Very charming rustic restaurant. Very friendly service. Comfortable seating. The food is really good, flat breads are large and tasty, the shrimp appetizer is one of the best I've ever had. We just had dinner here, and had a great experience. Our kids have allergies, and the server and manager were the most accommodating and assuring we have ever experienced. The food was fantastic, especially that crafty chicken pasta and dessert of the day... my only concerned with giving this review, is that it will be more busy, but that is well worth it. Great food good drink prices. The place is always clean the staff is very friendly and always willing to help even if they are not your server. The server we had was very good and had a can do attitude. The server two tables down saw my soda was half full and grabbed me a fresh one as my server was delivering our food. I don't usually write, but super friendly staff, waiter Chris was top notch, place was clean with a contemporary-rustic atmosphere. I'll finish the review after the food. Food was great, I had the ribeye, my wife had the yellowfin over salad. Other things to note 1) bathrooms were clean 2) an owner (not just a manager) was onsite 3)my wife's lemon martini was best I ever tasted. I went with the usual blue moon on tap (and they gave me a fresh good size wedge of orange) All in all - 5 stars My only knock was the garlic mashed came out not as hot as I had hoped, but they took care of it immediately. A quick review would be the following. Food Very Good service. Exceptional Dining area. Chairs were very small and uncomfortable, noise level was ridiculous Prices. Very fair The parking is horrible because of so many restaurants in the same corner of this shopping area but that isn't their fault, just go early or late to get a good spot both parking and seating. The food here was good. It was a little pricey for me but not ridiculous. Found myself here because Zim Zari's was too crowded and I didn't want to wait. There is a reason craft street kitchen is always busy. From staff to beverage selection, to seasonal food and staple menu selection. I have not had a bad experience yet. The first time visiting I had a pink peppercorn drink which was on the seasonal menu. It was very good and refreshing. I also had a drink with pop rocks, how fun is that? For food I had their southern Philly. The meats and bread were very good, but I was missing sauce or something messy from it (I'm a northern girl and have had some good phillies). I have had the seasonal salad the last few times I've gone, which are always very fresh and have a good amount of extras... who just wants lettuce? I've only made it to dessert once, but it was a peanut butter banana ice cream cake piece of perfection. We ordered the bourbon chicken and it was the best chicken and waffles I have had. The meat loaf was thankfully not my mother's meatloaf. We eat here at least twice a week, and would more if we weren't watching our waistlines. The food is excellent, service is always top notch, and the atmosphere is consistently comfortable and clean. Recommend the buffalo cauliflower app, pork stuffed eggplant (when avail), meatloaf dinner, salmon quinoa salad, and all of the flatbreads. The wonderful fragrance of freshly burned wood (from actual Old Fashion cocktail) is constantly wafting through the restaurant air, giving the sense you are in a comfy cabin eating a delicious home cooked dinner. I ordered the steak and Mac n cheese meal. Asked upon ordering what kind of onions are in the dish and I was told they are white. I'm allergic to red onions so after being assured the onions are white I ordered the meal. I received my meal and found red onions, I brought it to my waiters attention and I was assured no that couldn't be because the chef doesn't have them in their work station! While I sit looking at red onion plainly on my plate I'm approached by management same story none on the work area. I point out the onions that are plainly red and was made aware that the manager is a dietitian and she has never heard of a red onion allergy. Seriously, no people skills and seriously blind to fact that red onion is clearly laying on my plate. The offer is made to make another but clearly not accepting the fact or acknowledging that the red onions are on my plate. I have eaten here before and had all good things to say however their managers response tonight will keep me from returning. Since when does a manager question your allergy and secondly why ask about ingredient prior and then deny when it's plainly laying there? I guess we should be happy they came to work? We just happened upon Craft Street Kitchen while on the way to Port Richey. My boyfriends band was playing in a little dive bar and we knew the choices for food would be limited once we got there. This was right on the way and looked promising so we decided to stop in. Boy am I glad we did! It's a small little place with a nice patio. I've been on a grain bowl kick lately so went with the Farro Bowl. It's vegetarian as is on the menu but I was able to add grilled chicken. Mushroom farro, crispy bbq chick peas, roasted cauliflower, heirloom grape tomatoes and avocado. Add the grilled chicken and wow, wow, wow! My boyfriend ordered the Mac and Cheese - Beef Tips, Cigar City Madura Brown Ale , Blue Cheese, Wild Mushrooms, Onions, with Parmesan Crust. I was also intrigued by this when viewing the menu but am not a blue cheese fan so passed but the flavors were so perfectly balanced and mellow I was immediately a fan after one bite. Wish I had something better to say. Tried to do our part to support them during this crisis. Placed a 62.00 to-go order 45 min in advance. Added a 25.00 tip. Arrived at 7 to pick-up. Finally ready at 7:25!! After all that time they forgot to include 1 main dish. They also made the wrong to-go drink!! I called when I got home and was told "Oh yea" my flat bread was there so I should drive back to get it. My guy had a bit of a "too bad for you" attitude. Sorry guys. Stumbled upon this place and I'm so happy we did. I started with a funky buddah Floridian. Craft beer is always a plus. My family and I dined in last week and had a wonderful experience! As owning a restaurant myself I know it is hard to find a great staff...Rochelle was our server and she couldn't have been more delightful. We had just sat down as Rochelle quickly came over to introduce herself as well as making sure we knew the happy hour and specials. We ordered the Korean Meatball and Brussels Sprout flat bread special along with buffalo cauliflower and the meatball sliders as we were all sharing. Everything came out with-in 20 minutes and the food was cooked perfectly. Not only did our server hand the drinks to the women at our table first( which I believe all women should be served first), she also cleared off all plates and glasses that were not being used. First time here and well worth a drive to Trinity. Blackened fish sandwich was fantastic. Buffalo cauliflower app is a must as well as french onion onion rings. Finally checked out this place close to home after passing by it many times. Weeknights usually have specials here and on the Wednesday that I visited, it was $6.95 Flatbread night. I tried the Korean BBQ Flatbread which had pieces of chicken, Asian slaw, and a Korean BBQ type sauce. It was very good and the portion was very generous. This is my favorite restaurant in the trinity area. The food is amazing! I've had a few different sandwiches and loved every single one I had! Their truffle fries and buffalo cauliflower are my favorite appetizers! SO good! They really know how to make their drinks. My favorites are the smoked old fashioned and blueberry storm! Came here while visiting from out of town with my daughter and granddaughter. Service was fantastic. Manager was available and visible during our stay. Food was good, really good but not fantastic. Would go here again and perhaps try something else. My granddaughter did like the chicken fingers and ate more than she usually does and had dessert. The menu choices are good and specials seem to change frequently. If you are a beer drinker this is a great place to be. read more

Chicken coating salty and greasy, strangely sweet waffle, very soggy , covered with collard greens. Salsa verde didn't seem to go well with this entree. Waitress courteous, liked the decor .
