Such great burgers! We went on a Saturday for lunch and I've got to say this place is doing great in the time of social distancing. The menus were disposable so only my hands touched them, there was hand sanitizer EVERYWHERE even on the tables. We opted to sit inside but were at a fair distance from the closest other table. I had the Three Kings Burger and it was delicious. The burger was perfectly cooked and the seasoning, cheese, garlic aioli and the sweet bun made one of the best burger bites I've ever had! I highly recommend it! My boyfriend had the craft burger and put all the fixings on! It was well cooked and he seemed to like it! The manager, who also happened to be at the podium when we arrived, was abrupt. I expect a warm greeting and something of a smile when I enter any establishment. I was considering leaving, but I'm glad I stayed. The food is good and the ingredients are fresh. Our server was wonderful, very helpful, and paid attention to every detail. We had the French Flyer, Bird is the Word, Truffle fries, Elote Mac n Cheese, and Short Rib tots. The last one was returned due to being too sweet. We used to love this restaurant. We have moved further away from Trinity so we haven't been back in about three years. Our server Katherine (I think that was her name) was fine. The food was awful. We both had the French Onion Soup and the grilled cheese sandwich. The soup was watery and lacked flavor. The onion soup that we buy frozen at Costcos is far superior in texture and taste. The grilled cheese was so spicy that we both could not eat it. I would say that we will never go back for another meal. Really disappointed. read more

Sunday funday brunch is my favorite day to visit. The French toast is heavenly. The hot honey chicken is delicious. Pretty much can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Even better when you get several meals and concoct your own meal. The bottomless drinks I mean come onnnnn seriously it doesn't get better then being able to switch from Mimosas's, Bellini's, Sangria's & Bloody Mary's. I consistently have great meals and service here. The wait staff and bartenders are amazing. The monthly specials are always very good in addition to a very solid menu. Good, you'll like this place! Great craft beers on tap and really good prices (I'm a beer snob so I mean this). Local beers and craft drafts from around the country. If beer is not your thing, they have great craft cocktails along with specials on the menu board. ATMOSPHERE: Super cute, dimly lit open space in (yes) a strip mall. Outdoor seating with heaters in the winter as well. Plenty of table space and a large bar with open seating. Bathrooms are clean and easy to find. I'm behind at reviewing this restaurant and the wonderful people there but came across the receipt and had to do it now. My daughter just moved to the area and her grandma and I went to visit her and came to Craft Street Kitchen for lunch. It was fantastic. The atmosphere, the food was excellent and Gabi, our server, was top notch! We came in as patrons and left as friends. The manager was lovely, checked on us and made sure we were happy. The team there works together perfectly for the satisfaction and happiness of their customers. I will make the drive to this location so I can have another great experience (and see my daughter of course!) Love this place and highly recommend! read more

Excellent service from the second we got there. Host & server were both friendly, happy and efficient. It was pretty loud inside, so it was nice to have an outdoor seating option. Loved the craft pineapple mint iced tea. I was able to get it without syrup/sugar & it was wonderful. My mom's meatloaf entree was delicious - didn't need anything added... no ketchup, salt, etc. Perfect as it came. My 3 Kings burger (-bun -funions +avo +egg +blue cheese) had incredible flavor... I was definitely not disappointed! I chose no sides to avoid carbs. I would say $20 was a bit steep for a burger, but it was delicious & it was my choice to not get anything with it. My daughter was thoroughly pleased with her kids pasta. Do not be fooled by it being on the kids menu as far as size goes! It was huge!!! I would suggest to our server that if someone is contemplating ordering another because they think it will be a small portion, advise them to only get one. Our server did not advise this and we left with the second huge portion in a box for another time. Lesson learned. The food was tasty and the ambiance was ok , at first it looked to be warming and cozy but then became very crowed. Tables too close together and in some case just one long table . Craftstreet has some really amazing food. My bfs go to is the southwest flatbread. I had the farro bowl a couple months ago and absolutely loved it but they changed the recipe this time and it just wasn't as good. The manager was quick to remedy my dissatisfaction and even confirmed that they did change the recipie last month and I was crazy lol. Overall presentation of food here is always on point and the service is great. My main gripe is the cost. The portions don't add up on some items as far as cost? $6 for a side of fries? $14 for a small app? I know times are tough but damn. read more

She took great care of us and got us seated rather quickly, considering the crowd. Once seated our server was Katie. She was super sweet and gave ya some excellent recommendations. She also recommended the Christmas cocktail, which I ordered and loved! To start we had the French onion soup onion rings. Yummy!!! I ordered the steak Mac n cheese which was delish and my mom had the meatloaf. My son had the Cobb salad. All entrees were amazing. We declined the coupon as the review wasn't about getting anything free. We have gone back several times and food and service have been outstanding again! Used to be my favorite go to. We used to frequent weekly, ordering Aps, main and take out for next day. (Our average bill is $150-$200 w/ food and drink) We have taken very good care of servers! The last several visits have been very mediocre with service and a recent visit had just downright neglectful service. Feeling everyone is struggling with staffing during COVID- we keep going back. Today we added ourselves to waitlist asking for a booth and were quoted 30 min. We arrived in 20 to find all booths had JUST been seated with walk ins. Not sure the purpose of the request if it's not even looked at. Food has always been amazing, but service has drastically fallen and has caused us to give up on this place. read more

Then my husband got a special - ribeye grilled cheese on sourdough and the Au jus was French onion soup on the side. Delicious! I got meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes and glazed carrots.
