimes be limited - I'd recommend getting there early since it does tend to fill up around typical brunch times. Service has also always been very good - you order at a counter and then the food is brought out to you. The owner Delphine is almost always there and greeting customers with a smile. Delphine's Kitchen is definitely my current favorite breakfast spot, and I'll be back soon for sure!

The corned beef is large chunks, not small diced pieces found in most commercial and canned hash. The potatoes, peppers, and onions gave a nice texture and flavor. I had it topped with two over medium eggs which were perfectly cooked. As I was eyeing the French toast, he gave me a single piece which included their fruit infused whipped cream and was really, really good! That might be my entree next time. My friend got the crepes and her face was doing happy expressions while she was eating. My new best friend Maria kept my coffee mug full-she visited the table frequently to make sure my mug never got low nor cold. She also took care to clean the table promptly as plates were finished. Now if my kids could learn that... oh wait, this is a diner review. The ambiance is cute and chic. There was easy access to accommodate wheel chairs and they have their menu clearly marked for gluten free available and vegan options (most of the menu). The menu is on the fancier side; they will prepare whatever someone wants (e.g. if someone just wants 2 eggs and bacon, they can easily do that). The location is on Main St. so parking is hit or miss. If you are nearby and want something good, this is a good option!
