My mom and I get lunch once a month. When she came to pick me up I ran back inside to grab something and left my phone on her car seat open to yelp. I had been waiting to try this coffee house for a while now. I just was trying to plan a trip out to Lockport for the occasion. I finally made it here Friday morning. It's a cute little spot on the end of a cute little plaza. It's brand new and they did a great job of making it into a space you want to sit down and drink your coffee in. I was happy with the selection of beverages to choose from. They had drinks such as my personal favorite: the cortado on their menu. I find it a rarity that a coffee shop offers a cortado. Although that's traditionally my favorite drink I opted for a cold brew vanilla chai. It was very hot out, and this drink was extremely refreshing. It was infused with chai flavor in all the right ways. It was like fall and summer clashed together to bring you a drink you've never quite experienced before but will now forever long for. Although I was super impressed with the flavor of my cold brew, I am not giving them four stars based on their prices. For a drink the size of a Starbuck's tall, it was $5.00. That's a little absurd to me. Their muffins that they had on display were almost $4.00 each. I was going to order food here but after seeing their prices I decided to opt out. Overall though it's definitely a cute place to stop in if you're in the area! They have unique drinks that will draw me back in for sure as an occasional special treat. read more

My husband, daughter and I had reservations at Craft Coffee House for Mother's Day! Our table was ready upon arrival and had pretty pink fresh flowers on the table. Our server was friendly, prompt and very welcoming. There was a seamless flow of service and many people came and went. Our drinks were perfect. The Chai Latte was delicious and our Mango Mimosas were perfect with brunch. My husband had the biscuits and gravy which he said were the best he had ever had. The breakfast sandwich was hot, meaty and super fresh. My daughter loved her kids waffle and sprinkles were the perfect touch!! Craft House Coffee helped make my Mother's Day memorable and I hope this is our new tradition! I was even gifted a super thoughtful homemade Mother's Day gift (all the moms got one). This is our new coffee spot, hands down the best around. The decor is fantastic, an awesome blend of rustic and modern to create a cozy, clean space. The food is top-notch. Ordered a ham and turkey sandwich and you don't get flimsy deli meat, they top their delicious bread with thick cuts of real meat. Coffee is delicious and the tea is satisfying, not bitter but not overly sweet. You'll love the glasses it comes in! The best part of this place is the people. The woman who I presume to be the owner is so sweet, she truly cares about this place and it makes me love it even more. So disappointed! You place your order from your table on their app. I don't have a problem with that but I was angry that a 20% tip was automatically added when placing my order! Worst service ever! A server brought my husband his coffee and walked away without asking if he wanted cream or sugar. We called her back and requested cream. She came back with two CoffeeMate cups (who serves CoffeeMate in a place whose reputation is staked on coffee??). We called her back again to request a spoon. She replied that we would get silverware when we received our food. My husband stated that he would like to stir his coffee so she returned with a wooden stirrer. Our food was delivered to the table by a server from the kitchen. Again, we had to snag a passing server to request salt and pepper. For the next 1/2 hour we sat at our table and ate with no other interaction from staff. It's obvious that there is no incentive to provide any service when you are already guaranteed a 20% tip! I gave it two stars because the coffee was very good and the food was okay. We will never go back there again! read more

I went to Craft because of a friends rave reviews. Wow! The coffee and food are fantastic. We tried the peanut butter cup latte, a cinnamon roll, an apple pop tart and an apple crumb cake. All were delicious and really well made. My husband said the crumb cake was the best pastry he has ever had! The staff is super friendly and the cafe is clean.
