This restaurant doesn't disappoint. It's comfort food at a comfortable place where you feel at home. I looked at places for Easter and didn't like the menu and I liked the Easter special here. They had turkey and ham, with stuffing and green beans and cranberry sauce. You order one side dish. I got the mashed potatoes. You start with corn bread and muffins, with butter and jam. They are good. The meal was good and the price is right too. It was very crowded here. My daughter had the country fried chicken and Mac and cheese which she enjoyed. Then my meal came with dessert, a pecan pie and vanilla ice cream. It was very tasty! We got for an appetizer the cheese balls which was delicious! Then after you can browse at the gift shop located in front of the restaurant. I look before and after. Lots of great gifts here. I've shopped here many times so I know. The only thing was I didn't get my cranberry sauce. When I came home I looked at the pictures of the menu and saw I didn't get it. That was okay. I enjoyed my meal. I didn't notice. Also, our waitress was very nice and came many times to check on us. I recommend coming here. A fun place to eat and shop!

My boyfriend was shocked that I'd never been to a CB so here we went. He got the chicken fried steak and cleared his plate. I got the steak and shrimp which was tasty but my steak was over cooked. The hash brown casserole was soooo good. I'd go back just for that. We had a nice server, place was clean!

This is your typical Cracker Barrel chain restaurant. Today I had excellent service which doesn't always happen here. The atmosphere is typical for Cracker barrel. I enjoyed my food since everything was made correctly. Today was ok be of my best visits here in a long time!

Omg the food and service so GOOD we don't have Cracker Barrel in NY! It might be a good thing because I'd want it all the time!! I got the Grandma BKFST. So delicious and the biscuits to die for!! Customer service was great and DENISE IS THE BEST!! What a sweetie! Give this woman a raise

I guess people do buy this stuff at Cracker Barrel

I arrived too late in the evening to enjoy dinner but the overnight parking was lovely. Thank you, Cracker Barrel, for supporting RVers and allowing us to stay in your parking lot. And for my fellow RVers, keep it clean and quiet so we can continue to have this great resource. Breakfast in the morning! Coffee, eggs, bacon and sourdough toast because I felt like I needed some carbs today. Great service and a clean restaurant. My only complaint is just for the RV experience - the parking lot is right up against the highway so there is a good amount of road noise. Not much to be done about that. We went around 4:00pm and there were not a lot of customers, so we got seated right away. This place is very cute and has tons of old-school decorations and fun things to look at while you wait for your food. The waitresses were really nice, friendly, and polite. After you eat, you pay at the front checkout in the gift shop. It's fun to walk around the gift shop. They have a ton of cool things you wouldn't find anywhere else. I would recommend this place for shopping if you want to get a fun, unique gift. They have stuff you would never think to look for that make perfect gifts.

I went to Vic's yesterday with my daughter as we wanted to find a new breakfast spot. What a find!…read moreI was dying for a waffle and the one I had was fantastic. We walked through the door around 10am and were seated immediately. The waitress quickly got us coffee and gave us a few minutes to figure out our meal. The food was cooked perfectly and I ate it all. I had a plain waffle with the real maple syrup, a western omelette with hash and English muffin. I asked for peanut butter to go with my muffin but they put butter on it. The waitress fixed it immediately without issue. The place was hopping and for good reason. I didn't meet the manager but I want to salute him and the entire staff for how well they did. Great food, great service. I gladly over tipped as it just goes to show you that you don't need to be at a fancy 5-star restaurant to receive excellent service and food. Looking forward to returning. Vic's is in the rotation!

We quickly we seated at a booth and was asked our drink order. The diner was bustling full of people for a Saturday morning breakfast. We ordered the chocolate bacon waffle and and Irish Benedict. I was expecting it to be a heavy waffle, but it was light and airy. The chocolate and bacon was cooked into the waffle and the grooves were filled perfectly with butter and maple syrup. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly runny and the home fries were crisp. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area.

When we were in the process of losing our soul mate of a dog to lung cancer they would go above and beyond for our random orders and would always try to bring a smile to our face when we would pick it up. She wouldn't eat so we would call & ask for plain unseasoned grilled chicken or just bacon or whatever it was they always helped us out. Her last meal was bacon on the beach (her favorite place). Thank you for the amazing service.

Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

OK so we have been waiting for this place to open for awhile, then once it did we got busy with life and now I finally got a chance to pop in on the 5th of July. I was greeted by a man who I assume is the owner, if not at least the manager. I just stopped in to get one Arancini which I think is one of the things they are known for. Almost immediately the gentleman talks me into a broccoli rabe, so I get that and what I believe was meat and peas. The broccoli was okay, probably not something I would order again...but the meat and peas was outstanding. Def would get again! While I was there I saw they had eggplant parm...which I love, so I figure we could try that as well-and I am glad I did. This was amazing. They serve it with pasta and I have to be honest, I wasn't blown away by there sauce...probably sweeter than I prefer, but with the eggplant it's great...just wouldn't get a pasta and sauce here. The place is very clean, there were no other customers so service was insanely fast. They have good parking (as long as it doesn't get too busy). Overall I left satisfied. I guess I will note, things, to me at least, seem a little more expensive for what you get...but I do know that's a function of the times we are living in and the cost of opening a new business, but I do think it deserves being mentioned.
