Visited their Greenville (Caruth Haven) location Saturday afternoon and had a refreshing Boba Smoothie with Mango (AMAZINGLY GOOD)- the flavor was poppin!! Super delicious!! Wide variety of good flavors and many smoothie/tea/treats/snack varieties and options-The juices and all of the ingredients tasted very fresh and the staff was really helpful (I've never tried Boba and they let me sample a few flavors to make sure I liked what I was about to order). An honest "Rey Eats" Review: $ Me and my girlfriend are avid milk tea drinkers. I always get a taro milk tea whenever we do get boba. The teas we received were not that bad, but it was not the best. However, that is not the reason why I am giving this place a two-star rating. The service was not the best. My girlfriend does not drink dairy products because of health reasons, but the workers gave us a hard time getting it (we eventually did get it). In addition, while giving our order the workers making the drinks and cashing us out were conversing constantly and further extending our time to order. I bought a large and my girlfriend purchased a small boba. Whenever we got our drinks, they messed up my order and I got a small instead of the large one I paid for. So when I asked the person who made my drink that it needed to be remade into a large she looked confused and said that the drink I had is what I ordered. I proceeded to show her my receipt and with confusion she said okay and remade it for me. As soon as I left, my party was upset with the service and the drinks. Overall, we would never come back here again and definitely recommend going to a different place than this one. Also, they sell squish mallows, so maybe check it out for those instead of the drinks. As for the ambiance, it is a little small area, and the music playing is not the same as the music video being displayed on the TV, so that kind of bothered me. read more

Just came here for the first time today to order my first boba in over a year. The music was pumping (great song by a band I love) and the menu is well placed and organized so you can refresh your ordering skills if it's been awhile. The problem is that the music was so loud the clerk couldn't hear us. That, and she had a terrible attitude from the moment we walked up. I ordered my drink, but she wasn't really listening, didn't look at me, didn't repeat the order, and did nothing to make us feel welcome or confirm the order. I stated as a followup, "I want the classic boba, in case you didn't hear me." It was a comedy of errors after that, because she COULD NOT HEAR me, and gave the attitude that she also could absolutely care less. I tried confirming twice, repeating myself, and she says, " The way you ordered it confused me. You ordered wrong." I realized she thought I was ordering the second drink, because again...she COULD NOT HEAR me, and she was NOT paying attention. I answered, "no, I didn't order it wrong. You weren't listening and the music is too loud." Then I turned to my wife and said "I'll wait in the car." Here's what this rude, unprofessional, surly, disaffected jerk doesn't know. I am neurologically disabled, and only am able to leave the house once per week. My recovery has been very slow, painful, and debilitating. This was the most fun I've had in months and I was really excited. I used to LIVE IN CHINA-I've traveled the world solo and I know how to order boba tea. I won't allow her to ruin my day, but you really never know the importance of a single interaction. She had a chance to make a disabled person's day. Instead she ensured we will NEVER go back. I have been to lots of boba places in the area, and I'd say Craft lies in the middle of the herd somewhere. I like trying the milk caps/milk foam wherever I go so I got the Jasmine float tea which was their version of this. My go to topping is grass jelly but they were out of this at the time so I tried out the crystal boba which was quite delicious as well, not too starchy the way that regular boba can get sometimes, but also a nice texture add to the drink. The drink itself was smooth, however a little thin I felt. My friend got the horchata which was a really nice, mild flavor which was enjoyable as well. I hadn't had pandan since I was in Singapore so I was so excited to hear they had a pandan bubble waffle here! We got one of those and it had a beautiful green color on the inside which was really fun, but the pandan flavor wasn't very strong. It ended up tasting like a regular bubble waffle, but I still appreciated the balance of crispiness on the outside and soft, fluffiness on the inside. We also really wanted to get the thai tea creme brulee which sounded SOO good, but unfortunately they were out of that as well that day. Wouldn't be my first choice for boba, but I'll certainly go again to try that creme brulee! read more
