So the first time I placed an order it was fantastic! The staff was quite helpful in giving out the best mix of drinks that would fit perfectly for the boba. I was really impressed as I dint have to go far away in search of great boba drinks and teas! But the second time I went there an ordered a thaii Milk tea , It dint turn out as amazing as i hoped. the thaii milk tea was way to sweet even after mentioning no sugar to be added, Secondly the boba was way to sticky and dint even taste good. This is ,without question, my favorite Boba place I've ever been to. They have an incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. They have an extensive menu. Full of delicious and fresh goodies. They are willing to make my ridiculously specific drink order with ease and seemed eager to do so. The surprise for me here was the food. I was hungry, so I ordered some avocado toast. Seriously, no joke, it was the best avocado toast I think I've ever had. It was simple and clean and the ingredients were fresh...making for a surprise treat that I had no idea was going to knock my socks off. Also their waffles are worth making a trip for just them by themselves. I recommend the Pandan flavor. this is the fifth time I've been to the shop and every time they remind me why Craft Boba continues to be my favorite. read more

The good: The Thai tea creme brûlée is actually quite tasty. The Thai tea flavor is pretty distinct. It's a great dessert overall, for sure. The bad: The boba in the Thai tea was def overcooked. It was kind of mushy and took away from my ability to appreciate the Thai tea itself. I actually didn't even want to eat the boba and I paid extra to even have it! As for the tea, it was ok. It didn't taste like it was a powder so that was good. But, it did taste kind of muted. Maybe they put too much cream? I asked and they did say they make the batch in the mornings. Not sure if they put the creme in right away or if they wait til the end when one is ordered. I'm torn on this place but since it's brand spankin new I'll give it another chance and try other offerings. I'd say definitely give it a chance and come to your own decision. read more

Update--went back and got the Thai slush. It was too icy and watery. I requested for the slush to be milk based (as I had requested on my previous visit) and the barista refused to do so, which I'm pretty sure resulted in my drink being too watery and icy. Was in the area and craving some boba so we found this spot. The service was great. We were unsure of what to get and the staff was very helpful. The drinks were sweet and definitely something we enjoyed. We also got the bubble waffles with Nutella as the topping. I do think there could have been more Nutella but overall it was great! Tea does not taste like the normal boba tea. Really disappointed with all the high ratings, was expecting a better tea. I ordered Taro milk bubble tea, but it tasted like hibiscus tea. I was in the store a few days ago. I had not been there in a while. I had a punch card and had one last punch to make to a free one. I went to order a smoothie and was told i could not redeem my card for a smoothie. There was nothing on my card that said that. Nor any signage saying this. I was told it was a new policy. Service was weird...I walk up to the counter and say hi enthusiastically excited to try a new place and the person girl behind the counter takes like a few seconds to say hi back...and then told me that I couldn't purchase one of the plush stuffed animals they had out for sale. Why do you guys have a sign up that says "on sale for $10" if they're not for sale??...it wasn't even explained to me why I couldn't make the purchase. Just super frustrating. Good but not the most outstanding boba. However, not too many boba places in this part of Dallas so I would consider it to be an acceptable place. It's inside Zaap Kitchen with a separate mini-counter. They do have an interesting variety of milk tea flavors and variety of toppings too so a good place to try out different combinations. read more

The best boba in Dallas, hands down. This mom and pop shop has a variety of delicious drinks, but nothing compares to their Sweet Cow. My husband and I love boba and have tried so many places, but this place takes the cake! We moved hours away but anytime we're back in the area, it's a must to stop here for our favorite drink. I ordered their milk tea and received tea flavored water with boba. Perhaps it was because it was close to their closing time or whatever. But it's probably one of the worst tasting milk teas I've ever drank. Their egg waffle was pretty decent though. You should probably consider this place for the egg waffles but skip it for the boba. read more

This was my first experience ordering Boba online, normally I preferred ordering in person, because of sugar and ice adjustment on my drinks. This is my go to boba place! Had a rare occurrence today where the lady made my tea wrong. I told her it was the wrong flavor and she argued with me for a few minutes about "how she made it correctly" rather than just re-making it. Not sure if she forgot that the customer is always right or what. Then the staff proceeded to discuss how they "made it correctly" right in front of me. Think she forgot I can hear. Craft Boba took over the space next door, where Green Bar was. I was a huge fan of GB, had barely tried Boba. They are keeping most menu items from both places. Prices are slightly lower. Ashley and Rou were very friendly and helpful, and interested in suggestions. You can be very creative with combinations and add-ons from both businesses. I like the new avocado with condensed milk smoothie, esp with added yogurt, mango, or coconut. The larger space for Boba is much needed, and there is new energy in the atmosphere. It took 40 minutes to get my drink. I should have walked out 30 minutes ago. The people that paid after me asked for a refund after 15 minutes of waiting. This place is inside a restaurant. Everyone who ordered food got all of their food way ahead of my drink. This is ridiculous. I will not come back. When you order you have to pay right away and it asks you for a tip. I should not have tipped. They should refund my tip. They didn't even apologize for the 40 minute wait. Keep driving. The drinks are plain. There's nothing special about these boba teas. The cashier was friendly. The service is just super slow. read more
