The overall quality, taste, and presentation of the food were a complete disappointment. A restaurant serving meals at this price point should have basic quality control to ensure food is freshly prepared, served at the proper temperature, and that meats meet an acceptable standard before leaving the kitchen. The kitchen fell far beyond short. Management needs to address food quality and temperature standards if they expect guests to return.

Then again it was a great distance from our upstairs hotel room. Was staying here due to its proximity to the Amarillo airport. Flying around the country from Colorado and needed a spot to stay for the evening. Directly off the interstate but I don't think anyone would seek out this bar unless they were staying at the hotel it's in. Bar seating, some taller tables, several booths and the hotel restaurant adjacent. All the usual draft and bottled beer suspects. The same for top shelf and well liquor.
