Received the estimate and one week later and no one reached out to me on the status of this repair call them same run around call farmers agent for help more of the same.. I should have listened to the negative reviews, but there's only two shops that work on Teslas. To start, I go in a few days early because I asked for a quote of some minor work (a scratch and a chip in the hood) that wasn't related to the accident. Despite saying multiple times that I wanted to pay private for it, and it wasn't related to the accident, the guy gave me attitude, and through out a vague number and said the "insurance will say how much it's going to cost, it doesn't matter what he says). I did ask again the day I dropped off the car, and I got a more clear quote, but by this time, not interested in giving more money. Annoying, but it was fine, I'll just get the work done from the accident. It was just some cracked paint on the front bumper, couldn't really tell unless you looked at it an angle in the light. It takes a couple weeks because they had to order some part and it was around Christmas. I can finally pick up the car, and I notice there was some small overspray on the black trim, annoying, because I know they can see this. Even bigger surprise, there are globs of paint that exaggerated little chips in the bumper everywhere. I didn't even know I had chips but now they look big and ugly. I was told since it wasn't part of the accident, they just clear coated over them. Would it have taken 10 min to sand them out? Yes. Would I have payed $50 for them to do it? Yes. Was I asked or told that they were going to have to make my bumper look like sh**t to "repair" it, no. So now, after a $2,000 paint repair to fix my bumper, it looks just as bad, if not worse than before. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because I had a good experience years ago, but nooope. Never again. The ladies at the front were nice though. read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They didn't fix my car and actually caused damage. Then proceeded to send me to collections when I refused to pay for their "repair". STAY AWAY from this place. GM Marcos is non communicative. Can't say one good thing about the experience or work done at this location. read more

After bringing it they told us it would be a few weeks to a month to get the parts for a job which would take "a few days". After *FOUR* months, they contacted us that they have the parts they need, set a date for us to bring it in, and now after they've held it for two weeks - taking more than week to strip it down, now they report back they need another part and it'll be "two weeks" probably. Meanwhile, leaving us without a car for a month. Supply chain issues happen, and so do delays but what is infuriating is their total lack of communication. We have to chase them down to get updates. I pray the quality of their work is superior to their customer service and ability to make accurate estimates. read more

My daughter was in a car crash. I've had three cars with them before and that experience was fine. But since my daughter was at fault, they wouldn't even look at my car and told me to get the car off a lot even though I had insurance, but since since it wasn't comprehensive and just collision . I was even willing to pay cash for the service. They simply didn't want my business. It seems like they're only interested if the insurance companies are paying.. They were quite rude about it and really didn't care about my business, I will ask my insurance company never to use them again read more

Crash Champions "lost" my truck about a hundred feet from their front door, in line of sight, in a staging area they use every day. It took them over a month to find it. They actually told me that they don't conduct inventory on the vehicles in their possession because of how busy they are. They offered no explanation and they didn't care. They also left me with new electrical problems that not only did they not fix, but they won't even return my calls. Their technician didn't even bother to fasten down the fusebox before they delivered the truck to me. I wouldn't trust these guys to fix a tricycle, let alone an actual vehicle. read more

This shop lost my truck for a month. And it ended up being parked right by their front door...or at least that's what the dude LT told us. If it was parked in line of sight of your front door for a month, how exactly did you all lose it? Don't go there. They used to do good work but they like to steal. The repairs look good but a gift card, a bag of floss picks, and less than $20 and one dollar bills that I had inside the truck are missing. Didn't realize I had to count the change before getting repairs done. Management wouldn't even talk to me, the person answering the phone told me that I signed a disclaimer saying all valuables are removed from the vehicle and they are not responsible. Find work elsewhere, don't support a business that is morally corrupt and does stupid things like this. read more

horrible repairs!!!!!! do not take your vehicle here!!!! they were unable to fix repairs to my vehicle after 5 different times. After I addressed they caused damaged to my vehicle by super gluing zip ties to the front bumper. They refused further service and advised the damage was caused by me. Even after taking pictures of the work, they did before I left their facility. Do not take your car here! and if your insurance requires you to take your vehicle make sure you document every single interaction. read more

The worst customer service I have encountered, ladies at the front desk do not care. They scheduled me a time to bring my car in for repair on a Monday at 8am, received a phone call at 7:45 needing to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Should have realized their inefficiences when I took it in to get an estimate and they lost my appointment. There a so many other great collision repair facilities in Albuquerque that you should choose other than Crash Champions. Should have gone to Car Crafters and will definitely get an estimate from them this week. read more

Now I know what it feels like to wish I could rate zero stars. This place has been delaying my repair since my estimate on 5/5/23 and just today (7/10/2023) I hear from insurance that they can't get the used part so now the vehicle is totalled. My issue isn't with not being able to get the part, or the fact that it's totalled - but the lack of communication during the TWO month delay from Crash Champions. They have never called me when there was new information - all have had to be by me to check on things. I have no doubt that the reason they couldn't get the part is because they failed to order it over and over again. I would NEVER even consider doing business here again and will make it a point to share the experience with others to help them avoid this problem. 1.) they had to reschedule my estimate for overbooking 2.) didn't call when claim was approved/to schedule repair 3.) called to reschedule repair (day before) because didn't have part 4.) didn't call to update part; I called after 3 weeks 5.) didn't return call when I was checking on part, had to call again 6.) once again didn't call to update on part, but just cancelled with insurance . Also, we are talking about a vehicle only 8 years old. I found the missing part (using the part number on the estimate) available online and called on it's availability at 3 different suppliers - no problem. After complaining to Farmers insurance about the treatment I received from Crash Champions I'm told Crash Champions said they kept trying to reach my son with updates. THEY DO NOT HAVE HIS NUMBER! He only brought the vehicle in for the estimate. He lives with us and we talked about wondering what was up with the delay FREQUENTLY. This is one million percent a lie. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT WILL LIE. read more
