I can't say enough good things about McLogan Supply, especially Matt and their technician, Andy…read more I purchased a brand-new Roland LG-300 that has experienced nonstop problems during its first three months, including more than 300 errors in the machine's history and around 60 errors in just one week. I've dealt with repeated 0010, 0020, 0040, 0080, and 00A0 errors, the print carriage failing to return to the capping station, and the cutting carriage disconnecting during jobs. The scan motor and servo board have already been replaced, and Andy has been out approximately six times trying to get the machine running properly. Throughout all of this, Andy has been great. He has been patient, professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me. Matt has also been extremely kind and supportive throughout the entire process. While Roland has provided very little help and continues taking its time deciding how to handle a clearly defective machine, McLogan stepped in and arranged a loaner printer so I could continue operating my business. This printer is my primary source of income, so being without it has caused lost jobs, downtime, and thousands of dollars in losses. McLogan didn't manufacture the machine or cause these problems, but they have gone above and beyond to support me while Roland makes up its mind. I truly appreciate Matt, Andy, and the entire McLogan team for taking the situation seriously and doing everything they can to keep my business running. Their customer service has been outstanding.

We opted to have the kids do Wool Painting, which was tons of fun, but walking around the My Creative Outlet store & the "craftiness" building/party room (a few doors down), we were able to see various other craft ideas that would be fun to explore at some point. Even many of their room decorations are handmade! If you haven't checked out My Creative Outlet, I highly recommend you do. Whether you buy an item from their store, take a class, host a party, or simply browse their store, the creative possibilities they offer are endless! I stopped by this Michaels store yesterday to look at their balloons selection because they had a…read moresign outside that they sell balloons now. The balloon are in the middle of the store right when you walk inside. They had some great choices and you don't have to pay for the helium, just for the balloon themselves. The prices will vary depending on which one you get. I asked an employees if I can purchase the balloon first and then come back to get it filled with helium but she told me it's better to do it all at once. So I'll come back on Saturday morning to do that. I also decided to walk around the store since I also had to use the bathroom. The bathroom is toward the back of the store but it was closed for whatever reason. I saw that this Michael store now has a self checkout station, they didn't have that before. The staff are friendly and ready to answer any questions you have.

He gave me a fair price and an approximate window when he would be available for the work. True to his word, he called me a while later to let me know it was my turn. Once he laid eyes on the suitcase, he talked me through the different ways in which he could attempt the repair. I greatly appreciated this and felt very confident in his abilities because of this. The repair of the suitcase handle, replacement really, was done so well you can't even tell any repair was done. A Master craftsman in my opinion.
