Thanksgiving turkey dinner
Nikki J.

Highly recommend Craft Tampa! We went for the Thanksgiving Day cruise, and as you can imagine, it was crowded, but the staff did a great job spacing out the courses and making sure we had full drinks. The food was quite good! The price of the cruise includes the meal, with alcohol and appetizers for an extra cost. Vibes were immaculate! Music was a good volume and views of the city from the river were amazing. Service was wonderful, and parking in the Garrison lot was easy.

Have you seen that super wide, white, flat river boat?? That's THIS! Ever wonder what they do on it? I'm here to tell you it's a really nice way to spend a brunch...a little fancy-like. The service was super nice! Very attentive! Accommodating! Great food! You can walk around onto the bow, watch the downtown Tampa sights pass by and enjoy some sunshine in between courses. Or just stay inside in the cool shade... Or out back where the outside bar is. Nicely decorated, elevated experience on the river...the food and service are definitely worth the extra! I'll be back.

Enjoyed this infinitely more than my previous dinner cruises aboard The StarShip The ship itself is small, but this allows for a much more intimate setting than The StarShip which always is packed full of people doing corporate outings, Frat/Sorority meetups, etc. The crowd on board seemed to be mostly couples on dates or families celebrating. The energy was great! The ambiance here is also great. I remember having to pay extra for a tablecloth on StarShip but here all the tables had beautiful marble designs and a nice little lamp. The food was amazing, we had the Salmon Deviled Eggs as an appetizer, my date had the Chef's recommended Hanger Steak and I had the Chef's recommended catch of the day which was Red Snapper. For dessert we did the cheesecake. Everything was great, whereas again on the StarShip I found the food to be very mediocre and bland. Service the entire night was super friendly and attentive. For drinks we did a few rounds of the sangria and the Kennedy Cruiser - these were great and definitely gave us a nice buzz as we sat out on the deck of the boat and took in Tampa's most beautiful waterfront sights.

This was a fun brunch and the crew were all very welcoming and celebratory for my birthday. The avocado toast was more of a crostini and the additional appetizers and drinks made this a little more pricey than we expected, but still worth the trip. It was a nice time with my family cruising around Tampa Bay. Thanks Craft Cruise!

You couldn't have a more enjoyable experience then on this cruise. The staff is top notch from beginning to end and the food and cocktails all rival a 5 star restaurant. The leisurely pace of the cruise is relaxing and gives you and excellent view of Tampa from the water.

Booked a cruise for my husband's birthday. Submitted the information form on the website for a large party and quickly received an email with details about booking a party including pricing and available cruises. Set up a call to review the details and ask questions. They then sent over a clear contract detailing the cost and services included. The service once onboard was excellent. The cruise is 2 hrs and includes a 3 course meal. The food was excellent. Our group had an amazing time!

This was a great dining experience especially if you choose the outdoor seating. The food and drinks were excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Everyone was very friendly and excited. We went on the 4th of July and enjoyed the boat parade and then saw fireworks . The tickets don't include appetizers and drinks which were on the pricy $$$$ side and the tip was added to the bill. An additional tip for the appetizers and drinks was implied but not required. Overall, we've taken the Starship and comparing it with this, we felt The Craft was a nicer experience, but for more $$$. We will definitely be back. The customer service, food and the more intimate dining was well worth it!

Super impressed with this Tampa dining cruise. The size of the ship and dining room is just right, the decor and ambience classy cozy, the staff extremely hospitable, and most importantly, the food was actually great. What makes this experience especially unique is that it's low enough to go under the bridges, so you get the best views of downtown Tampa. Treat yourself and your guests to a wonderful time and book this cruise!

I loveeeee the craft! Took my mom here for a special birthday dinner and it did not miss! The food, the views, the drinks, and the service are top notch. I love that the menu changes seasonally. It was the perfect way to celebrate someone so special to me.

This was hands down one of the best experiences of this kind I've ever try in the Tampa Bay Area, everything about this experience was top notch, my husband and I have the tradition of going on a date night the day before our birthdays, and this was my surprise to him, all the reviews I read about this were totally right! We ordered a couple drinks, they were so good, then moving on to the appetizers, we ordered the best octopus we've ever had, every time we go to a place that makes octopus we order it, and this one was just perfection. I'm coming back to get that for sure, our entrees were also so good, my rigatoni al dente was so good. After our dinner we ordered a couple more cocktails and went to the front of the boat, the vibe, the scenic views, the food, the drinks, the service, everything was higher than our expectations for sure. Best pre birthday date ever.

COFFEE CRUSTED FILET MIGNON GF Cauliflower Puree, Tarragon Aioli, Asparagus, Wild Mushroom, Citrus Bordelaise

Even though it was only about 50° outside, we stayed perfectly warm thanks to the covered seating and closed windows, while still enjoying beautiful views of the riverfront on this dinner cruise. Our server was an absolute delight and added to the experience. The three-course menu was upscale, and everything was beautifully prepared. We both started with the grilled romaine salad, which was a flavorful and unexpected twist on a classic. For our entrées, we ordered the 24-hour brined bone-in pork chop and the coffee-crusted filet mignon. Both were cooked to perfection and thoughtfully plated. (Per the menu: The pork chop was paired with pommes purée, Dijon Gruyère mornay, kale, wild mushrooms, and pickled mustard seed. The filet was equally impressive, served with cauliflower purée, tarragon aioli, asparagus, wild mushrooms, and a citrus bordelaise.) Dessert was fine (bread pudding and pomegranate-glazed cheesecake). Drink prices were very reasonable, including $31 for an entire bottle of Chardonnay. Photos attached.

I've seen this dinner cruise go by the river walk so many times and we finally got to try it last Saturday night. We sat outside and thankfully the boat wasn't very full, but I think it was due to the weather being on the chillier side, but it was nice that it was a little bit more secluded. The boat is really nice and you get such great views of Tampa Bay. It's about a two hour boat ride and it's a great night for a group of friends are a romantic date. The service was really good and the food was good as well although I would say that this is a pretty expensive activity. It definitely seems like more of a do it once and then not again. Although we did say that we wanted to do the brunch service one day. One thing to definitely mention is that the desserts are amazing. We even got three and the crabcake appetizer that was an add-on was also super good!

Craft Tampa made our River Cruise Brunch such a memorable and fun experience. From start to finish, everything felt well organized, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. The brunch spread was delicious, fresh, flavorful, and offering a great mix of options without feeling overwhelming. You could tell the ingredients were high quality, and every dish was prepared with care. The drink selection was equally impressive, with brunch cocktails, mimosas, and a variety of options that fit the easygoing, waterfront vibe perfectly. Sipping a drink while cruising along the river felt like the ideal way to spend a Sunday. The staff was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone had a great time. The atmosphere onboard was relaxed and fun, with beautiful views that made the whole experience feel special.

The food and drinks were my LEAST favorite thing about the place, but I would surprisingly go back on a date or a cute night out with some my boo to enjoy the intimate vibes. This place is EXPENSIVE! $28 for a French 75 -- so correction, the price was my least favorite thing about this place. So along as you have a good budget, you should be good.

Although the music was a little on the loud side. We both had the California roll since it was the only cooked option and that's all we'll eat in terms of sushi. It was delicious! We also had the same drink, but unfortunately, I cannot remember what it's called. It had tequila and grapefruit juice in it and was pretty strong. It wasn't my favorite drink, but it was still cool craft cocktail. I would definitely like to return another time for a girls night, but it's noted that reservations do need to be booked out in advance because it does seem to fill up pretty quickly. Lastly, the service was excellent and very attentive.

Instead of owning their behavior, they chose to make something up and remove me. I've never experienced such unprofessional, disrespectful treatment at a bar. We also ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza to share. I've never had a "Columbus-style" pizza before. If you're wondering, the crust is somewhat thinner than most pizzas, but not a thin-crust pizza. The toppings are spread all throughout the pizza to the edge, and then cut it in squares (Tavern style). It was very tasty, with a slightly sweet note. My hubby and I ordered the Cobb Salad (without bacon) which was delicious. I really liked the onions on it. It was very fresh and they served a generous portion. Hubby ate the whole thing, but I had the rest of mine for dinner. So good! Two of our friends ordered the Truffle Mushroom Smash Burger and they loved them. I tried my buddy's tater tots, which he ordered with his French Dip. They were nice and crispy, but could have used some kind of flavoring, like Parmesan or truffle. Doesn't mean I didn't eat them all! LOL. The restaurant looks small when you enter, but in addition to the front dining area and bar, it has two additional dining areas, as you walk towards the back, and another bar. If you find yourself in the Channelside area, you should definitely try out Small Giant.
