My family had a great experience here and we'll definitely be back for more! Our server was quick and efficient and our food came out sooner than we expected. No complaints whatsoever with the service we received! I ordered the "Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast" which comes with two eggs, biscuits and gravy, your choice of meat and a side. For $10, the amount of food you get is insane! The smoked sausages I got were slightly dry and I wasn't the biggest fan of them, but everything else I ordered was delicious. My family members were also very happy with their orders. I really love the cute store you walk through to get to the restaurant! It's my favorite part of every Cracker Barrel! Some aisles were tight, so if you have a stroller, you definitely will struggle navigating through certain parts of the store. Since we didn't have a stroller with us, we were able to move through the store with ease. All in all, my family had a great experience here and we look forward to our next visit!!

Medium well? No! And this is AFTER we had already sent it back once!

I've been to a lot of Cracker Barrel's across the country. This is probably the worst. Why didn't I check the reviews?! No one in front of us but it took a long time to be seated. There are five of us. They simply put us at a table for four with a chair in the end. Not that hard it seems. There were plenty of empty tables to push two together. Food took forever. To the point where we thought we were not going to have enough time. When it finally came one steak, was way too rare. The other was fine. Both the same cut. Both asked for medium well. Sent it back. Still came out way too rare. And FULL of gristle. The rest of the food was just okay. Not great. Either this location is mismanaged or Cracker Barrel has gone down the drain. We were checked on by the server one time. I was a waiter a while ago, and I knew it was a cardinal sin if my guests ever had to ask for water. We had to ask. The store portion of this restaurant is a nightmare. Very difficult to get through because it did get busy about when we were going to be done. I tried to get to the bathroom but there were so many people waiting to get in and so many people waiting to pay. When I finally shoved my way to the bathroom I wish I hadn't. Had I seen the bathroom before eating we would have walked away. We did get the manager to discount the price of the steak. Not the full meal mind you, she only subtracted the price of the steak it seems and we still had to pay for the sides. Whatever. You have been warned. The Springville, Utah Cracker Barrel will be like no other one you have been to. And it's in the worst way. I won't be back and will likely just avoid the brand altogether from now on regardless where I see one in the country. Stay away

Cracker Barrel never gets old, their pancakes--I have no words. One thing I've seen in every Cracker Barrel is that they take forever to get your meal, but, oh well, I choose to come here for what I love to eat.

This location, the last few times I've gone, has had such great staff. Despite always being busy in the mornings and around lunch, we've been seated quickly and well tended to. The store at the front of the restaurant has some seriously cute stuff and I find it difficult to make it out without buying something. The food was really good this last time I went. It was the first time I didn't get something off of their delicious breakfast menu. I was not disappointed. The quality is hard to beat for the price.

Not two pieces. They don't even match up to make 2 pieces.

The only thing I like about Cracker Barrel is the breakfast. Grandma's sampler is where it's at. Sadly, on this trip, our server was not very skilled or adept at social interaction. Additionally, the serving sizes have been reduced in order to avoid raising prices. My "two pieces of French toast weren't even pieces from the same piece of bread. I literally asked if it was a kid's meal. The server just said "that's the size of the sampler." I was clearly dissatisfied and my concern wasn't even addressed. A new location is opening in my hometown and I'm questioning ever going because it seems the franchise has lost it's one selling point... big breakfast at a good price. Sad.

    Barely cook burger.

Or the little burgers for my kids And when we got them my kids took a couple bites and wouldn't eat them. When I looked at The burgers I found them to be raw in the middle. Knowing these are for kids they should have been thoroughly cooked. Very disappointed and probably won't order from there for a while.

Food is decent. They have a big menu with lots of side options. You can choose to get biscuits or cornbread with your meal. They also do daily specials which is nice. They have a store that's really fun to look around.

Sampler Dish with meatloaf, chicken dumplings, fried okra and grits. Yum!

So bummed this place didn't get better reviews!! We loved it here and try to stop at a Cracker Barrel when we can. Our server was very nice and attentive. Our food was delicious and healthy servings. We loved the fresh biscuits and corn muffins with jams. The ambience was nice. Felt like we were in and old country restaurant. Enjoyed walking the general store when we were finished with our meal. Would definitely come back!!

After a wee bit of a snowy drive we pulled in at 11:00am on a Thursday! immediately seated and she even knew I had one child in the restroom to guide her if she seen her! (13) which she did! Food was really good and came out so fast! The waitress was beyond kind and welcoming. Thank you so much Emma!!

When we arrived and sat down, we were greeted by Joe telling us that "House rules, you're not allowed to order the same item". Lol. Love that guy! We both ordered Denver omelets, one without onions, extra mushrooms, French toast, and grits and one without mushrooms, hash browns, and pancakes. First off, the pancakes were amazing! They're light, had crispy edges, and had a wonderful flavor. But the best thing was it was in the shape of little donuts, which was a nice surprise. Our entrees came but were somehow got switched. We didn't realize it at first but both were still good. Unfortunately, my wife put Chalula on hers and I put Tobasco on mine and we don't like each other's choice of condiments. The other unfortunate thing was that I had an eggshell in my omelet. Even though we had these misfortunes you can't hide the flavor of these dishes and they certainly don't skimp on toppings. My grits were too sweet today. If it's too sweet for me, it must've been really sweet. The only other criticism I saw was that they were filling the syrup bottles from large Log Cabin jugs. They also were using Idahoan shredded potatoes from a large carton. I can understand the potatoes but how great would it be to have freshly made syrup. Still a great experience and they are still one of the best breakfast places on the state.

This warm, friendly welcome set the tone for the whole experience. Joe stopped by and told us the "rules". Everyone orders something different and we all share. My husband got the eggs & diced ham with a side of biscuits and gravy. My son got the French Dip because you can order breakfast or lunch at 10 am. Everyone ate a good portion if not all of their food. It was good. We will definitely be back. For the food but more for the service!

I recommend joining the waitlist in advance. It's tough to choose from such a wide range of delicious options, but my go-to pick is always the Mixed Berry Dutch Baby, Baby! The berry syrup and cream cheese topping set it apart from other breakfast places. We also had the Classic Breakfast Special, with crispy bacon cut thick to perfection. The interior is one of the most distinctive things about the place. Nearly all the Art Deco furnishings, the booths, mahogany paneling, black glass counter, and light fixtures, were salvaged from Lamb's Grill, a Salt Lake City restaurant that had operated since 1919 before closing in 2017. Eating here feels a bit like dining inside a piece of Utah history. The service is usually excellent, and you can tell they take the motto behind their name seriously: "True service is true religion." This visit, our waitress did seem in a rush to turn the table, but the quality of the food made it easy to overlook. Worth noting: they run a Second Chances charity that supports people in recovery from addiction, those reintegrating into society after incarceration, and folks rebuilding after financial hardship or other life challenges. It's a meaningful mission, and it's part of what makes this place feel different from your average breakfast spot.

This caused us to have to wait for almost 30 more minutes past our reservation time before we could be seated. Frankly the service by the manager was terrible, she needs to learn how to seat and time large groups. That being said Our waiter was awesome, super nice guy, he was cool, fast, nice. But every time we come here the wait (for those who have reservations) is always super long and usually it takes a while for food to arrive. Food is delicious, love the food. Hot chocolate is awesome too. Always happy with the food!!

But then came the steak, which was flat-out the best I've had in years. No notes. Here's the thing though, I'm not a gnocchi person. Never have been. Our server talked me into it anyway, and I'm genuinely grateful. It's a short rib and stew situation with gnocchi that somehow hits every note perfectly. Total convert now. And the s'mores pie to close out the night? Simply perfect. Don't skip it. The service was great too, our server clearly knew the menu inside and out and steered us exactly right.

However, we did have one drink server where we had some issues with, but our main waitress was lovely. For starters, our table shared the baked ricotta, balsamic glazed brussel sprouts, and bread rolls with honey and butter. The brussel sprouts were good, but the bread rolls were my favorite! They were so incredibly soft and pillowy. They honestly didn't even need the bread and butter! I was most excited for the baked ricotta, but unfortunately it was a disappointment for me. Ricotta is a very mild cheese to begin with, but I tasted absolutely zero flavor from it and it was mostly just adding a textural element to the bread. The fig walnut guanciale jam was overpoweringly sweet and the guanciale was also nonexistent. Overall, what I expected to be a flavorful combination, fell pretty flat and bland for me. Onto the main, I got to try the Block burger and the house made gnocchi. The burger was a standard burger, nothing too crazy. I was surprised the patty was actually moist because it was cooked well done. The same jam from the baked ricotta was used, so wasn't a big fan of it because again the overwhelmingly sweet didn't do much to elevate the burger. I also missed any flavor from the truffle cheese sauce. So it was a pretty average burger. My gnocchi definitely tasted better than it looked. Another friend also got the same dish and it looked like they just split our portions in half and served it on two separate plates. In general, I wasn't a big fan of this dish. The braised short rib was very tender, but the whole plate sat in a pool of salty sauce. I couldn't really make out any other flavors. The scoop of crème fraiche tasted exactly like sour cream and was not the consistency that I expected. The gnocchi's were made well, but I prefer mine a little firmer. However, this is complete personal preference. Overall, service was good, but food fell severely short of what I expected. I was so excited for all of these elevated flavors and ingredients, but, sadly, none of them came through.
