We were looking to eat somewhere different, well this was it. After searching the online reviews we decided to find this place and see if it is as good as the reviews. I have to say, it was excellent, from the time you are greeted at the door until you leave you are truely treated as a paying customer. Well managed, well trained staff. Ok, now the food is recognizable, yet uniquely prepared and sometimes paired with flavors you may not think work, but the flavors and varieties absolutely complement each other, from the Buffalo Cauliflower, Avacado Hummus, Flat Bread Pizza, and the Yippie Hippie Chicken Salad everyting was fantastic, can't wait to try other things on this menu. The drink selections here are carefully prepared and inventive. Always consistent in their food and wonderful craft beers. Staff and management are awesome. Love the burgers salmon sliders, Brussels sprouts , deserts - you name it they make it great. Definitely a great new HOT Spot for the area. We have had four different visits since their opening and this is my first review of any restaurant that I've actually taken the time to express...Great unique food, drinks and friendly service. The concept and deco are really neat. The staff & owners were attentive and courteous and we felt welcomed each visit. We have tried several menu items, not to mention several different beers and drinks. You have to try the "Old Fashion Bourbon" drink from the bar service---delicious and smoky. Oh, and the "Pineapple Mule" is also worth a taste (or two), especially since the portion of it's proceeds helps a worthy cause__Gotta love that :) Be sure to order the "Belly Up Burger" at least once. Any of the flat breads are a great choice, especially for sharing, but my favorite toss up is between the steak dinner and the chicken dinner dishes...both are really flavorful. I've tried several other dishes and appetizers, including tasting our friends dishes as well and have to say, I am pleased with the menu. I can't wait until my next visit...anticipating what I'll try next. This time I'll be sure to try the "State Fair Puffs" that I've heard endless chatter about from all my friends and family. read more

We were really looking forward to this place after reading their menu, but in the future we will happily take Bonefish or Longhorn over a surly staff and management every day of the week! The food was good. Nothing spectacular. Except for the friendly bus guy, the others were rude and snotty! The place was busy, but not overly crowded so we weren't sure what their problem was, but one time was enough for us to know we don't need to PAY to be treated poorly. So many great menu items here! Sticky wings, Southwest flatbread, and Crafty Pasta are a few of my favorites. But the biggest reason to dine here is the banana rum bread pudding!!! I'm not a fan of traditional bread pudding because it usually tends to be too slimy and soggy for me, but this dessert at Craft Street is to die for! Excellent. The atmosphere was great although rather loud. Wednesday night flat bread special was great and delicious. The service is great and the blackened chicken sandwich was spectacular. It was crowded because of the specials going on but it did not diminish the quality of service. They have food specials on Monday and Wednesday's with drink specials other nights. Love this place! Four times and consistently great food but the best thing is their craft Cocktails! While sitting at the bar waiting for a table I asked our bartender what she was making that included bacon and a whiskey. She offered to make me one, stating if I didn't like it she would switch it out for my usual vodka. Now understand I am a tried and true Vodka cocktail lady. Well....not anymore! Tonight was our first time here and certainly will not be our last!! The food was unbelievable.. The burgers taste so different from any other burger you will find any where else due to the fact they truly do use beef that is more on the organic spectrum if you will. . it is delicious!! My husband and I LOVED this place! I wish I remembered our servers name, she had long blonde curly/wavy hair and was great! She gave great recommendations on drinks and food and was very attentive! Where to start in detailing what an amazing choice we made by dining at Craft Street tonight... From the minute we arrived here, it was apparent that our patronage mattered as this was reflected in the service we received. While the superior service was important to us, the quality of the food was truly beyond expectation. Having taken the advice of our server, Cody, we ordered an entree off the "Daily Special" offerings. As he promised, the cobia was fresh, flavorful and plentiful. Cody followed up his already impressive attention to detail by recommending another beer choice for my husband that was an absolute home run. As if all of this wasn't enough, a manager, Irene, visited our table, to ensure our satisfaction. Such attention to detail is very much appreciated. We know we have options where to spend our time and money. Irene "sealed the deal" in reminding us that we made a wonderful choice. And while we are out-of-towners, we are frequently here visiting our parents. Craft Street is definitely a "must" and we will be back! read more

Really good addition to restaurant challenged Port Richey.the atmosphere is laid-back gastropub. Great selection of beers and a varied menu. The pulled pork sandwich was tender and flavorful and were accompanied with great onion rings and buffalo cauliflower. The"not your moms" meatloaf was moist and teamed with mashed potatoes and really good baby carrots. The servers were attentive but not pushy and the manager checks in with every table. The food is great, service always helpful, and atmosphere spot on. However, there is a major parking problem in the plaza where this restaurant sits. If you cannot fight your way into a spot in the actual parking area, by driving around and around, or securing a spot way around on the other side in Publix and hoofing it half a mile (make sure you have dropped granny off at the door first), you may opt for a spot in one of the bank parking lots on the other side of the lot for these businesses. You would be wrong to do that, they are now towing people out of those lots. They never used to, but apparently the bank has made a deal with A-1 Recovery and BAM! $165 later, and a drive to the bowels of Port Richey, after alot of confusion on their part on the phone finding your car, you can have your car back. Until the businesses in this plaza figure out a solution to their horrendous parking problem, I will no longer patronize these establishments. They do not have a LOCK on good food in the area, and there are plenty of places around where you do not have to fight for a parking spot just to try to have an enjoyable meal. Someone screwed up royally with the planning of this whole plaza. HMMM...could it have been our illustrious zoning/planning people at the Government Center? I give props to this place. A new resturant right next to a large local buisness, Zim Zari's, they took some big risks taking over the beef o' brady's from that lot a couple years back. But I can't be happier they did. Don't get me wrong, I like Zim Zari's just as much as Craft Street, but you have to switch up the menu every once in a while or everything will get dull. Anyways, back to Craft Street, this place had some reviews that poisoned it...example.... "I had a rude waiter" "The breakfast was terrible" blah blah blah I got none of these. The waiters were fantastic, I went there for the breakfast once and while it wasn't the taste you can get from a cracker barrel resturant, it was better than I expected. But more than that, going there at night is when you get the real experience, they have an outdoor covered tent incase you want to sit outside, but you are guaranteed to not get a drop of water on you in the rain. Then you walk inside. The place can't be described any better than one of the most epic resturants to step into. The place has an entire bar on the right. And to the left dining booths and tables. Something that really. Caught my view during the visit was the lighting fixtures, and I think you would notice it to. I'm not going to spoil anything more about the ambiance, but I must talk about the food. First time I went I purchased a nice burger to test out the resturant. Worst mistake of my life, I tasted that burger and realized I had spent an entire trip on this burger and if a simple burger tasted this good, I can't even imagine what the rest of the menu tasted like. The food is practically perfected, and I will scour the reviews for a person who as a true reason to why they don't like it. Five stars. I'm from out of town so I went here last night because they are rated number 1 in the area. I Was not disappointed! Service, food and drink selection was on point. Our server, Shawna, recommended the southwest flatbread and fried green tomatoes and they were delicious! They have a really cool drink that actually had pop rocks in it too! Definitely will be back again. The manager anthony even came over to our table since it was our first time there to check on everything. Tried Craft Street Kitchen today and holy cow! It has been a long time since I was so impressed with a restaurant. The food was outstanding and the menu was inspired! Lots of different things to choose, not your standard fare. Our drinks were awesome and we barely talked while eating. Unless you call moaning how great the food was conversation. Found this place by chance and what a gem it is. I ordered the shrimp & cheese grits with andoullie sausage and it was outstanding. The atmosphere is high energy with a diverse aged crowd. Wanted to find a new place in Pasco; Craft Street Kitchen wasn't too far and had good reviews on Yelp. We were 2 couples, but it's definitely a family friendly restaurant with a casual vibe. Although located in a strip mall, the large covered outdoor seating area by the front entrance made it seem like a stand alone building. The menu had many unusual combinations & items for a chain restaurant. We had appetizers of buffalo cauliflower, very good idea for cauliflower! and sweet potato tots with braised short ribs, really good. The bronco burger special had a cornbread pancake & a slice of rib-eye on the burger..it was big and filling but I could've done without the pancake. All in all, really fun place with good food & good prices and our server Mary was very attentive and knowledgeable. We had a great time and will definitely go back. read more

My wife and I ate lunch at Craft Street today and I do not think we will be returning. My burger was fine, but my wife's lobster and egg Benedict meal was not so hot (some of the lobster tasted fishy). While we insisted it was fine, the waitress must have felt that she should should tell the manager. The manager came out and was quite defensive and confrontational and basically brow beat my wife into saying it must have been her not the food. This man should not be in a service industry if he takes that attitude with customers. My wife is not comfortable returning to this establishment, and I will not be recommending it to anyone else. read more
