I had a good experience with my baked salmon dish and it was very tasty like a fast food place

I was really disappointed with the Red, White & Blue ribs. The flavors were terrible like they'd been sitting out for a while before being served. I expected them to be tender and smoky, but they were hard to eat and not worth the price. Unfortunately, this meal didn't meet my expectations, and I wouldn't order the ribs again. My uncles burger looked like it was from a AM PM do not recommend. My aunts marinara meatball tasted like it was frozen from Walmart. read more

Debbie's the only and best bartender here!!! She's is such a nice pleasant lady. I really enjoyed my interactions with her. She is totally down to earth. I got the side salad and the cheese pizza. Not bad at all really. The total for both were only $20.00. They have a huge beer and ciders selection as well. The food here is pretty decent. They have a killer big bar where I sat. We stayed at hotel for our anniversary 9/7. Went to Crafthouse for dinner. Our pizza had multiple long hairs baked into it. We stopped counting at 3 slices had hair sticking out of it. So gross! Called the server, Marialee over. Started to describe the issue & she interrupted to say she could see it. She was standing from a good distance away. She took it away & said the pizza will removed from the bill. Asked if want anything else? Made by the same person who has lots of loose hair? No thank you! We've lost our appetite at this point. We felt the whole bill or at least the other food item should have been credited. read more

While visiting the casino for the weekend we tried the craft house for a couple of meals. Lunch: We tried the chicken strips with garlic fries and a chicken pizza. All of the above was really great! The garlic fries are a must try. They're delicious. Great lunch for a reasonable price. Dinner: We all ordered the steak special. A broiled sirloin with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. We also ordered the jalapeño corn clam chowder. By far the chowder was the hit of the meal. It's so good! The steaks were cooked nicely but didn't have much flavor. The mashed potatoes were also very good. The veggies were simple, plain, veggies. Overall, we were all happy with our meals. It's super convenient for meals if you're staying at the lodge or spending the day in the casino. We miss the buffet but understand why it's closed. read more

Staying at the hotel across the street, we noticed there aren't many choices of eateries to choose from. Crafthouse closes at midnight Sun-Thursday and till 1:30am the rest of the days. For a Tuesday night, it was steady. The waitress, so sad I forgot her name, she was a sweetheart! Made conversation with us and checked on us multiple times throughout dinner. We both got the daily sirloin steak special which was $20+ tax, ofcourse. It was delicious! The crust on the steak was so flavorful from the grill, cooked to perfect medium and the sides were solid. They also have a full bar to get your tipsy fix before heading back to the slots. Overall, would definitely come back again! read more

For the area this is your best bet! It is a bit limiting as a vegetarian, vegan, or even pescatarians. But it is a small town so not much you can do about that I guess. I like their pizza the most of the options I had to choose from. Fries and sauce are descent too lol. read more

Very moist flakey fish on the inside. If you're a fan of delicious flavor, you've got to try this menu item. Fries or tots on the side. Your choice. Go twice and mix it up. I can't decide which I like more. Maybe the tots by a tight margin. Comes with tartar sauce, but trade that for ranch dressing. They have one of the best. Also comes with a small side of coleslaw. To be completely honest, I wish it were more fresh. I usually take a bite and pass. If they fix the coleslaw, the dish would be perfect. Service is always good. TV's everywhere on sports channels. Good sports vibe. I've been happy with the grilled chicken burger and other burgers on the menu. Try the Talking Cedar amber ale. We come here occasionally to eat before we go gambling. The service was really good and the waitress was pleasant. We decided to split the clubhouse (we don't eat a lot) and just asked for an extra plate but they were nice and separated our meal onto two plates. I did notice that the prices did increase and was a little upset that they charge $1.25 for a small side of ranch. Great place! I rarely bother to leave reviews, but my waitress Caitlin was so good that I had to do something. She might be the best ever? Honestly kind of amazed as I usually don't notice service one way or the other. Also, I like that management has responded to the feedback on the other reviews and I think things must have improved. For example, I don't like cigarette smoke, and whatever the filtration process is, it has improved to the point that I didn't sense it at all. And the food is good, just what I would hope for at a place like this. This is my favorite place to stop on one of my normal routes so I appreciate the continued improvement! The only suggestion I would make is to reduce the time to seating, it might have just been busy but the poor hostess at the front had her hands full with to-go orders and seating. read more

Went for dinner at 7:15 on a Sunday after the Seahawks won a game. The place had emptied out. Had a sweet upbeat server, Jody. We started with onion rings and a couple beverages. My Long Island Tea was ok, couldn't really taste the booze especially for $8.50, hubby's coffee was mediocre on first cup, better on refill, no charge anyway we found out later. The onion rings came out fast and looked delicious, beer batter. Good portion which justified the $8 cost. Yes, a must get if your a fan. Was hesitant on the jalapeño ranch they come with but gotta say it was really tasty, not spicy. We also ordered a side of beer cheese just in case, it too really good. Next we ordered the larger size pizza since it's the house specialty. The got the CBA, but exchanged the bacon for mushrooms and had pepperoncini on the side. We forgot to ask for an extra crispy crust... darn. It did come crispy perfect on the edges but the center was completely soft/limp. But it really had good flavor with the choice of sauce and toppings. We dipped our crisp edges in both the onion ring sauces, yum. Overall the food was really good. And the service pleasant/efficient. The booth I might add could have been cleaner, the divider wall had splatters on it. Appreciated the condiments on the table and the high quantity napkins. Was a little disappointing after seeing TV commercials advertising 1/2 off dining only to find out you earn a mere 1 point per 1000 points you earn gambling!! We dumped $500 in the machines all in that one day and only earned less than 2000 points, meaning a lousy $1.50-1.90 credit available. Really misleading advertising. During our stay at the Lucky Eagle, we stopped in at this restaurant twice. Once for lunch and the second for dinner. The first time, we dined in. We were excited to try the place, because the restaurant itself looked nice and the menu looked good. It took no time to be seated, however, once we were seated it took a very long time for any of the staff to even acknowledge us. It was not a busy time at all. We had onion rings, chicken strips and fries. Everything was extremely greasy and the fries were very salty. Honestly, the only reason we came back later was because there was really nowhere else to go in the area and the other restaurant in the casino was extremely expensive. So we thought going with pizza would be the next best option, the pizza looked good when we left the restaurant, however, by the time we walked back over to our room at the hotel, we realized it was extremely greasy and had pooled in the middle of the pizza. Overall, both experiences were not great and had it not been for the good customer service I received from the hostess the second time we came in, I would be giving a 1 star review. read more

We went here for Father's Day dinner. I thought I posted this review but I guess I didn't. Let's start off with the staff was amazing. Funny, attentive, made us relaxed. The place was packed but still at a distance. And with them being busy we always felt like we were the only ones there. Great job staff!!! Ok now food....oh good Lord! Yum! Our party of 7 got burgers n fries, chicken fried steak, steak and potatoes, fish n chips, pizza, pasta, and apps. The apps consisted of fried pickles & spicy cheese curds. They actually made too many fried pickles and we ended up with almost 2 orders of them. They were all eaten. I wish I took photos, I was so into shoving my burger in my mouth I forgot. Disappointed. Called ahead to check hours and was given wrong info. But we were ahead of time so we were able to order. Which was difficult to I believe lack of hearing. Our pizza took 45 mins which when there is only 1 other table and they closed minutes after we ordered, it didn't make sense. Don't recommend. read more

If I could give this restaurant a 1/2 a star I would. My partner and I visit Lucky Eagle Casino 1-2 times a month and always stay in a suite in their hotel and normally have amazing service. Today ... WE WERE APPALLED and DISGUSTED by the Craft House restaurant. There was a MOUSE/RAT that ran across the floor and into our booth- It was sickening to look down and see a freaking mouse next to my foot while trying to enjoy lunch with my partner. Needless to say our appetite was lost and we are unsure if we are ever eating at that restaurant again. Now we are having to look down when walking around the casino terrified another mouse will scurry across. This has ruined our entire visit which was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. read more

We usually go to the buffet on crab nights but thought we'd try this place out since it is the middle of the wk. Wow we sat down and were immediately overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke. We asked the server if smoking was allowed and he said only in the bar but that it wafts over and is terrible in his opinion. The menu looked so good we thought we'd tuff it out but then our eyes began to burn so we left before ordering. We were sitting far from the bar, closest to the entrance of the restaurant but it was still very, very bad. I feel so sorry for the young server staff who works there. Horrible is an understatement! For some reason we continue to dine at this establishment, mostly because of the lack of options at the casino. This particular experience was a new kind of disappointment. I ordered the build your own pasta with Alfredo sauce, chicken, onions and peppers. The sauce was extremely watery like soup, very salty, and there was very little chicken. My husband ordered the soup and grilled cheese combo. (How could you screw that up right?!? They did!) He was convinced to order the gumbo that was the soup of the day. It came out as a clear liquid with tons of rice, a few beans and a couple cubes of sausages. No tomatoes or other vegetables. Not sure if you could classify this as gumbo. Generally speaking the food is extremely inconsistent. If at anytime we order something that isn't half bad, the next time we try it, it is completely different. read more

Had two meals this past couple days. First a light dinner in the Craft house consisted of the chicken salad for my wife and the meatball sandwich for me. The salad was everything that mama expected, moist chicken, excellent dressing and fresh greens. My sandwich was okay and satisfied my appetite. Little more toasting of the bun might have prevented so much sauce absorption but otherwise all was acceptable. More zing in either the sauce or meatball would be an improvement. I wish I could say about net morning's breakfast. Our expectations were not high but the Texas Toast French toast was not made with Texas Toast and tasted like it have been premade and stored in a warming pan. My pancake, egg and sausage special was a disappointment as well. The pancakes were not fluffy but were rubbery. The sausage had an odd texture, mushy in the middle. The third leg, eggs over medium came with one yolk over well and the other broken and completely hard cooked. This was our first time at this poor customer service establishment. Our waiter never showed up and the busser had to take our order because he felt bad. The restaurant wasn't even busy but they couldn't seem to get there act together. While waiting for our waiter the other waiters were playing around and talking to each other. During there "break time" they threw a rolled up piece of paper on our tables and said that it was meant for someone else. I am SO glad they put this in the casino! It's a great space - atmosphere is on point, modern yet warm decor. There's dozens of beers on tap, as well as a selection of hard alcohol. You can dine in the restaurant or bar side, and the bar opens to the casino floor to grab a beer to take gambling with you. To be absolutely honest we ordered meals our first trip here, but since then we only ever order an order of nachos and some spinach artichoke dip. The nachos are HUGE! Served on a medium sized pizza pan huge. And ridiculously tasty, served with several dipping selections. The spinach artichoke dip is probably the best I have ever had. Those, coupled with 2 beers comes to about $30 and a couple of boxes of left overs. Can't beat that! And the service is always friendly and wonderful. Definitely worth a visit! read more

We went ti tge Craft House for Dinner The temporary Buffet did not look that good. I ordered The Salad $8, the Steak I ordered Med Rare, my partner ordered the chicken fried steak, My steak came and it was cooked to death and white as Snow. My partners chicken fried steak came and was as big as a platter.only it was all breadding and it snapped when you trued to cut it. The women came by and Her arm was in a sling, She asked how is your Dinner. I showed Her. And She offered ti take it away and get another one. I told Her maybe its a new cook or something. The next steak cane and it was not much better. This time my partner showed them the Chicken fried steak and the Waiter (Corey) paid for our Dinner and appologized. Horrible service! First we stood at the hostess stand for 5 minutes and were not even acknowledged. So we decided to eat at the bar and again sat at the bar for at least 5 minutes and not even a " I'll be with you in a second or any eye contact. Seriously, bunch children working there. So we decided to go back to the hostess stand again... Stood there for another five minutes and again no acknowledgement, until we asked the waitress if we seat ourselves. At this point we had enough and asked for the manager and once again a child. Anyways we finally were seated and our waiter was great, dont remember his but was , I believe Hispanic. This place is lacking customer service! If you sit on the restaurant side of the bar they seem to always forget you. We used to go here quite often but it's been made pretty clear the management is not doing their job. There are two unfriendly bartenders and a guy that wants to make sure you don't forget his tip. The food isn't anything special. The prime rib dip is the only thing I've tried that is good. This place has such potential it's too bad management doesn't figure it out. read more

If you're a seafood person, the salmon is fantastic! I highly recommend. Our server, Brayden, always kept our drinks flowing and did a wonderful job making sure our food was to perfection. I would recommend his section if you're ever to dine here. Drinks were good, the bartender, Jeremy, seemed rather rude and argumentative over a simple overlook in a drink order on their part behind the bar, seems to not like his job in customer service obviously. No idea how his attitude got him a job behind the bar here. However, the other person behind the bar, Holly? I believe, was amazing and so friendly! If you get a drink from Jeremy, hope he is more polite to you and your server, but Brayden definitely made our experience superb! read more

Service was prompt and food good. The second time was dinner. Long wait once we were seated. Apparently they only had one waitress and she was busy. We endedup having to get ourselves refills on The sodas we ordered. The food was fine but the fly that insisted on buzzing around the table landing on the plates was annoying. The third time was last night. I guess we are gluttens for punishment. We waited 40 minutes in a line with only 5 small groups including ours. The wait was so long that the couple at the front left before they were seated. 15 minutes later the second couple got a seat. Finally we got seated them waited and waited for the waitress to take our order. She shows up. We put in our order. 25 minute later our food shows up... without any silverware. We finally flag her down to get some and she says she will be right back...10 minutes later I have to go up to the hostess podium and ask the kid there if we could get 3 bundles of silverware. The kid - probably the nicest person there- says sure. We finally get to eat -yay! Except the flies are back and have been breeding because there are more. No drink refills and we didn't see or waitress again until it was time for the bill. The best thing about the whole thing was the show one Busboy put on carrying a tray and stand around while doing nothing but going from one end of the restaurant to the other - the entire time we were there.
