    Hazy mocha and snickerdoodle latte
    Xochitl L.

Stopped by on my way to the beach in Manchester. I got an iced Hazy Mocha and a lemon blueberry scone. The drink wasn't too sweet, and the scone was absolutely delicious and massive (kept me full for my whole beach day!). I took my order to-go but the seating area looked cute from what I could see. I would recommend the pastries and coffee to anyone in the area! They also have gluten-free options in a separate display case for those who are interested. This gets 4, rather than 5, stars because the person who took our order was a bit rude. I tried to order a smoked salmon bagel and was told that "sandwiches take 45 minutes." I asked for a bagel with cream cheese instead and was told that if it was toasted it would also take 45 minutes. I felt that the tone of the conversation and the fact that a bagel would take 45 minutes was a bit much. When my partner inquired about allergies, the worker just shoved a menu at him and said "read the menu to see what's in the drink." Obviously we always read the menu, he was asking if there was anything in the drink BEYOND what was listed, as sometimes happens, and needs to be checked for allergies. We came at a busy time so I'll chalk it up to the stress of the morning rush. Also, after we ordered, the baristas were accommodating of my partner's allergies and noted them all on his cup which is very reassuring.

This is my favorite place to grab a quick coffee or pastry before heading to the beach! This adorable little shop has some delicious food, just make sure to get here early before the crowds. They have some very cute seats indoors to eat at (if there's space available), or it serves as the perfect pit stop on the way to the beach. My favorite is the iced mocha, but it's hard to go wrong here!

Generally, this could be a 4 star spot, but the service was unreasonably slow. I stopped in with a friend for a coffee and sandwich and it took a good 30 minutes, which seemed like a very long time for a casual café type place. Wait time aside, the menu had tons of fun options and the food itself tasted great. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Definitely a local neighborhood spot. Maybe I'm just spoiled by faster service in Boston, but if you don't mind waiting around, this could be a solid place.

We went before the beach and got smoothies for breakfast and sandwiches to go for lunch. The smoothies were delicious! The sandwich I got (turkey pesto) was just ok in my opinion. My friend liked her sandwich though. The lady who took our order was kind, and there is a public bathroom. The food did take a very long time to come out, but I would definitely go back!

Second time coming here. Went with the same singing beach sandwich that was great. Friendly staff. Layout inside could be a little better but still happy with the experience.

Very happy with this place, everyone was nice. The coffee lattes were relishes and the reboost smoothie was excellent.

egg, ham, and cheese on a plain bagel with a black iced tea!

This is a delightful breakfast/coffee spot in the heart of town. The prices were reasonable, too! I ordered the ham, egg, and cheese on a plain (locally made) bagel and a large iced black tea. The food was delicious and exactly what I'd wanted. Also, every staff member was super friendly and helpful. If I had to guess I would say it's a family-owned business as they clearly care a lot about customer experience. It was also cute to see lots of customers greeted by name - clearly, the locals like this place too! After eating my sandwich I stayed for a couple of hours to work on my computer. They have great free wifi and a nice big bathroom as well. Before leaving I bought a can of kombucha and a cinnamon chip scone to have at the beach - both were EXCELLENT! I will definitely come back here next time I'm in town.

What I found was an oasis of superb coffee, remarkable food, great service, and a fine dining experience (even for someone just off a motorcycle.) My large Cappuccino was hot, tasty, and seemingly bottomless. Expertly crafted and delivered. My Egg White Green Omelet was unlike any other omelet I have consumed. Loaded with vegetables and just enough cheese, it was warm throughout and (like my coffee) expertly crafted. I noticed a steady stream of customers coming in for drinks and breakfast items. I can see why. My meal was very modestly priced given the quality, quantity, preparation, and service. There was enjoyable music playing, and the dining space (and restroom) is very tastefully decorated and spotless. This restaurant was…read morerecommended by ChatGPT, but it was just okay; perhaps the town is too small, with limited options. New England Clam Chowder: Rich, flavorful, and delicate, but unfortunately a bit too salty. Mussels: A classic New England preparation, with a strong wine aroma, but the acidity wasn't prominent. A touch of tomato added umami and balanced the richness of the butter, which was quite good. However, the mussels were a bit small, slightly affecting the overall experience. Baked Local Haddock: The haddock was quite fresh, but it was overcooked even than I usually do - does that make sense? The asparagus was simply blanched and completely tasteless. Surprisingly, the best dish was the mashed potatoes. House Greens Salad: Delicious! The vegetables were very fresh, the vinaigrette's acidity was crisp and refreshing, with a slightly sweet aftertaste that balanced it out, preventing it from being too overpowering. House Fried Rice: This fried rice was absolutely awful, a contender for the worst I've ever eaten. It was both overwhelmingly sour and salty, completely inedible, and tasted like the vinaigrette in our salad. Don't ask why I ordered fried rice in a small American town; my parents wanted it... However, after complaining to the waiter, the dish was served for free, which was a pretty good outcome.
