I was in search to get my bumper fixed and the service I received here deserves 10 stars. Albert, the mechanic, went out of his way to help me, even though it was late in the day. He did not only fixed my bumper that had a heavy dent but took pride in his work and made sure I receive an A+ service. Called this shop on Saturday because my boyfriend's car AC wasn't working it kept blowing hot air and he had put freon but it wouldn't last. He lives in Sylmar and called and places were either closed or went to another shop but stated they couldn't do it someday. I recently got in an accident and hit my moms Sportline 328i and by the looks of it i knew it would empty my pockets... but a friend of mine refered me to Albert here at CraftAuto and i expected it to be like any other body shop that would just go after my pockets but my friend told me to just give it a try and that they would get the job done.
