We ordered 1lb shrimp 1lb crab and 1/2 of both the clams and mussels. The boil bag came with the typical potatoes and corn and we threw in some boiled eggs too. My 10 year old daughter planned a surprise night out with family to help me enjoy my birthday at Crafty Crab Pearland on last night. The food was great but I have never seen an entire staff that felt like they hated their jobs. The service was horrible and the entire staff from the manager, the host, and the servers made us feel as if we had interrupted something they were doing by showing up. We called for a reservation but they told us to just come but upon arrival we had an hour long wait. They turned the television off that we were watching at 9:30 and started sweeping around our table. I'll never visit again. read more

Met the Yates Ladies for our last Friday of the month dinner. The wait is seriously long, long, long. :-) I ordered the catfish basket with fries. They have several sides you can order like sweet potatoes fried, corn on the cob, cold slaw, potatoes and regular fries. The food come out hot and good. No mint leaves for mojitos so no mojito. No virgin drinks (you will pay a regular cocktail price for a virgin drink). Nice location in Pearland. My husband and I decided to try out the Crafty Crab on Friday night. They notified us there would be a 30 min wait. They seated us within 10min, which was nice. The waiter was pleasant, but not very personal. But I was good with that., I will work with a pleasant waiter anyway. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. They have huge TVs for games and music playing in the background. It was quiet enough to have a conversation with my husband, I liked that. The food was delicious and fresh. I ordered a special that included 2lbs of crawfish and 1lbs of headless shrimp with 2 potatoes, 2 corn, and 2 eggs. (Medium/ The Boom flavor) They didn't give me the eggs but I was okay with that. I visited your restaurant on 17 of May after a long hard day of work. I usually enjoy the food and restaurant but this time it was disappointing. I am hoping that you would keep your restaurant integrity intact and take action regarding the bad dining experience I have had. I have always considered this restaurant as one of the best seafood restaurants in Pearland, Tx. However, the whole experience was ruined when my card was charged twice as an error made by my server Jailah P. I suppose you can imagine my disappointment when i found out my card was charged initially in error for $137.95 instead of my original bill in the amount of $58.99. Upon speaking to the waitress (Jailah P) and the Assistant Manager (Kevin) I was told the charge of $137.95 was voided and will be placed back on my card within 5-10 business days. Moreover, this does not change the fact that my card was charged $196.94 instead of the $58.99. This has put my financial responsibilities in jeopardy. After discussing this with my husband, he asked me to return so he could speak with the manager himself. When he spoke with Kevin (Assistant Mgr) he offered me ONLY 10% off my future order. We asked Kevin if he could speak with someone over him. Kevin left and retuned stating he'd spoken with his General Manager (Ms Kathy) about the incident and she had no plausible explanation as to why she'd only offer 10% off a future order also. We waited to see if they would walk out but they stayed inside. I'm not sure if the servers were being racist towards us or what... We're Asian and the family that walked in was Hispanic..
