First visit here, and definitely coming back!! This cute little coffee shop located on Campbell Blvd is a hidden gem in the heart of Pendleton. Hats off to the Interior design as it looks like Joanna Gaines herself was here, it's a comfortable place with a broad menu of unique breakfast items, salads, sandwiches and craft coffee... craft beer... and wine for whichever time of day you are visiting. This is hands down the best coffee show in western New York. I moved to Amherst from the west side of Buffalo and thought I knew the best of Buffalos coffee world until I found this gem. Craft Coffee House is one of our favorite places to go for weekend breakfast! The staff is always incredibly friendly, they offer suggestions, and even one time the owner brought out our meal and said it was new-asked for honest feedback. They're honest and hardworking- and the facility is the cutest. We need more places like this in our area-a place that puts the love into what they do. We've brought friends from out of town-they we're blown away. We've even brought a small quick board game once and played while we ate and drank the coffee. I've also popped in a few times while on lunch break at work. Super great that I can call in my order and swing in and pick it up!! While you can't please everyone, you've pleased us, and we will continue to spread the word about this little gem in Pendleton. My husband and I met some friends here for lunch. It is a trendy new coffee shop. I like the decor. We both had the veggie salad with a couple of modifications. It was excellent! Very fresh and tasty. The lettuce and veggies were crisp. Other people at the table got the hummus plate and waffles which all looked good. Their other menu items looked great too. They also have a nice coffee and tea selection. I had the Earl Grey, it was excellent loose leaf. I wish I had asked what brand it was. The service was good and I would definitely recommend it trying out for a meal, snack or just coffee or tea. read more

Small cozy place for best coffees and breakfast foods. There are a lot of coffee options and the barista helps you out with with lot of information if you are not sure what to pick. We hand the avacado toast and it was awesome. We loved their hummus spread so much so that we asked them if they could pack it in a small to-go box for us, and they did. read more

I'm so happy this place exists! This area has been in need of a nice little coffee shop. There's so much to choose from here. All of their coffee drinks only come in one size and they are absolutely delicious. There is also a wide selection of ever changing pastries or baked goods. In addition to the great products, the environment is also amazing. Every employee I've interacted with has been absolutely delightful. It's always so calm and serene when I walk in. Just checked out the Craft Coffee house today with my son, It was super cute and very clean and the food was amazing. We both tried something different and both very satisfied! I came in town and someone recommended this place. They have a very creative menu so I took a chance on the Craft Steak sandwich with horseradish mayo. It was by far, the best sandwich I've ever had. I was a little shy ordering it because most steak sandwiches you have to hold onto and try and bite thru the steak. This sandwich pretty much melted in your mouth! Delish! I cannot wait to go back! Very cute industrial/ mimimalistic style. Very impressed by the quality of the food! The beverage list is customizable and never ending! Fortunately we walked in and were able to grab the last available booth, a few minutes later and we would have had to take our meals to go. From what I could tell there were only 2 or 3 people working and they were busting their butts to keep up and hanlded the busy late sunday morning traffic really well. I go as often as I can as I live nearby. Typically it is on the weekends. Visited well over a dozen times and never once disappointed. Well except when there are too many choices.
